My experience was horrible. My unit was broken into my husband’s work equipment and personal new items were stolen. All was worth a little over 2k and the insurance claim was useless.They wanted a list and asked for recipients of the stuff stolen. Units are really bad maintained not to mention the drywall installed as walls.

We went to clear out our storage and all of our items were chewed on by Rodents and feces on everything. Couch, Mattress and box spring, entertainment center, kitchen items. We found 3 dead rats in out unit. Pictures to prove it. Called to file a claim and they said insects and rodents are not covered. if you have items at the unit on 23rd in San Bernardino I would get my stuff out. I never got help from the storage manager I had to call corporate to get any assistance. I left 4 messages for the facility manager and not one call till I went above her head. it also took her a month to close my acct again it took me calling corporate for her to close out my acct.

My door lock was changed while a door replacement. I was told by the storage manager my looks would not be replaced. Now I have rented a U-haul Drove back home to check my mailbox and back to the storage. This was such a huge inconvenience for me and my wife especially given our financial situation, we been put in a hole. Thank you cube smart.

I put my stuff in and got it out. I didn't like that the fee keep going up.... Way to much. I didn't like I wasn't late to the point my lock was cut off and put inside my storage. I was never informed of this until I couldn't open my storage. Then was told. Oh.. we changed the door. My storage should have never been opened. Especially without my notification. So I'm reducing my score to a 5 that is unacceptable

I’ve been there for years and every year my rent goes up, I’ve even had to switch to get smaller because of the rent, I shouldn’t have to pay so much for being with them almost 23years, and on top of that they added insurance which I never asked for when I first started going there if my stuff burns fine, nothing in it that’s worth anything,

Not only is the service Here (evenings) OK at best..... but the hours are erratic at times they left the gate unlocked I drove in, 5 minutes before closing, they locked me inside. And there is NO ONE AROUND! I HAD TO CALL CORPORATE. the people that show up at night I've seen changing clothes in the open. Several broken units left to rot.. My unit especially is falling apart, it caving in the cardboard walls from the neighbors stuff, I've mentioned this to 3 different people, on 4 different occasions... It is shrugged off. Save your stuff and peice of mind, go somewhere else.

The insurance company kicked right in and paid what they thought it was worth. This is the second time I've ever used a storage from them and the second time it's been robbed. So take your chances.. The staff are all in your business. I had the door shut one day cause it was pouring horizontal rain into my unit and they made me keep it open. And then told me i couldnt have things in front of the door. So i guess instead of a 10 x 15 i supposedly had, i can use 10 x 12 and pay for 10 x 15. Further more i dont want people to see my belongings then cut thru the drywall inside later ( because one layer of 3/8 drywall is the only thing seperating you from the next unit ) and steal my stuff. Poor customer service and ridiculous rules.

I was expecting for them to reimburse what i paid for the time i had it there. Found dead rats there when i got it, and the girls at the office said they were going to clean it, but never did.

i opened a storage there in 2005 and you guys let my sister in my storage and gave her a new key i lost it all.she wasnt even on my account ..and then in 2010 you or your employees went and updated my credit report address to your storage faciliy..all my info was in the storage i lost so i changed the address to the correct one and a few months later u weny and updated my address to your storage place again..thats very illegal and i believe some one kept all my birth social all my life was in there that i coulnt get back but y u kept it for your own personal use i cant seem to forget...i can review my credit report today and it will show the address and the date it was done TWICE on change of address reports..SO watch out everyone....its your address it just took me to this site with goole maps...
