Junkies junkies everywhere!! Manager lied to me about someone being there at night. There’s junkies breaking in and stealing my stuff. Might as well store it in the street for free!! I hope the same happens to all the employees themselves. They wont do anything to make it better. Especially the broken fence where junkies walk in and out.

Employees were very nice. My problem was with how they ran the facility. My unit was broken into and had a bunch of stuff stolen. I also had my vehicle stored there and it was broken into as well. Be aware it isn't a safe place to store things. They had an awful rodent problem that destroyed a bunch on my stuff. Plus having your boxes covered in urine and poo is gross. They turned off the lights for the last few months. So I am done.

Walked In looking for info on units. Spoke with Teresa, and she was able to help me figure out the exact size unit I needed. She walked me to a few units and the property was clean. We saw a few friendly renters as we walked to the first unit. Units we were Shown were cleaned out and very presentable. Definitely loved the customer service. Which is lacking these days. Definitely recommend this property. I myself will definitely be back when I need to rent again. Ask for Teresa.

My sister’s storage unit was covered in rat pellets. We found a dead rat on her babies rocking crib box. The entire unit smelled like rat. She waved her rights to her property and left everything in the unit. We also didn’t put the things that we pulled out, back into the unit. It’s not on the customer to upkeep the maintenance of the entire property. Make sure you purchase the insurance when you rent from this location. Also, I highly recommend going to another location for a CubeSmart.

The manager is rude. The doors are very hard to open! The unit is very dusty. The rental was raised $75 in only 4 months. The office is often closed. One time the gate broke and no one came to fix it because it was a weekend. I had important things I needed to pick up and I couldn’t!

As a CubeSmart customer I thought this store would be ideal due to a needed move. The worst service possible. The manager named Teresa couldn’t be less interested in showing me a unit or answering any questions. She kept telling me to just go online to move in if I wanted to know the location options. The attitude emanating from her was nauseating. Well I didn't go online, I went elsewhere. ExtraSpace got my business instead.

The Waterman location in San Bernardino is THE WORST place to rent from! This place is RAT infested and NOTHING gets done about it!!! Good luck trying to get ahold of the manager, they are hardly ever available and impossible to get ahold of. They know of the RAT problem and do nothing about it. Their RATS ruin so much $$$$ worth of items and NOTHING gets replaced. This place is DISGUSTING! Save yourself money, time, energy, stress you name it and DO NOT rent from this place!!!

My husband paid for one last month. We paid to have the lock to be cut off. We has to make a schedule for this lock to be cut too. It literally took 4 days for them to figure it out. My husband and I went down to the storage to have a lot cut. We got there 15 minutes prior for our appointment time. We were waiting inside for her to come in to cut it off. We were made to wait for an additional an additional 20 minutes. When the worker Was Nearby she stopped on her golf cart and started talking to other people who had storages there taking her time. My husband got her attention and said we needed to go. The female worker got on her golf cart and came to us. I thought she was going to do what we paid her to do. Instead she said that it was a courtesy took see to cut a lock and then refuse to cut the. My husband told her that we had already paid for her to do it. She said she could very easily refound us the money and then immediately drove off. We were left right there expecting the appointment to happen and for some reason the worker didn't feel like it was her business to do her job. Worst customer service ever. This review was for the cube storage facility on Baseline by the way.

Friendly Staff, Nice to communicate with, and their secured storage spaces are good. BUT its Not Good for Outdoor Vehicle Storage, if there's anything valuable on or in it. We had our Trailer Stolen from the lot (our fault for not having a hitch lock, lesson learned). A Month Later (this past Saturday Sep 7th) someone jumped the fence and tried to pry their way into the trailer! (We just got the trailer 3 months ago and haven't even gotten to Use it yet!!!) If you have a heap that you're going to store there, ok, but take off anything valuable!!

I had a problem with one of the staff that wasnt a regular and i was new didnt know it at the time i made my last review. I went back and shared my concerns with Brian and manager Victoria. Both very stellar individuals. They apologised for the unprofessionalism of that person and took care of me right away. I got back into my unit and was happy. This location has the best staff cubesmart has thank you very much to both of them.

They rented me a storage with a door that sticks bad and hard to open and close. I also bought a lock they said was new but isnt its used and also sticks. I hadn't paid for it cuz i had problems with my account its 13 bucks i paid my storage bill tho but now they locked me out over 13 dollars that i told them I'd pay on the first cuz i have ssi my account got overcharged by uhaul I'm tryna clear it. Told them but they dont care.

I’m amaze with the wonderful service I was provided! They are very nice and they make sure you have the suave you need for your storage. They gdvd us water while where there signing the papers and a free 3 roll tape that came handy!! Their business hours are the best in the area and they have on site manager!!

Absolutely amazing storage facility. I want to specially thank the store manager, Dolores. She was extremely helpful with my complicated storage situation. First of all, she was courteous at all times. Also, she went above and beyond to help me when I had to make some changes from out of state. 10/10 would recommend to a friend 10/10 would use this storage facility again

Update: after a few months I got a letter in the mail that my rent is going up $5 a month. That type of stuff pisses me off. I can see rent going up when your lease/agreement is up, but not a few months into it. I am out of state, but as soon as I can I'll be getting out of there. I can't handle these types of business practices. I am a new customer, but have been impressed with everyone I have dealt with so far. From the customer service agent when I called to inquire about a spot to store my vehicle, to the women working in the office. Dolores, the manager, even came and shook my hand and introduced herself. Both she and Denise were absolutely fabulous. Professional and friendly.

Initially I was very disappointed with this company. The rep assured me the room at Tippecanoe location was 400sqft. Come to find out it was 2, 10x10. Upon arrival it was discovered that not only was it not 400sqft, the doors were broken and therefore unit unavailable. The woman onsite was extremely nonchalant, unapologetic and oh well. She offered no resolve.I asked was it possible to search their system for a 400sqft email. Reluctantly she did. To my satisfaction I spoke with the manager Denise who was SUPER PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL. she immediately remedied the situation. Although I went with another storage place I appreciate Denise and thank her for a job well done.

I would give 0 stats if I could. We won a storage unit in auction, it was filed 100% with trash. Myself, my diabetic husband and mother spent the whole day working for free basically! I will never buy from them again. The management obviously created this unit to sell. Very sad what these storage people can get away with.

Dolores is an exceptional and attentive manager. I have worked with her long distance from across the country and in person at the SB location, and she is responsive, organized, attentive and, most important, kind and positive. Dealing with storage can be an emotional experience. Dolores makes sure the paperwork is in order, and goes the extra mile to make what can be difficult - being covered in dust and carrying really really heavy boxes in 95 degree heat - doable! If more people had Dolores' work ethic and attitude the world would be a better place. Thank you Dolores!
