Excellent first time experience with CubeSmart. All the way from the online process to the app download, the digital side of the reservation was simple and coherent. The in person part of the process was just as pleasant. Brian the store manager and Veronica the attendant were immediately available, and Camille’s me by name when walked in and guided me through remaining part of my reservation. There was a decent promotion online which pushed me in the CubeSmart direction. Any issue I thought I had was addressed by a live attendant that communicated with me and helped me work my way out of it, all issues were on my side… user error. I will be looking for future storage solutions with CubeSmart again as I am currently moving from TX to CA. Big thank you to Brian and his team Veronica for the experience. Sincerely

I can’t say enough good things about Cube Smart Long Beach they are absolutely the best. The facilities are clean both inside and out of the storage unit. The staff is amazing. Brian and Veronica really listen and offer suggestions. I’ve never felt rushed, or like my question was not important. I really like that they give back to the community during Christmas time. They have a donation collection for Toys for Tots and that speaks volumes of this company and staff. If you’re searching for a Storage facility I highly recommend Cube Smart Long Beach they treat you like a person and never have a bad attitude. Your belongings are safe.

Best unique helpful option offered there is their user friendly online reservation to rent a unit as well as make the payment and it’s yours. Very convenient if u can’t speak to someone in office to rent a unit. I’m very happy. This is a second unit I’m renting cuz I need the additional space I feel like my belongings r safe and secure and my first unit has a light in it which was a great bonus I had no idea about til I arrived. The staff in office is very helpful as well. I spoke to someone when I rented my first unit. I felt as though the person helping me was listening and attentive to my questions while helping figure out a great solution for the problem I was trying to figure out. I didn’t feel rushed off the phone like many places do and I have just really had nothing other than pleasant experiences at my location of choice. I would just like to take this time to thank the staff (especially Alexis) at Cube Smart in Long Beach for the "over and above" assistance they provided us last week (April 08, 2022). After realising that I had left my phone in the Uber I was literally stranded in LA!! Alexis was instrumental in helping me out providing me with towing, repair shop and Uber information. She also loaned me her phone to allow me to make all of the arrangements. The extra effort that she and Brian put out on that 100 degree day did not go unappreciated!!! And thanks to Alexis two days later we were able to continue on our motorcycle trip up the Pacific Coast Highway after waiting for two years as a result of COVID... I also didn’t feel aggressively pressured to commit like Public Storage who have pushed for a sale to the point where I am still getting aggressive texts, emails and voicemails and all for a space they know is nowhere near the zip code I’m interested to store in!! Had been at this facility for approx 20 years. Facility clean and safe but once Cubesmart took over in Jan 2020 too many hassles paying monthly bill electronically. Plus company substantially raised rates in Jan 2020 when they took over and then again during this pandemic. 800 customer service not helpful and when I asked to speak to regional manager, was told he was too busy to speak with customer.

This place lies about what equipment they have on hand, I wouldn't trust them or rent anything from them. I reserved an appliance dolly and they confirmed via email that the equipment would be ready for pick up at 10am the next day, when I arrived they asked if I had received a call in regards to the fact that they didn't have the appliance dolly they confirmed. I totally understand if they didn't have the equipment, However, lying about it and asking if I received a call is not the way to run a professional business. They have great customer service and keep the facilities really clean. It is a very safe place and is gated with iron bars. This is the safest storage unit facility I have ever seen.
