This facility is well maintained and managed. I have been back and forth to our locker many times. William and Izzy are always extremely helpful and friendly. The last time I came in, my lock had a problem. William was supposed to be on break, but instead of taking the rest he deserved, he worked with me to open the lock. He’s been great to work with on other occasions as well. William’s tag line is “where there’s a Will there’s a way”. From my experience with him that’s 100% true.

I have been storing stuff at this facility for over 6 years, first as Storage West and then Cubesmart. It's gone downhill since becoming Cubesmart and tonight it hit rock bottom. I went to pick up my vehicle that I had being stored. I wanted to close my account while I was there. I went into the office and the representative was working with another customer. I waited patiently for her to finish. This was at 5:51pm. They close at 6pm. While I was waiting to be helped, triple AAA called letting me know he was outside so I could get my battery jumped. I mentioned to the rep that I was going to show Triple A where my car was and be right back. I arrived back at the office at 5:55pm and the door was locked. I knocked on the door for 3 minutes and she never came out. So extremely rude!!! Now I have to make a second trip over there to close my account, but they will NEVER get another penny out of me!!

While the people were helpful, this place was not setup for RV storage. I rented a 30ft RV slot. I have a 30ft trailer. It was impossible to get the trailer in owing to too narrow lane, very narrow lot and improperly parked vehicles. We tried several spaces over 2 hour period (with guidance from CubeSmart person), all in vain. Eventually we rented a 40 foot space that was more accessible.

Definitely one of the worst places I’ve held a storage at cost me almost $400 a month for a 10 x 10 unit and the bathroom that’s on site is constantly locked as soon as the office people go home they just lock it instead of locking it when they should at 10 o’clock when entry is no longer allowed it’s ridiculous. What happens when you have to go to the bathroom and you’re at your storage unit you pay so much money you can’t even use the bathroom That is absolutely ridiculous and they should be ashamed of themselves charging such high rates and not even having the bathroom open. It’s the middle of the day Sunday and no bathroom pathetic and very disappointing.

It could not have been simpler to sign up for a 10’x15’ unit. I did 90% of it online in 10 minutes and then finished up with their onsite host, who was very helpful in expediting the process. The facility is spotless and the unit was cleaned and ready to go. Great experience.

Do not place your stuff at cube smart. A hotbed for thieves. Plus the place is unmanned. The manager is on medical leave and no one took her place. The front pedestrian door has been left open for two months and the cameras do not work. This is a total dereliction of duty. My stuff was stolen due to cube smart negligence they really do not care…beware. Shoot me a note and I will show you a copy of the police report. This is a real review by a customer.

Loss is around $10,000. Out of all the units on site you mean to tell me out of nowhere someone picked my unit to rob...fishy to me for only renting for 2 months. CubeSmart drives a pricing strategy that is not so Smart. They increased rates with minimal notice and far beyond the competitive market. Plus, you can't reach anyone that can help as it all seemingly is driven from the corporate office...go figure. They took a loyal customer that was in good standing of more than five years as forced me to move...and save dollars in doing so.

They RV dump station is a joke. The hose bib was improperly installed and finally broke. When I inquired about it I was curtly told by the manager that she is aware and will get to it when she can. She proceeded to say that not all locations even have a dump station. Excuse me but when paying these kind of rates a dump station is expected.

Not great for RVs, etc. The spaces are too close together and the lanes are too close as well.. making tail swing, etc. a real concern. Not at all worth what is charged for these spaces ($400+) with many unkept work and non-functional vehicles throughout when competitors apply standards to the stored vehicles. There are no standards here and gates seem to jam frequently in open position such that security is compromised. Cannot recommend for RV storage.

I went into Storage West on 3/10/21 and I could not be more pleased with the service I received! I went in inquiring about a unit and Janna not only helped me get everything I needed but did so with exemplary customer service. The unit I received was exactly as described and I can’t emphasize enough how pleased I was with the customer service! Such a fun and friendly staff! I definitely recommend! ??

This is a great storage facility. The staff are helpful and friendly, and someone is on-site 7 days a week. The facility is well-maintained and clean. We've rented a couple different storage units here over the last few years and have only had positive experiences.

During the 10 Years that I stored my trailer here, it was broken into 3 times and rent was raised every year. One of the breakins included removing a built-in generator and a dirt bike from my trailer. How did someone have enough time to do that with onsite management , cameras and gated?????hmmmm, inside job?? The only reason I stayed as long as I did, was because of it’s convenient location and i didn’t have the time to find another location until now. If you are going to store an RV, beware!

Overpriced for what you get. Inside unit (not drive up) Since I've been occupying a space here, they raised the rate twice. Can't wait until I have time to move my stuff out and to another location. 10 minutes away, there is another storage location that charges $40 less per month and is a drive up unit.

I moved from a 10 year storage in Carmel Valley area for convenience only. I have found the staff to be cordial and accommodating . I have a single car garage size on a ground floor which is easy to access. The rent is expensive but not out of line. Access from the area is easy and gate hours very convenient. The only star missing is one for modern facilities, doors and lock space difficult to manage at times. Appearance is a little old for the price but their location justifies it. Anyone in 4 S Ranch, Del Sur and Santa Luz can't go wrong with this facility.

My parents have had a storage there for 5yrs now, and have been flexible on payment dates various times. I'm now getting a storage for myself. They're great.
