Easy process it's virtually automated online. When i arrived i typed in the access code provided online went to the unit also lnown online. There was a seal on the door which i broke and entered the unit. The area was clean and instructions were crystal clear in the envelope along with a lock and key to put on the door. I offloaded my truck and was off in a few minutes. Security drove by and waived with a smile. Seamless and friendly environment.

Liz was very patient and answered all my questions. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I had a 1:45 pm appointment! I showed up at 3pm I was late. And she was very pleasant. easy to do business with, clean and affordable. Extremely easy to pay my bill 12/07/23 I finally closed my second storage ! My 39 year old goddaughter finally lost her life to kidney disease and diabetes. For the last year of her life she had to deal with a storage company in Andelanto that had her deceased moms things. Every month they aggravated by losing her information or some other administrative problem. We would have to bundle her up and drive her with her bandaged thighs where her legs had been to take her California ID to prove that she was the executor of her mom’s belongings. She couldn’t even be sick in peace. Cube Smart never mistreated and aggravated me no matter how many times that I moved or changed my email addresses. They accommodated me cheerfully and changed my info in their records. The place is ALWAYS clean and someone is almost always there. If you are in the Rialto area please go to this CubeSmart before you go anywhere! I’m a serious consumer and shop a lot but this is one of the best businesses that I have done business with in years!

I just have one complaint apparently your rate isn’t a set rate and they randomly can increase your unit monthly rent…. It was increased by almost $30 dollars .. I’ve rented from Trojan storage I had a unit with them for over a year and my rate was locked in for the whole time I stored w them so I would suggest going to a different company if you don’t want your rate going up.

Ms Liz, who was not only friendly but courteous, informative and helpful. She is a treasure. A very kind person. She is the customer representative you wish you would have everywhere you interact with others. Thoughtful and considerate. Overall I like Cubesmart's Customer Service Manager, Liz. Also, hours of operation. Other storages have shorter hours of entrance. Not enough time for working people. Cubesmart's hours were flexible for my needs. The only thing I did not like was the periodical rate increase. It became unaffordable and too much for me to pay.

I am a bit disappointed, I went on Feb 14th to make a payment at the office. The gal said that I needed to wait to insert my card. I waited for her direction and found that her computer read that a previous payment was processing. Unsure of the status, I asked what I should do? She said come back in 10 minutes. I told her I would come by tomorrow. Today, Feb 16th I came in to pay at the office. I followed her instruction as to when to insert my card. I got the go ahead inserted my card and was prompted to enter my pin. As I entered my pin, I was having a hard time as the terminal was unsteady and swiveled as I tried to hit enter. Again an issue, I was told that my payment did not go through. I got in the car and reviewed my balance, I had enough to cover the payment 7 times. It is issues like this that have made me reconsider this storage company. I also learned that if I close my storage unit, they do not refund or prorate my refund for only the number of days I am using it for the month. I will say at the beginning things were good until they raised my rent the sixth month, which would be fine it I didn't have the above issues.

First off I want to thank Liz for helping me. I had been to storage places and they were all over priced and it made no sense. When I found this place my mind was made, I’m not going anywhere else, I’m tired and I need to secure a storage right now. Long story short, I recent switched jobs fell behind and had to move out of my home of 7 years. Due to this change and everything happening so swiftly, I incurred a ton of excessive fees all of which threw me off. When I tell you that Liz brought tears to my eyes when she finished doing whatever she did, I couldn’t do anything except hug her. Many places you go they just want your money but she showed me that God is real and there is still good hearted people in this world. I highly recommend this place.

Poor customer service. Never got back to me numerous times they said they would.. Instead of telling the entire story, in my original review, I'll just keep it at I'm not a "happy camper".

Easy access to your storage. Gated and password locked for better safety. Moderately priced unites. And the attendant's are pretty nice if you give them respect.

CubeSmart it a great storage unit. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't honor my online reservation. When I showed up to get my storage they couldn't find my reservation in their computer, therefore I couldn't get my promo discount and I had to pay $51.40 more then my reservation email said. They need to fix the online reservation program.

I got a very good deal on my storage unit I shopped around they were the best in town. When I got there it looked very clean and secure the manager Elizabeth was very friendly very helpful attentive and fast! She really made it easy for me to sign up for the storage unit! This is the place I definitely recommend for everyone, love it I feel safe that my stuff are being stored there.

For renting my first storage I would say I couldn't have found a better business. I called around for rates and not only was CubeSMART the most resonance but their access hours are convenient. Also good security system and also great staff. They kept in contact through out the day until I came and claimed my unit. Over all good experience! Thanks Liz!

I rented a storage from Liz last Thursday who was really very nice and helpful. They went above and beyond to help. She was also very kind to my friend and answered all of our questions, and gave us a detailed tour. Our experience was very pleasant, I highly recommend it.

The last 3 times I have tried to access my unit, my gate code has been denied. The employee told me that I had entered the wrong code and locked the gates computer system. After verifying my code to be sure, the code still will not open the gates and the employees will not help me because I am the secondary on my husbands account. He goes to work prior to the office opening and gets home after the office closes. He'd have to take a day off to deal with this issue. Yet they have no problem accepting the payments in my name.

I just wanted to check this public storage place after seeing their sign at the corner. I didn't have to go through the gate to reach the office instead I got through a side door right into it. Friendly Liz greeted me and explain availability and rates. I found the rates competitive and wanted to reserve my unit however Liz refused to do before I physically looked at the unit - that was nice. The whole process took no more than 20 minutes and was very pleased with the service. Liz stayed with me until I tried my gate code and was sure everything is in order and works properly. If you are in need of a storage unit, you should consider dealing with Liz at CubeSmart of Rialto.
