The manager helped me tremendously find my former documents from a several year old account in order for me to move forward with a legal issue. I was surprised they had the ability to find all my documentation of the unit I rented. Further the facility was easy to access and clean! I was very happy to use this storage facility and all staff and management are of the highest caliber! Kudos to Manager Ariana who emailed all the docs to me and stayed on the line as I opened each one with my computer as I am a senior citizen with limited tech skills-she walked me through each step!

We signed up yesterday for a 5x10 unit needed as temporary storage for certain items we wanted in storage but accessible - as we move out of our home - and will be in limbo , till late October when our house will be completed. Nice unit. Clean, secure . Climate controlled. Adriana was.Very pleasant and couldn’t have been more helpful. Easy process. Reasonable prices.

Aria was so nice and helpful and made the process really easy update: lets see we go here quite often and the bathrooms are ALWAYS locked... If you try to go into the office.. the door to the office is locked. The attendant will say they lock the bathrooms because of vandalism..... but my stuff is supposedly safe? Also there are never dollys.. how you only have two dollys for a place that large is beyond me The doors are always open... people figure out how to unlatch the door to leave it open and never put it back so it doesnt seem that secure after 4 months they upped our storage fee 60 dollars... for what? no bathrooms, vandalls and full access to the facility? Something needs to change

I went in not too long ago looking for great service and I was given it, I walked in and right away I was greeted by the lady upfront. First thing I noticed were our names were the same, Ariana. She was wonderful, we got to bond over the names and then got down to business. The service she provided was great, answered all my questions and was patient with me as well. This was my first time going in a CubeSmart and she really came through with the service and we even got to exchange a few laughs. Great visit and she was amazing.

The clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure doing business for them. I am, however, disappointed that I had to buy yet another lock, having already had one from another one of your locations. He explained to me that since I did not have the lock with me he could not complete the transaction unless I purchased another lock. He also told me that I could not return the new lock for credit, even if I brought my lock with me the next day. At this point, I have a total of four blocks from CubeSmart. As I have over the years had previous units at of your locations. So at this point I have paid $80 for locks. I think this is a ridiculous policy.

I have 2 units with cube smart, in different cities and my experience has been fantastic. Their facilities are emaculate. They always have security around, the units are well priced and they don't raise your rent every 5 minutes. I'm very happy with cube smart and won't use any other storage places. Also I was easily able to secure one completely online and it was available immediately.

The Rancho California Rd. Cubesmart is excellent!!! They go above and beyond in their service. It is the best storage facility I have rented at. When I went in to select a storage unit Jameel helped me. He is amazing!!! He is welcoming, warm and very friendly. He makes you feel at ease and comfortable right away. He doesn't sale to you; he just asks what you need. And he takes the time to patiently show you all your options. He is a hard worker and a very refreshing person. I've been a Cube Smart customer for the past 3-4 years. They've always been forthcoming and helpful until my recent visit. I was informed by managers in the past that I could retain my existing rate of rental by paying in advance. When I stopped to make the payment, I discovered that they raised my rate by $30/month! This goes against what they told me in the past about rate increases and very sneaky way of doing business! Update: The owner referred me to the store manager to work things out. The manager informed me that Cube Smart can increase their rate without advanced notice. Either Cube Smart has changed it's policy about not informing its customers about rate changes before it takes effect (my rate is not due to increase until Aug 2022 and I have yet to receive a notification stating there's an increase), or someone has lied to me. Previous managers have inform me in the past that if I were to make advanced payment before rate changes occur, I could lock in my current rate, which was not honored when I stopped by to make my payment recently. This is a shady business, I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone!

The gentleman who works here decides upon our arrival that he's not going to help us because he needs to go to lunch earlier than he is supposed to. He left a family of 3 in an empty rainy parking lot instead of going to lunch a few minutes late. I'm not impressed especially after he said f you when I said I'd complain. Zero stars.

