Jameel stayed late on a Saturday to make sure everything went alright and that I had everything I needed to move in, when he didn’t have to. Huge shout out to Jameel and Kasandra at the Temecula location! I just moved out of a unit after a year. Jameel was absolutely clutch during my move in and move out! Literally everything about my move was chaotic except for my business with Jameel and Kasandra at CubeSmart. They were always available, accommodating, communicative and super chill to work with- this is my 5th time renting from CubeSmart and Id never use any other company after how smooth and reliable all of my dealings with them have been. Honestly I was a bit rude when i arrived as I am going through a divorce and hated the circumstances of needing storage. When i got there this guy name Jamil took my pissy attitude but not only remained professional, but he even showed empathy for my situation. I can go anywhere and get a damn room from robots, but I was fortunate to have gotten the space from someone who cared about people. And it didn’t hurt that the facility was very clean!

I wish I could give it negative stars. I had my storage here for a few years come to find out everything in it was stolen. It’s been a year since I lost everything, all my sentimental things like photo albums. They said they didn’t have any security footage of my unit when it happened so I was given no extra detail not even pictures. My family and I move alot so we had this as insurance to keep some of our stuff and we are heartbroken. Will never use this facility again

This is great facility with awesome staff . Kasandra and Jameel are amazing managers. They helped me decide what size unit fit my needs . I was having a very bad day at the time and Jameel was able to turn my frown into a smile . The rental office desk was infested with ants and when I mentioned it to the customer representative Cassandra she told me that they have sprayed but the ants keep coming back. Additionally, the rental space I was assigned had broken glass and garbage all on the floor, Cassandra had to bring a broom and dust pan from the office and sweep it up before I could put my stuff in there.

Jamal & Rosie (staff) were helpful & friendly on both the phone & in person. The 3 * are because the Cube ad is deceptive when it comes to pricing during my rental paperwork. For one, I have the exact lock that Cube said was needed & yet I was told I cannot use it that it is mandatory to buy one from Cube! Total rip off. Secondly I was told it was mandatory to have renters insurance. So I was charged for that until I bring in proof from my own company's declaration sheet. And lastly, I asked how long the rate was good for & was told that maybe 4 months & corporate would adjust upward. Butterfield Storage guarantees a year with no rent increase. I have a big unit there for 5 years now & at Cube this unit is smaller for my son who is in the Navy. I have moved away from storage companies when the rent increases too much & too often. In conclusion - future renters ask what the total amount due will be because there's also a hefty admin fee $29. I will know better next time & of course there will be a next time.

CubeSmart is not actual "SELF STORAGE" which is why I left. After getting through the main gate there is another access door with a code that keeps changing and the only way to get the code is to call someone who never answers or go to the office where you are lucky if you can find someone. That is NOT SELF SERVICE! It was frustrating and infuriating and not only a waste of my time it was a waste of my money towards a false contract. You got the best of me! You win, but this is false advertising and posting a long letter on the door outlining a process that is not contracted or does not work does not meet the terms of the contract I signed.

No stars for Cube Smart on Pechanga Pkwy. I had to give them one star in order to post this... We had a 10x10 and a 10x25 units. 10x25 was broke into. Management didn't care and seemed flippant. Raised our rates $140.00 total. Elevator was down about a month. Access door to bldg. was broke for 3 months. A bottle of urine was left on a fire extinguisher in the hallway for months after I told management about it. Overall, this was a terrible experience and I will gladly spread the word.

This storage was not helpful and very deceiving. Online it shows that the unit is available and let's you reserve it and pay for it. Then when you go there it's not really available and there is stuff inside. There corporate doesn't communicate well with the location. The staff also wasn't helpful. Their Temecula location on pechanga parkway was very rude. We drove up and parked to try and go inside and they immediately put up the "out to lunch" sign and locked the door. A lady poked her head out and said we're at lunch. Talk about rude. I think they were racist. My husband and I are an interracial couple.

Rented online for RV space. Not only is no one available, but you can tell people hop the fence and mess with the back lot. The cameras do not cover the back lot, they don't make sure people park straight and it's very difficult to move bigger rigs. If you are over 30', steer clear. If you are worried about security, steer clear, if you want to talk to some one, you can only call their regional customer service. There is not one around.

In one word or two: Honesty & Transparency. I've used Storage Facilities for years, and every single one will try to fleece you. I'm a new customer with CubeSmart (one month in), and I was hoping they'd be different—especially since their main advertising angle is superior customer service. Not the case. When I first inquired about the availability of a unit, the salesperson claimed I could use my own persona lock. I reserved a unit at their Temecula, CA. location. Next, when I talked to an actual worker at the site, she said that I couldn't use my own lock, citing a “new” policy. I was disappointed, but since I had little time, I agreed to go with it and paid extra for the unnecessary lock. As we went through the billing items, she indicated that there would be a monthly insurance charge. I mentioned that I already had Renters insurance through AAA—which would cover the insurance portion. She said fine—just send her a copy of my policy. A couple of weeks later (after I'd checked with AAA that CubeSmart was included in my policy), I called again so I could send them a copy of the policy. The gentleman that answered informed me that it's no longer their policy to accept outside insurance. He claimed that everyone had to pay the minimum additional insurance—regardless !???! If this isn't fleecing—what is? Am I paranoid, or is this sort of disingenuous behavior just rampant with businesses these days?

