Horrible Rent increases. Rats and Roaches. Major Rent increase with the same poor services. Once it went to cube smart, everything went downhill, lost my parking spot because cube smart wanted " more storage". Only good thing about it was the manager, Mr. Bill. He was super nice and understanding.

There aren’t any cameras for the units that are indoors. No cameras in any of the hallways. Only a few cameras outside that aren’t very good. I know they’re not good because I had to sit with the sheriffs detective to see if I could identify anybody or any items that could have been mine. DO NOT KEEP YOUR THINGS HERE

My experience with renting a unit here was such a breeze. I was able to get a large unit at the last minute and it made my emergency move so much easier. Excellent business, service, and management. They offer use of their courtesy moving truck, entirely free of charge within the first 30 days of occupancy. Although I had past that 30-day deadline, the facility manager made an exception and allowed me to use it anyway! Highly recommend Storage West, they have a great team that cares about the satisfaction of their customers.

Prices are competitive with nearby storage facilities. Gated entry. Office has been updated. Office staff wear masks and sanitize. Staff is friendly and helpful. Open access is between 7am to 7 pm. Everything is maintained and clean. You can pay on line and view your account online. Easy to use website.

After looking online for a storage facility I chose Storage West in Poway. Then when I had questions, (everything is now done by web site or phone of course) the customer service was awesome. When Storage West contacted me to set up the unit they were also amazing, fast and very helpful. They kept me informed to let me know when the unit was ready to move in. I purchased the lock from them and when I went to my unit the lock with two keys was right inside just like they said. Bill the manager was great!. I highly recommend Storage West in Poway. Clean facility also. Thank you Bill for all of your help
