The store manager was pretty rude over the phone when notifying and confirming I have already cancelled my unit and account. Moreover, on 12/27 at 9pm I had to knock on the door because my code worked but the gate didn't open because seemed like it was jammed upon leaving. And she came out noticeably angry and aggressive. If you care about your belongings - DO NOT USE CUBESMART! The GM, Maria, at our location was NEVER in the office. Every time we needed to speak to someone, the office door was locked and there would be a “ Be right back at ___” clock on the door but the office remained closed for long periods of time after the specific time they were due to return. We were locked out of our units due to them replacing the doors and locks and couldn’t reach anyone for days and unable to retrieve important items needed. No vm’s were ever returned. When we emptied our units and closed our account due to the constant rate increases, we discovered the majority of our belongings were significantly damaged due to water/mold and a rat infestation. Maria’s response - handed us a pamphlet, told us to email her pictures first and then file a claim with insurance. She couldn’t care less. I would highly suggest to find a different company for your storage needs.

The day I rented my storage unit I was told that they would be changing the door on my unit the following month. The employee told me they would notify me of the day they would be changing my door. I never received any notification before hand. I showed up to get into my unit one day and my code to open the gate wouldn’t work. I called the front office later that day to find out when I could get into my unit. I was told by the employee they would go talk to the works and call me back in a few minutes to let me know when I could get into my unit. The employee never called back. The front office ladies are kind but have no follow through. I never received the notice before hand of the actual day I couldn’t use my storage unit. Then after being locked out I had to call the office who never called back as they said they would. I had to move all my stuff out and into another storage company. That was a huge pain. They didn’t even prorate me for the day I couldn’t get into the unit.

This place has always had bad customer service. They first locked us out of our unit by putting locks on the door because someone broke into another unit. Now, all of our stuff has rat droppings and bites and they refused to do anything helpful. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

Worst experience I had with a storage unit not having anyone to help you when I'm already doing it all alone. Loading the truck unloading it with all my 3 bedroom furniture, clothing, any thing that I had and then have to push my king bed on a dolly which was so heavy and far. I'm already struggling with moving and now I have to deal with all my things in this storage that I can't even access too and now I'm paying for a 3rd day so I can keep my things in the uhaul, the time, patience and money I've wasted. And all I'll probably get is a sorry it won't happen again.

Cube is reasonable price at this facility in Rialto the night time employee that stays over is pretty grouchy when it hits 10:00 p.m. they lock the gate and if you can't get a hold of them you're locked in that's a downfall for me they should at least give you a grace period other than that I have not had any issues my storage unit.

If you're looking for a storage in the Inland Empire come visit CubeSmart self-storage in the city of Rialto. They have managers like Teresa monterrosa, MaryAnn Laviano, and General manager Lino Navarro. They have the best customer service, very friendly and willing to suit the comfort and needs of their customers. My experience was outstanding. My family and I are very satisfied with the proper attention that they provided us with an information we needed to save. The storage facilities are very clean and easy to manage when renting out a storage unit. Security cameras in every corner to secure the safety of our belongings. They have the best deal around the Inland Empire and they also offer one month free. I recommended 100%.

Good experience all around. I booked a unit online and when I went in to get everything started I was shown the unit that I had booked to make sure it was big enough. I'm so happy they did that because it wasn't as big as I needed. They helped me out with a size bigger that would fit my needs and gave me a great price and it even included the lock and key for it!

Not Happy with my experience. Scheduled an appointment for a 10*20 unit. Online showed me they had 1 left. Called to confirm a time to view the unit and pay for the unit. Marian informed me they had two separate 10*10 units they would give me for the same price. I expressed to Marian I needed a 10*20. She informed me they have a 10*20 unit but she said they will not rent it to me at that price. I asked your site would and she simply replied I understand your frustration but the unit you reserved is gonna be more. Now if I’m understanding what’s going on here, its a sales tactic to rent out there 10*10 units. That’s fine, but don’t waste my time or others time promising them a unit at a price you have fasley displayed. Only to get customers at your location and charge them more. Marian being the Manager found it hard to understand that. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

This is my first time occupying a storage unit and Lino was absolutely helpful from start to finish. I called for an inquiry on there prices, unit sizes and he gave great advice and discount on a larger unit that would better store all of our belongings. Lino explained the operations of their storage facility and was accomodating in giving me a ride on his cart to the see vacant units. I would highly recommend Cube Smart in Rialto for your storage needs! I rate my experience a 10 star even if there is only 5 stars allowed!!!

Great storage facility due to it's cleaness and secureness! Especially the staff there that is a great team Mary Ann Luviano, Teresa Monterrosa, and Lino Navarro! They are all always very helpfull and always have a big smile that welcomes the customer. The staff there has a great attitude both in person or on the phone. I really recommend this storage facility. Such a great storage facility and great experience with the staff that I am back to using the facility. This are a great storage facility due to it's securenes and cleaness. I moved to Texas 5 years ago and got a unit at this facility. I still have my unit and the general manager Lino Navarro has been so nice & amazing. The ladies MaryAnn Luviano & Teresa Monterrosa are so nice when they give me a call when my unit is due. They have all been great, I have no complaints about them. The facility is clean and safe. I live many miles away and when I go to California and stop at the storage unit, never have a problem nor anything is missing.

I had immediate need for storage, but I had a hard time finding an affordable storage unit. CubeSmart quoted a price that was affordable for me.When I arrived at the office, the manager, Teresa Monterrosa greeted me with a smile and helped me get the correct storage size, lock, etc. I will refer friends to this storage facility and tell them of the excellent customer service I received.

I came in and spoke to lino about a space called him back 30 mins later and told him id take it, asked how late I could get there he said no worries he lives on site and 10 pm was when gates close, I rolled in at 6:05 to find they close at 6:00, called and customer service twit kept me on hold for 30 mins then came back I asked for a supervisor, got wally, he told me at 6:45 that they would call lino and have him call me back, its now 7:00 here I sit at the gate with a truck due for return at uhaul at 7 am and its still full of stuff,
