We had a great experience, renting a new unit at 2620 Florin Rd. in Sacramento. Hirod, the agent, was friendly, helpful and efficient. I’m sure he is a treasured employee. We researched eight different storage facilities, and this one was by far the least expensive. Five stars for a great experience.

Terrible services. Tara (Store Manager) self admits they have had people breaking into their storage, siphoning gas & stealing catalytic converters. I was told to still take this storage even though I knew what the results would be, 2x now getting punctured gas lines on my companies vehicles. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Tara telling us that they don’t cover it because we don’t have insurance through them but to file a police report. Maybe make your storage more secure by FIXING the KNOWN issue of the same side tampered gate instead of letting this continuous issue happen to your customers.

The lady that runs this place is always so rude. The gate code often doesn’t open the gate. She doesn’t come back from her lunch break for more than 30 mins past the posted time, and will terminate your lease for complaining! Not worth the headache. Go literally anywhere else.

The 10×10 looked like a closet, the locks they sell you can walk to U-Haul right down the street and get the exact same one for $980, they tell you 1 months free lmfao YES in reality it is but after they get there cut which I believe is $29.00 the insurance $14.00 lock $18.00 you get what I'm saying my total on first month free was $62.48

The location I used was never open during their posted business hours. Closing early or not opening at all due to " staff not showing up" It is the job if the supervisors or manager to step in at times like that. We waited over an hour before we were told they wont be opening . I had to pay for an additional 2 weeks, when I called and told the manager I was coming in to close my unit. I was told i would be refunded for those 2 week and when I spoke to the regional manager all I got was a Sorry that , that happened .

Customer service was horrible. I rented at the storage on Florin in Sacramento. Every Manager or worker I dealt with were annoyed or stand offish. I never really rate or say anything negatively about a company but I will not recommend this company to anyone. I’ve been in the Military over 18yrs and gave the required documentation to receive discount and they came back with ‘our lawyers said your not in the military’ sheesh, I still stayed with them for 8 months because I just moved to Sacramento and didn’t know the area well. I am so glad I had the opportunity to move, horrible customer service.

I've never had such a horrid experience and we deal with companies daily as we are a business. I was looking to store a 40ft trailer, a dodge truck and a 10x20ft space but the lady at the counter fought me every step of the way. I know she has the right to pull power and go strictly off of regulations but she didn't need to be rude and loud about it. she yelled at me for asking if I could park my dodge in a storage space since there were no more parking spaces. I didn't understand as to why it would be a problem since they are basically all garages, but she needed to yell at me because I didn't get that fueled vehicles aren't allowed. then she measured my trailer after I told her I bought it as a 40ft trailer, and said it was 41.5ft. she didn't want to let me in claiming that it wouldn't fit. Ridiculous. I looked at the storage space on google maps before making the reservation and they had pull thru parking spaces. 1.5ft of difference isn't going to make or break the space, especially since I saw a 53ft semi trailer backed there! then she told me I needed 4 locks which I happened to have and she claimed to have told me on the phone, but I would have remembered something as weird as requiring 4 locks. that seemed like an odd number. she wouldn't let me proceed until I showed her that I had 4 locks so I had to leave in the middle of paperwork to get them. then she came out and said that the trailer isn't registered to my name. IT IS A business trailer. it's completely wrapped in the business name. but she wouldn't even allow me to call my boss to verify that it is a business trailer and that I work for him. The other manager had the nerve to ask if I still wanted the storage units if I couldn't park the trailer there. NO I DON'T want to do any type of business with you! I ended up missing my flight home and had to stay 2 extra days looking for storage and I missed my wife's birthday. Unbelievable!

I originally went for a 10x10. The women who helped me live on-site. She was very helpful in helpong me choose the right unit size. The units were very clean. I paid $125 for my unit the first month. The women that helped me was very helpful and proffesional and explained everything. I would definitely recommend them.

Yes I rented a small space at the Florin rd site and as a customer from the 55th street site I wasn't treated that well. The counter person was short and impatient with my questions. And I have been a client for almost three years and she charged me a $24.00 Administration fee when I'm already in the system. And it took only a few minutes to type up. And why only 10% off first month. No long term customer appreciation. The worst thing though is the counter service. I just really don't want to talk to that Older lady again. And $77.00 was a pretty hard hit on my humble budget for a 5x5, space. I will stay, but only because they guys on 55th street treat me like I'm important and are always helpful and answer all our questions every time.

Pat waited for me to get back with my ID after having left it elsewhere during a frantic day of very quick moving. She made sure I could put my code into the gate by actually entering it in front of her and even took the time to escort me to my parking space. Pat made the entire experience flow and simple.

I stored my belongings at Cube Smart on Florin in south Sac a few months ago. During the rainy season, the roof in my unit leaked and molded all of my mattresses, furniture, TV's, stereo's, and computers. Cube Smart gave me another unit to store all of my damaged property in, they are still charging me each months fees for storing my damaged property. No consideration what so ever. Their unit destroyed everything I have and they still want me to pay. The Insurence is a joke. You have to jump through flaming hoops to get two pennies from them. Other than that. Management is great, and very hands on.
