I've said it before and I will say it again CubeSmart has been the best storage experience in all of my storage experiences. Absolutely, hands down. I have probably rented a unit in all of the well-known national storage companies at one point or another and CubeSmart has ended up being the human out of all of them. The staff at CubeSmart is personable approachable understanding and operate under a "case-by-case" mentality, which for some reason I have required time and again in other facilities and at CubeSmart. A special shout out and another "thank you" to our CubeSmart On-Site Rep. in Santa Ana, California, she is an outstanding employee and human in my opinion.

This place has went down hill fast ... Non stop theft of units. ..no lights on at night ...gates open more then it's closed ... Good luck of you need to use the restroom.. Way too many price increases. I wasn't even given advance notice of increases. They even have bi-annual increases. Rates are outside of the market. Read the other reviews about increases. Had a unit for 15 years. Last 3 years were Cube Smart. Customer service decline when Cube Smart took over.

CubeSmart in Fairview and Segerstrom in Santa Ana is horrible with very rude and immature mangers, Craig tried to put hands on me and the other manger named Petra did absolutely nothing. They are robbing the storage unit every 8 days and the Insurance they provide does nothing. They need better managers with better customer service.

My rent increased 52% in less than four years. Their greed finally forced me to find another storage facility. Be warned. The rent increases are relentless and no way commensurate with their "increasing costs" they always cite in their trite rent increase notifications. It's just greed and the relentless pursuit of corporate profits pure and simple. If you rent a unit here, I would suggest you invest in their stock. At least you get some of the constant rent increases returned to you in a 5% dividend. Hopefully the share price increases on pace with the rent. *Response to 'Response from the Owner'...I did try to speak with someone in the office about rent increases, affordability, and price disconnect with other facilities in the area. She was very polite/professional but couldn't end the call fast enough. She didn't care they were losing a customer who never had to be chased down for rent in almost four years.

This place is legitimately the coolest nicest storage buisness in Orange County , I promise you if you come here you will not be disappointed with the prices/securty/ or staff. The main point of contact is a nice young lady by the name of Angelina . She is the property manager. She is so caring and understanding and overall great customer service. She will sit there and listen to your story , not sure whether to be polite or nice but either way she’s amazing. Come here asap

I found this place right around the corner from me at the time . I actually had 2 units and down sized to 1 unit . The staff Angie and Elsie were polite and answered my questions & what if hypothetical ones too. I have had positive experiences here . Just for those who read this . And btw you have to time it right to talk with office personnel. They might be out on the lot or at lunch . So take that in mind .

It was a good 20 years with them but the place has become very dirty when they re-do the asphalt. The bathroom often runs out of toilet paper, too. The staff they have right now is very nice though and I appreciate that!

1. Your rent rates are much higher than ALL the competetors, that I checked out, and they kept going up!!! 2. Your flip up doors are way outdated, and hazardous. Plus they allow a ton of dust and debri into the units. 3. Eccept for the exit, I think the other access rows are way too narrow for medium size moving trucks, and these huge pickups these days to fit at the same time! People have to narrowly squeeze through, stop working to move for others that need to get by, etc. It's plain poor design, and a safety hazard!

I rented a space for my car, spoke to a supervisor prior to make things smooth. Went to check in next day, my car wouldn't fit, space was not meant for a car. Went through 3 spaces that day because things were not measured correctly and it was like no one listened to me in the beginning. Horrible

Within less then 12 hours after renting a unit it was broken into and my unit was ransacked , items ruined , thrown outside and many precious family items taken . We are heart broken . I was told by police that this is not the first time this has happened there it happens often ! Do not rent there if you value your stuff

Ever since cubesmart took over, customer service has decreased and prices have increased. They will charge you for everything. A fee if you're late, a fee to pay in app, a fee to pay on the phone and if they could they would probably charge a fee to charge you a fee. We will be removing our service with them as soon as humanly possible as the rent has also drastically increased with zero added space or value. Do yourself a favor, if you need to store something, look elsewhere, anywhere else...or better yet just get rid of what you need to store. In the long run you will be happier you didn't have to deal with cubesmart!

Price is decent. Positive review ends there. Money grabbing organization. They told me my account was autopay, but call to ask for payment every month after it was late. Details: I stored my items so I could live in Holland for 6 months. Every month, they waited until the payment was late, then called to let me know. I asked them to autopay, and they said they would email me .. No computer or internet where I was staying, so not possible. So they said they would call and ask for payment before it was late.
