Horrible place. The hallway units are always locked and the office is always unattended. I’ve been to my unit multiple times and can’t get access because no one’s there to open the hallway door. Don’t store your stuff here you’ll only have access when they feel like coming to work.

Cube Smart is the worst place in san Bernardino more the employe Angela Rendon very untrustable. Be very careful to rent there a unit. She don't care if your belongings are damaged making customers pay insurance. Plus She is 2 faces very evil woman. Look for another storage if You plan to rent and keep safe Your belongings Any surprise can happen there.

If there was a spot for NO stars, I'd choose it. C.S. San Bernadino ( N.TIppecanoe) is the worst! If you want poor/no service and "inside job" break-ins, this is the place. Prior to this 2 1/2 year experience, I had a storage for 8 1/2 years with a different company in Riverside where I had NO problems. They answered their phones and emails! Now, that's service for you and how it should be done.

I was actually kind of hesitant about putting my belongings at this stores location, as I knew of its previous history. But, Ruben, whom is now the manager is a great choice! His honesty and optimism make him the perfect choice for this location. In addition to that he is very personable and acts in a very professional manner. I am now happy with my decision in choosing CubeSmart as my personal storage. But, please get him a golf cart to drive around prospective customers on choosing a unit. That facility is pretty big and he does not even hesitate about having to take a walk in the 100 degree weather to go show it. Now that is someone who cares about his job and his customers!!! I got broken into twice over the past few months with cameras right in front of the unit, i had to learn the hard way make sure you got pictures of your stuff cause those cameras wont do nothing, not to happy i was glad they got the place redone but than motion detector alarms went off at 7 when i was there and it wasnt even 10 yet, not to happy with this spot but it should be more secure now that they got new lovks etc.

I got to cube smart where I had set my reservation and the office was not open. So I called the other office I was suppose to drive to and no one would answer. Customer service walked me thru it online. I went to start looking for my unit couldn’t locate it. Called customer service again they told me they couldn’t help me. Then as I grew up set they then sent me a map. So now I was able to locate it it behind a locked door. FYI I’ve been here for about a hr now. I asked Daniela if they accommodate me and just assign me another unit. She place me on hold for 30 minutes to speak to her manager John just to tell me no they couldn’t and they could not issue me a refund they had to wait to talk to Sammy the district manager that wasn’t answering the phone. So after about 2 hrs they weren’t able to do nothing for me and I still yet to hear back from Sammy about my refund.

Jennifer and the staff have been beyond accommodating and helpful in not only acquiring my unit but a couple months in after an ex girlfriend accessed my unit without permission ( my fault ) Jennifer didn’t hesitate to drop what she was doing at the baseline facility to come over and help secure my unit and offer any assistance If needed to resolve any issues. Excellent at what she does and knows how to prioritize task all while taking care of 2 facilities and without making me feeling like scab or problem. Thank you Jennifer.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Our storage gotten broken into, received a call from the office and was told that the door was open half way. When we arrived almost everything was gone. They do not know when the incident happen because surveillance did not capture. When you move in they tell you that there are cameras, that you need a code to get in and out the facility and they are constantly driving by, but when something like this happens they can't help you at all.

We were robbed 7 times. and they wouldn't share the dates of incident reports they made The roof leaked for the several years we were there and they never fixed it. I've reported the last robbery and the removal of our belongings to 5 people. The CS people never acknowledge I wrote it The managers don't have a record. They offer cheap and raise rents high. We would have moved sooner but we were high risk for COVID.

I just rented this unit yesterday and wow I'm stuck out side no code no one can help me stuck on the phone for 2 hours another gentleman out with same problem they just keep switching me from call to call with no straight answers.......And there was a poor guy stuck inside He said it was the 3rd time they switched his code on him and gave him a temporary one ...and obviously you need a code to get in and get out from there....... sadly I couldn't help him out cause my code didn't work to get inside either They should really have somebody at the office to deal with their technical difficulties with that gate but they don't nobody is ever there from wat The guy stuck inside had said.. also he mentioned to customer service while he was on the phone.. He was very upset because it was the third time something like this had happened to him ... Guys You don't need this inconvenience take your business somewere else avoid the chaos to your selfs trust me i just cancel didn't even got to see or enter and now struggling for a refund of my lost money

Let me start with the staff at the baseline office, RUDE! I understand the area is not the best but the staff fits right in. I have been to that office multiple times and it always has a sign on the door to come back in 30 + minutes. The girls in the office seem to do a lot of BS and still have time to be rude. They don’t greet you (horrible customer service) who raised humans like that? Second my storage got flooded after over a year with cube smart I went into the baseline office and stood there while 3 women ignored me. 1 Hispanic and 2 African American. I then asked if she was open she replied “I said hello” then I explained to her my storage had flooded she rolled her eyes and handed me a brochure and said “call this number” no EMPATHY no NOTHING!! Completely out of line. I knew at that moment I had to get my things out of there, warn others and NEVER go back to this place. Poor customer service equals NO SERVICE!!

Units are being broken into. My neighbor unit was broken into 4x management does nothing to help. They are also very rude when asking question and they don’t notify u that your u it was broken into. They rush u off the phone and don’t help put u at ease that your belonging would stay safe. I wouldn’t recommend them. You pay your rent every month and the go up every 6 months about 30 dollars depending on your unit and your stuff gets robbed. ?????

This last time my storage got broken into the lady I spoke to was not considered at all and she was rude and hung up on me... She also said the person was stealing for there for three days before they caught him ??????? THREE DAYS.. LIke where was the cop and your cameras when this was happening? I’m writing this review hoping that corporate reads this. Well my storage unit got broken into on dec 16 and it was the worst experience I have ever experience at a storage unit , reason why is because I strongly feel that it was unfair that I had lost everything I owned just when I filed it up. My storage unit got broken into because there is no one in watching the place the place 7 day’s a week and after hours the gate is always open because people are constantly breaking into the units , in a couple occasions I had to report Break-ins to the storage office at the other site because there’re nobody Supervising During office hours or after hours.So due to the storage management not doing their part and keeping my property safe from getting broken into I should be entitled TO ALL MY MONEY THAT I LOST INCLUDING WORK DAYS THAT I LOST BECAUSE OFF ALL MY TOOLS THAT That were stolen due to that reason I couldn’t work I had to put Work off till I was able to replace those tools .Some sentimental valuables that I will never get back. My identity was stolen that day including pink slip to my cars my pass support my kids birth certificates and much more. The break-ins have been going on for months since And I told the storage office that there’s been break-ins and they have done nothing about it I told him about the gate that doesn’t stay closed and people are opening it at night they did nothing about it so yes I feel like I’m entitled to everything that I lost.

They have CONSTANT break ins, do not notify tenants of these break ins, and after my storage was burglarized it was not discovered until the next AFTERNOON!!!! Access was open for 8 HOURS before I even received a call and then my unit was left OPEN and UNNATTENDED until I arrived around 6pm. Staff does not care and continuously fails to make repairs to the facility causing repeated burglarized units.. THE THEIFS KEEP COMING BACK BECAUSE THEY CAN CONTINUOUSLY GET IN UNOPPOSED. UPDATE: General manager claimed he would help with situation but once he received the information he asked of me, I never heard back from him. Took over 2 months to receive insurance payout and is nowhere near enough to cover losses so I guess this matter will be resolved elsewhere. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
