Manager is worthless , my unit was broken into about 5 times and Jonathan the manager did nothing, he didn’t tell me until about a day or 2 later, one time over 30 units where broken into and he seen nothing and heard nothing, they where grinding off the latches and he heard nothing and supposedly his cameras don’t work , I complained to corporate several times and they also did nothing

Price raises , now we can't enter unit unless there is a worker there. Problem is there is no full time employees. You have to hope that there is an employee from another facility there to let you in .Which isn't often. They Refuse to compensate for horrible customer service . I just signed up for my first month last week and the whole process was easy from start to finish. The location is perfect and I am happy about the extra security measures for not only the entry gate but for the access door to the building, as well. I also liked the ability to do the bulk of the business part of payments online or through the app, so I can work around my schedule, though I know that I can get any help I need from the office. I am grateful for the availability of the cart to unload the truck when the time comes. All in all, it has been a positive experience.

I made a reservation online to switch to Cube Smart from a different storage provider since prices were getting a little too high. It was super easy, but I ran into issues completing my reservation online. I ended up having to visit Cube Smart on Saturday 2/11 to finish, but the two guys (I forgot to get their names unfortunately) there made it easier than me doing it myself. I would also like to mention that they were also super friendly & helpful & made great conversation! They also explained the do’s and don’ts of the facility very thoroughly! My unit was broken into on Christmas Eve, I was notified by someone who said they were unable to help me they were just there to cover for the Manager. It is 1 month later and I have as of yet to have a manger contact me. No police report, nobody to discuss what happened, nothing. I have moved to a new location because I do not feel that my items are secure anymore. They have a paper note on the front door that states they are shorthanded so no wonder people are breaking into the units. FYI I wasn't the only unit 5 others were broken into. Every time I came to my unit for the next 2 weeks there items were still all laying out in the hallway. It's just ridiculous I had been a customer for many years and I am so disappointed. I will NEVER use a Cubesmart storage ever again!

One of the big buildings that has dozens of storage lockers in it had the front lock broken for months and they never fixed it. Finally someone broke in, well just walked in I guess, and broke into a bunch of units. This is a very dangerous area and something like a broken front door should never be allowed to sit unfixed for that long. It feels really sad to have all of your life's memories torn apart by criminals.

The first time I visit the location I was help by a Male employee and his attitude was so negative I will say the firs impression when sour, then the situation changed a female employee came and changed the ambient just for her I have rated this establishment 4 stars. She showed the professionalism the other employee did show us. I know the names but this review is not to burn or get any one in trouble but to create awareness of the lack of customer service they have. A positive attitude and compromise with customers is the perfect tool to build a solid business.

Be ready for rent increases by 5-6 months your rent will go up a MINUMUM of 25%. They said I was sent a letter in the mail but I received nothing. They can just email or contact me via phone but they send a "letter" in mail that I never got in hopes I just keep autopay on and keep storing with them. Nope im good. Got a truck and moved to another storage facility 3 miles down the road for over half the price. Also security seemed terrible. More than 1 person I interacted with moved out mad because their unit got broken into. Thank goodness mine never did.

My unit was broken into and had several things missing!! I am currently in the process of filing a police report and calling the insurance but sadly have to wait for the weekend to be over. The office was of no help they had told me they would bring me a loan lock but failed to do so they also told me they would call me to the office once the manager returned from Walmart and also never did. They couldn’t have cared less they just went about their day and closed promptly at 5pm and all the staff left without bringing me a loan lock and without calling me to speak to the manager to walk me through the process. I was there just waiting by my open unit without either of the latter happening. This place also puts no cameras in the hall ways of the units which I think should be a must considering the rent you pay for this place! I am very disappointed in how they went about it and how they manage this Cubesmart location! They NEED cameras in the hallways for better security!

My unit at CubeSmart San Bernardino was burglarized. The management was sorry, but that doesn't help me get my belongings back. I was in a middle building, in the middle of a back hallway. I thought it would be safe there. A code is required to enter and exit the gate, as well as to enter the building entry door. The management knows who entered but will not give me any information without a court order or subpoena. Unfortunately the security camera in the driveway doesn't reach the door to the part of the building I rented in. I assumed it did. Also I did not notice the 6-8 inch gap above my storage unit door which makes it easy for someone to place a camera phone inside my unit to see what's there. Also unfortunately, this situation is not a priority to the police, they don't even show up when called and you file a report online. I should have researched the area outside this storage facility better. I read the reviews online about CubeSmart and I just really believed it would be safe there. The items taken cannot be replaced. I'll will forever be sad about this. I'm hoping others can learn from my experience and be fully aware of where you put your valued possessions. RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: I have already reached out to you and spoken to the district manager. There is nothing you can do to help me. My possessions are gone. The manager and district manager were kind enough to refund one month's rent since I had just paid rent and was shortly after stolen from. Thank you for responding, but there's nothing else to do. The manager and the district manager have my phone number and email. If there's anything else you can do for me you can contact me through them.

Pros...Friendly staff and clean property. The cons are that I had to purchase monthly insurance even though my home owners policy covers my belongings while in off-property storage, and I also had to buy one of their locks , even though the lock I brought with me was more secure and of higher quality.

Jonathan helped me right away, the very second I walked into the door. Unfortunately I do not remember his last name, but he does live on top of the CubeSmart storage store and he was immaculate with his service. He was funny, entertaining, convincing and just a very nice person to be around. He explained everything to my boyfriend and I and got us hooked up with a storage unit within minutes. The process did not take a long time and after my boyfriend has known these people for YEARS, I trust them that nothing will happen. Everyone should give them a chance, they are great and so full of heart.

Drove past 2 CubeSmart stores to get to this one because of the availability of climate control and the service of Jonathan the onsite manager. Place is clean, access hours are better than competitors and the AC is working fine. Currently have 3 units and would recommend to friends.

This rating is about the staff not the storage itself. I went there to make payment on the weekday where they supposed to be opened. I was there at 3.45pm, try to open the door to the office and realize that it was locked. No sign or notice saying that the staff wont be there or anything. The 'Open' light up thing was on but the place is empty. I waited till 4.10 still no one to be seen coming or leaving ao I left. And because of this I got late a fee on my rent. I went there personally after I tried to make my payment online for few days but still failed. Called up the cs but they asked me to go to the local office.. Never had this problem with my previous cubesmart in Rialto. They always there even on weekends & early mornings. -If you are leaving the premise when u are supposed to be still on duty could u at least leave a notice on the door and make sure it's updated! The 'OPEN' sign OFF. I just dont see why cubesmart employees can just disappear when they are supposed to be still at work!

Horrible with promptness. Front desk clerk was not available when I arrived at the time of 4:45 p.m. 15 minutes before the office closed which was 5 p.m. there was a sign on the door saying we will return at 5 p.m. however office closed at 5 p.m. there for customer service at that day time hour I went was horrible