Terrible experience I use this company back in 2017 when I was in the military and that is why out of all the storage units in Temecula I chose cube smart thinking I would continue to receive the same excellent customerService that I had received the prior years, but to my surprise I was wrong. On October 23 of 2020 I made a reservation and paid $200 to reserve the unit And on November 2 of 2020 I discovered that I will need to move out of state, so I called the manager Leslie Boyd and informed her of the situation and she said yes I would be able to cancel, but once I arrived at the office I discovered that even though I was only in the unit for 10 days I would still be charged the entire 200. I informed her that I’m OK with being charge for the 10 days That the unit was under my name but charging me the entire 200 for 10 days is ridiculous but she didn’t seem to care And I left Well cube smart you just lost a loyal customer :(

We have been using storage facilities in Southern California for our business for over 20 years. In 2018, we moved to Cube Smart and added a second unit in 2019. However, our experience with Cube Smart has been disappointing. We experienced consistent monthly rent hikes, which led us to consolidate our units to save money, as they adjust frequently based on market value. We moved to a unit that seemed fine, but the door broke within a month. We reported the issue in person, via email, and by phone over three months, but the door was never fixed until it fell on one of our staff members' head/shoulder due to the reported mechanical failure of the door. We immediately reported the incident to the front office and escalated the issue to corporate, but to this day, we have not received any follow-up. Our employee incurred medical bills, and we were left with a broken storage unit that we paid full price for, without a door. Cube Smart's offered one month free and to move us to another unit with an additional free month for our troubles… unacceptable at best. We have since moved to a locally owned and operated self-storage facility and have had a much better experience. We use storage every month, every year, and leaving Cube Smart was the best decision we made for our business and sanity. Overall, our experience with Cube Smart was unfortunate, and we would not recommend them to anyone.

My husband and me had gone to check out the CubeSmart facility. Tim was able to show us around and gave details about the sizes/expectations. We moved forward renting a space. It was nice to be able to use their moving truck (FYI: there is not a ramp), which we had to use a couple more times for a fee, but still it was cheaper than going to an actual UHaul (this worked for us). Leslie (name may be misspelled) was also awesome with helping us with questions we had. We had small encounters with Patricia, however, she was nice to work with as well. So far, we have not had any compliments. It is still early on, but I'm happy with the people and overall experience.

Since Tim's been the manager the facility has been very clean! Tim and Leslie provide quality customer service and they are always available when you have a question. Enjoy the convenience of being able to load and unload close to our interior units. Like that they have multiple security cameras. We will refer our friends and family.

After a recent unexpected increase in my storage monthly cost, I visited the office on Rancho California Road in Temecula, Ca to see what my options were. Tim Shartel and Lesley Boyd, both managers, worked some magic and got me into a unit almost the exact same size for a very nice monthly savings. It was literally 100 feet away from my old unit. A reservation was made and all the transfer paperwork was done quickly and painlessly. On moving day, we had several 4-wheel carts to use and and all the best wishes they could offer. The whole facility is well lit, monitored, secure, and very clean. My "old" storage unit showed no dust or any evidence of the 5 years my possessions had be stored. The facility appears to be pest free, and some areas are temperature controlled. I am very happy with the A++ service and professionalism Tim and Lesley provide, as well as my new monthly rate. I am totally comfortable with the security of my possessions. Thank you CubeSmart Self Storage, Tim and Lesley.

Absolutely love love love this place! Lesley, helped me out tremendously with getting a unit - She's the sweetest, and most genuine manager I have ever met. I'm a first time renter with this place and overall it's my first time getting a storage unit. I definitely made several calls to other storage locations in Temecula and this was hands down the best choice for my budget and just how clean the facility is. Sure enough the manager definitely made me feel more safe and secure in my decision to rent here. If you're looking for an awesome, spacious, affordable unit - this is the place for you!

I did a lot of research I have had bad experiences with storages and this place was nothing but pleasant. Everyone wanted to charge double the price for a storage like the one I got here. The guys in the office were super friendly and helpful.

After five years of storing items here, we are done. The rate has jumped every year and was going to increase by $47 a month on July 1st. We will be clearing our unit while the entry gate and doors closest to our spot are malfunctioning. Extremely inconvenient!

