Worst storage unit. The storage unit isn’t even a real storage. They have a shipping container which 2 people together could not open. The only good thing is they refunded the money.

The manager is awesome very helpful showed spot prior to filling out the application and when my rv didn't quite fit in the first place him let us rent a different spot he was very welcoming and also stated if we needed access when the yard was closed he said to just call and he would see if he could help this lot is awesome and they have security.

They raised rent by 200 dollars a month from June 23 to July 23. We decided to find another storage nearby for less than what we were paying before they raised the rent. So long.

It was all good till management changed last year. Had cat stolen from my rv while parked at the facility. When found, checked other two rvs like mine and also saw cats stolen from there as well. No compensation of any kind from cubesmart. Filed police report but no hope that will do anything.

We just recently moved our RV into storage there and we are very pleased. The spots are large the whole area is very clean and well maintained. There are security cameras and Sean is the gentleman that manages the location. He is very aware and good security at this location. We hope to have many happy years at this storage location.

Reading the manager's replies to bad reviews says it all. Yes I will be accused of trolling, and google fake news etc, but here are the pros & cons of this place coming from customer of over 15 years. Pros - easy to get in and out. Not a lot of maneuvering to park in and out of stalls. Very secure. there are cameras everywhere and the manager is diligent about security. Rates are reasonable. Cons - The manager Shawn. This guy has no customer relation skills as you could tell by his replies to reviews. Good managers try to reason with a bad review and explain how they will try to make issues better. But this guy gets offended and rips reviewers as if it is from the Q anon play book. I miss the old manager Jack. He was a nice man, bless his soul. But Shawn is just darn right mean. It is too bad because I liked Milpitas RV & Self Storage. I will be back once I know they have fixed their managerial issues. You just can't treat customers that way and it should be called out. There are consequences for this behavior and it is called A REVIEW. I am now ready for the accusations of trolling, and the google fake news. The floor is yours Shawn.

I've been at this storage for several years prior to the recent management switch Brooke is the only bright spot in this whole place she is very well thought out in her explanations I just received a $200 increase on one of my spaces bringing it up to a total of over $400 with no notification I am very disappointed and will be looking for a new place soon I hope that helps

We got setup quickly. The manager is a nice guy who is helpful and polite and really tries to make sure you’re in the right spot. They have extensive video surveillance and the manager works hard to ensure the property is safe, clean and well maintained. Prices are reasonable for the area and they have a nice wide central aisle.

The onsite manager should not be allowed to deal with people. Even sending threatening notices about filing a lean sale against my family's fifth wheel we have stored there when were were two days late on the rent. Which they cannot do under California law for 90 days after we go delinquent. The manager is a bully and not a good person. They owners should think twice about keeping him on staff because he is a big part of the issues there.

Horrible place, the manager shawn seems deranged, lots of people moving in and out of the storage, very poor customer service. Find bottles of beer behind my motor home and he trying to blame me for it. I have a 2018 tiffin Allegro motorhome just purchased and I was afraid for the security. The place have many empty spots, talking to other tenants told me that he evict people for no apparent reason.

Just called to ask if they have indoor vehicle storage, Person answers we don't have indoor vehicle storage, I say thank you Person responds yeah whatever and hangs up. I would not recommend this place Edit: I just seen the owner respond, I really hope he was not the person on the phone, now you are attacking my creditability? I have been a Milpitas resident for over 20 years, the only reason I would even make a review is because of how shocked I was at your companies way of handling my phone call, why would you say "yeah whatever" and hang up on a customer for saying thank you and then lie on the internet about your business practices? Any reasonable person would see through your lies, your behavior throughout today has been wildly unacceptable and trying to discredit me wont hid that fact.

I called this place to see what the charge was for to store a 25 foot RV and after they told me the price. I told them thank you very much and they said whatever. I guess they don't want my business!! I wouldn't even think about taking my RV there now. Very Rude!!

I don’t recommend this place, it’s a terrible place and unsafe to keep your RV. I’ve been renting a spot just for 4 months for my RV and someone stolen my generator from my RV inside this f... building that you need the code to get inside! I called the manager who was so rude and didn’t help any support. I called to Milpitas Police and now they are working on in my case! I hate this place! Terrible place don’t put your RV there, there are other cases that customers got stolen their RVs there!

The guy answering the phone responded to my request buy saying "nothing is available" then ended the call before I say anything. Like I stated a month ago "RUDE and INCONSIDERATE!!!"

AVOID these people and their rude/erratic behavior. I answered an ad for a camper for sale. The price seemed like a great deal! When I phoned, "Shawn" answered. "Milpitas RV and Storage, this is Shawn" "Hello, I would like to come and look at the camper that you are selling". Then Shawn said "There are 20 pictures in the ad, look at the pictures if you want to look!" and hung up on me. (!) Maybe he was just having a bad day? I was a serious buyer, so I called back and got the recording. I went to the business, called again and got Shawn again. I stated that I was genuinely interested in the camper that they were selling and had the cash in my pocket. "How did you find us" asked Shawn..."Google Maps" I explained. "You still haven't told me how you found this location" said Shawn. "You told me the name of your business when you answered the phone and I looked it up on Google Maps"! I said. "That's stalking! Don't come here again or I'll call the police" said Shawn and hung up again. Conclusion: These people are not only rude, but also crazy. Apparently they purchased the business recently and have been acting erratically. Check recent reviews. BEWARE.