Our need was a storage room. We were amidst moving and there were items we did not know. . .Should it stay or should we let it go. We found Cube Storage to be our purgatory. Cube Smart is a very clean and organized. We were in good hands! We have a key entry code-verifying who we were. We purchased a heavy duty lock in the office, it's important to have additional peace of mind. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Having friendly helpful employees is key for any business establishment. In closing, CubeSmart is highly recommended. Thank you!

Okay. I'm editing this review. I was outright lied to about insurance and lock requirements. Then, more than a year after I provided proof of insurance, (and had their insurance cancelled) they started charging me AGAIN! How many people do they pull this on? But, the facility was always clean and there were some very nice people working in the office.

Cubesmart in Pechanga Parkway, Temecula looks great and clean facility. I particularly liked the red/grey exterior paint of Cubesmart which was just newly painted when we signed up for a unit. The staffs, Brandon, Delmy and Patricia welcomed us with enthusiasm and made us feel right at home. They help us through the process with smile and genuine care to accommodate our storage needs. They showed great customer service and made us feel a sense of security in knowing that our stuffs will be in good hands and protected. I just hope that the corporate office strive to lower the rates to allow people to afford and maintain the units with ease and also bring more clients/patrons to the establishment.

If I could give this company no stars I would. It all started when I first tried to get a unit. We arrived 45 minutes before they were closing, and the lady at the front desk was in a hurry to go home. First the lady told us the computer system was down, and we insisted there was someone we could call about the system. After about 15 minutes she agreed to call. Magically the system was working again. Eventually we got our unit. A month later I try to make my first payment and every option to make a payment had a fee attached. During the automated payment system, I was told to avoid a fee call your local cubesmart. After getting ahold of the cubesmart the lady says we don't take payments over the phone. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Choose another storage company.

When I stopped in to get a unit, Sol was so friendly, kind, and helpful. She helped me choose the size I needed. When the system would not allow her to rent me a unit right then, I agreed to come back the next day. An hour later, she called to tell me the system was up and I could return if I wanted or still return the next day. I really needed the unit that night so I ran over and she quickly got me set up, showed me the unit, gave me instructions and I was on my way. Sol is super friendly yet very professional and knowledgeable, and I would rent a unit here again just because of her. Also, the area was very clean and comfortable to get around.

Delmy was awesome. On the day I tried to rent a unit online she had a customer in the store renting the same unit. When I called she took the time to check on another unit that she was told was going to be available. She called me back within minutes to let me know the space was indeed available and she was able to reserve it for me. Every thing from that point on has been smooth. I would recommend Cube Smart on Pechanga Pkwy in Temecula, CA.

I rented this storage unit out for 6 months and I had a great experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family! The place is clean and staff is very friendly. I reserved my 5 x 5 online. The staff called within 24 hrs to confirm my reservation. The staff was pleasantly helpful in getting me my unit # before my move in date which help me with work. My introduction to Cube Smart in Temecula off Pechanga parkway was smooth from the start. I reserved online then received a phone call confirming my reservation and answered any questions I had. Prior to move in I received a reminder email confirming date and space we rented. Day of move Patricia called to confirm our arrival time. During the friendly conversation with Patricia I realized we needed a larger space ( we were loading up the truck while we spoke) Patricia gave me several options to accommodate our need for a larger space. I got what I needed with no issues and all was smooth sailing after that. We rented a 10x15 and that left room for the rest of our boxes we still had to move I would recommend this location. My personal experience was excellent and I appreciated the professionalism from Patricia and the rest of staff

What great service! We came in to look at storage today, we are first time users and we needed extra attention, so we were at first disheartened when we pulled in and the parking lot was full and the office was packed with people, but we went in anyway and I’m glad that we did. Inside despite the clamor there was a man with a huge smile somehow able to help multiple customers at once sliding seamlessly between two computers making effortless small talk the whole time. In no time at all the office was empty and it was our turn the Manager was thoughtful in the questions that he asked as well as the time and care he took showing us different sizes and types of sheds explaining the benefits of each. Needless to say we were impressed! We now feel like experts, when he asked me for the review I said yes without hesitation.

Upon renting a storage unit, you have approximately 30 days to use CubeSmart 10' truck to help with your move. Customer service at this location is paramount. This self-storage location is clean, well lighted, and in great condition. Staff was very helpful and took care of my unit set-up quickly and efficiently. They are located well, close to the freeway on a major street, with a left-turn lane just for this facility. That's a pretty big deal on a busy, fast moving 6 lane road. I'm very pleased with the ease of access to my unit, and the access hours go to 10 PM, 7 days per week.

Moved here from out of NC. Wanted to store my car trailer. They had the available space but refused me because I have a multi year plate on my trailer (different from CA registration). They said they needed to confirm that I owned the trailer, so I offered to show them the title from the NC DMV. This was elevated to the site manager who refused it. I asked to speak to the mgr to help him understand and was told that the manager wasn't taking calls (supposedly leaving for vacation). I've rented a 10x30 garage from this rental yard for the past 2 months and they treat me this way... Stay away from this place - staff and mgmt are difficult to work with.

In my dire need of storage sept 14 Cubesmart was ,ready available. Not knowing what I needed to accommodate my funiture Ms Morgan, Delaney and Lisa answered all my questions and xoncerbs. During my stay with Cubesmart they always displayed an interest,when I had a few hick ups. They maintained, curtesy, professional attitude and willing to help with solutions. The facilities are clean and we'll kept grounds. The staff showed a genuine appreciation of you evening a valued customer. I would recommend Cubesmart to everyone!

Within 15 minutes of closing time, she was patient with us, showing us an available RV space and even mentioned one of the spaces had just become open for rent, one of the more coveted spaces.