Maria was very kind and helpful. She was very busy the day that I came in and hand to jump from person to person so they wouldn't feel neglected. She always acknowledged anyone that came in even while helping others and that although is the right thing to do, most people don't do it. It makes a person feel ignored when they are not acknowledge when they arrive even if the person is helping someone else, she did an excellent job of making sure everyone was taken care of. She is a good multi-tasker and I appreciate her hard work.

From the moment I walked into Cubesmart on Rancho California road, I I felt cared for and important. Kristy was very knowledgeable, kind and all-around lovely to work with. As far as the facility is concerned, it is very clean and secure. I explained that I had left a competitor storage facility just up the road because of poor communication (apparently there had been a fire and none of the unaffected tenants were notified), sub-par facilities and lack of decent security (my unit was broken into and robbed). Kristy eased my concerns and went above and beyond her call of duty to meet my storage needs. I highly recommend this storage facility. If I could give more stars, I would.

Modern, clean building with easy access and good security. Location is central to Temecula which made it convenient for me. Lesley was very helpful and efficient and helped me quickly upgrade to a larger unit when I underestimated how much stuff I have! I definitely recommend this storage facility. Very happy so far.

Staff is very friendly and explained everything. The office hours and access times are pretty standard. They offer different deals online, so make sure you check the website for them. They added a gate to the lot and now you cam store trailers and RVs.

I love this Cube Smart on Rancho California, Temecula,CA This facility is always clean, if there is an issue with something it is taken care of right away. I have great access to my unit, getting a cart is easy. The staff is always kind, courteous and Customer service is #1 priority here. When I come into the office Lesley Boyd always greets me by name, with a smile on her face. She never fails to ask me "How may I help you today Mrs. Campbell ?" She may be small in stature but Huge in Proffessionalism and personality. She is very knowlegeable, especially in what CubeSmart has to offer their clientele. My unit has been there for a few years now. My son went into the military and needed a unit to store his belongings, Leslie was instrumental in helping him get the right long term space for his possessions. Sometimes when I'm in the area, I will stop in Just to say "Hello" to Leslie, Tim and the rest of the staff, Be cause they are so nice. I've been at this location for over three years. While storaging keep sakes items is important, so is where you store them. The office staff is great at the Rancho California Rd. location. They are friendly and very heplful. However, keep in mind the cost when choosing, because Cube Smart loves to hike rates. For corprate it is all about the money. If you plan on storing for awhile beware. Those low move in rates is just that. After that they'll go up every time you look around.

Very nice storage facility, even the non-air-conditioned units stay very temperature-controlled because it's all indoor. We've been very happy with the security and cleanliness. The company does raise the rent prices about every 6 months and will kind of nickel and dime you but we would still rent a storage unit here again.

When I first came by I meet Kristin and she was amazing in going over and explaining the cost. After looking at my budget I returned Lesley took care of me. she knew exactly where my information was so not to keep me any longer then had to. The place was really clean and comfortable inside. Everything was in order. Lesley took me to see spaces that was available--she explain the size and cost. Also why they were better then others. They had many cameras around at all times. Everything was explained and even when I had questions during her lunch she put down her lunch to answer more questions. When I called and ask for the rate, they told me 64 dollars. Sounds great! And they told me 1st month free! Sounds awesome! However, this is not the case. "Oh, you have to purchase insurance for $12 a month." Let's get this straight, so it's not $64, it's $76. "Oh, there is a first time administration fee of $22." ....So first month is not free, and the monthly rate is $76.....You wasted my time, Cubesmart!!!! I DO NOT APPRECIATE DECEPTIVE SALES TECHNIQUES. DO NOT LIE TO ME. And their prices are higher than everyone else.

We moved our storage from a small unit to a double the size unit. The roof has leaks everywhere. We had a hard time finding a larger unit with out leaks. We have been with Cube Smart for years. Our customer service was fair. The day we had to move it had to be done within a 24 hour period. THe ladies restroom was out of order due to leaks and the mens restrroom has no lock. So no I was not real thrilled with this process.
