Have been coming here for years now. Marn always goes above and beyond for her customers. I always see her maintaining the units and cleaning multiple times throughout the day. Never had any issues that weren’t fixed right away as Marn is on top of it here. The units are safe, clean and pretty good size options available. Marn is a super friendly, super helpful co-manager of the site. She helped us over the phone and gave us the reassurance we needed to move in immediately. We moved out of an absolute nightmare at a "public"-style storage facility in the same town (where we had two units broken into and items stolen). We use out storage unit it fairly regularly, and arrive at a variety of different hours. Every visit we have made included Marn walking the rows of units, greeting customers, picking up trash (never say ANY), pulling tiny weeds, and otherwise trying to problem solve before there are issues. The place feels incredibly safe, and I feel complete comfort in the security of my items at the facility. Highly recommended. Clean, secure, easy access. This is the place I should have been using long before I lost $10,000 worth of equipment at that other place. Keep in mind that many storage facilities allow you to rent at a low rate for the first 2 or 3 months, then the monthly rate goes up and up. Here you can rent you unit at the same rate for extended periods, keeping the rate stable and low. Marn is great sharing those details. A final note, I was at the unit recently, when man walked by saying hello. She added a request that I say hello to my spouse (by name!). Great place. We are pleased to be here.

I was helping with a move were I was running late from hurrying to finish another move were the storage place closed at 6pm which is way to early if you ask me. This place was at least open till 10pm which was a good thing since there was a mix up that slowed me down a little I'm happy that I was able to get the move job done and not have to Finnish it the next day due to hours of business being open. I think all storage places should be open 24 hours to accommodate everyone

Several roaches running all over inside where the storages are. I’m certainly glad all I’m putting in there are wooden backdrops. There was a welcome bag inside with the lock however the man running the office still made me purchase a lock for $20. I would’ve went somewhere else however I already had a truck in place and people to come help me that specific day because I needed to get stuff off my porch

We had water damage to our personal items from the storage unit not being sealed to water. Additionally, it was very expensive per month. They get you with a good rate and keep increasing you month to month. Upon checking out we did not get prorated, they took the full monthly amount.

I want to share a great customer experience I had at Cube Storage located in West Sacramento. I was up late at night trying to figure out what to do with all the extra boxes of pictures, keepsakes, family heirloom items. I made an online reservation and didn't finish it. The next day, I got a call from Marlo, an office employee filling for another staff member. She gave me great information to help me with my predicament. I had never rented a storage unit in my life, so having someone with the knowledge and understanding was very pleasant. I run out of time after packing that day. The next day I got a follow-up text from the manager, Michael, letting me know he was there for any question and provided his phone number. I called him and again received valuable information. I appreciated how helpful Marlo and Michael were with me. Being a customer going through the task of moving after 20+ years from her home, tired, stressed out, it is nice to run into good people that make your job easier. I had to make time to recognize these two Cube Storage employees.

I have been a customer for over one year, and until this date at approximately three pm, I have always had personable, professional, and productive encounters and transactions with all of the staff members at this location. I would have rated a five star review but for this out of character behavior incident from one oncoming employee. At about 2 pm a different staff member called me and as I had upgraded my storage space the day before, he called to ask me to help rectify an error I had made on the check I had written. I am normally in a wheelchair but since I was only going to exchange the two checks, I arranged on my dime to have Uber transport me to and from Cube Smart, West Sacramento. The office is now kept locked and only one person is allowed inside and by appointment only for social distancing reasons. When I arrived at the hour time zone I said it would take me to get there I held up the check at the door, the employee from yesterday was seated and I surmise the oncoming shift worked who was well built, muscles well defined on this male who was also over 6 ft tall. He didn't make any move to open the door, I was already getting tired of standing, and I kept repeating I had my check I was supposed to turn in. I could not understand what this security employee was saying and as he made no move to let just myself in at my appointment time, I had been in the office the day prior to sign my paperwork, so I opened the metal mail slot to hand him the check when he pushed back hard on the gold covered envelope sized slot catching and pinching part of my right hand that I had no choice but to get it out of the way lest he further caused more than a hard pinch while he shouted out it needed to be in an envelope. I thru the slot said I didn't have one, my legs were getting weak and I yelled I didn't have one not was I instructed to deliver it that way. I then lost my cool when he said it didn't matter and I cussed out in frustration, and the same employee returned word for word of the same profanity I had uttered now in pain having to leave with no way to return that day or would I risk a repeat.....I hope when I go there tomorrow to exchange payments, there is no further escalation and that his overt physical behavior catching my hand in the slot be dealt with by his supervisor.

They gave out my printed address, phone number and all my account information to someone that helped me move my stuff a couple times at the storage unit. They NEVER called me, asked me if it was okay, or even told me after they gave him the information he asked for. He wasn't on my account and they just handed him all my personal information without making sure it was okay (it wasn't). Terrible customer service after the ordeal, and disgustingly unprofessional.

I am so please with my experience at CubeSmart in West Sacramento. The management is polite and helpful. LaRon and Marn are excellent examples of "good customer service." If I could give this facility 6 stars I would!!!!

Nice friendly staff but had my speakers in my boat stolen at this facility two months ago. There were cameras near my boat but didn't help. Couldn't store there anymore once the theft occurred. The staff did reach out and apologized for the theft.

One tenant spilled sugar all over the floor in the hallway over 3 weeks ago and it was reported to the management who said "I will deal with it right away" 3 weeks later,NOTHING WAS DONE. Now I had ants in my unit and had to spray Raid myself. NEVER COMING BACK!

The managers here marn and leron went above and beyond to make my time here at storage the best kind considerate understanding helpful and this facility make me feel as my things stored are very safe ! I live far away but chose to stay w pu th this place because of all i mentioned making it the best storage place around for me

They have storage spaces you can rent. That is really all you can say about the place for the most part. The staff was really nice and easy to deal with for the short time I was a "tenant" there. If you need to store things in the West Sacramento area, this could be the place for you if you so choose.

I’m a MGR at another store and I’ve worked at this store and Becky is not only the most knowledgeable person I know here in this district, she’s fair, honest and goes out of her way to help me and other MGRs make our own sites a success!! I would give it less if I could. I was required to get insurance which wasn't a problem, I paid my bill with automatic payment withdrawal so never late. Contacted business, insurance, and corporate office for a rodent problem and damages. All refused to pay damages or replace damaged items (citing they do not cover rodent damage) which was in the contract, however, I didn't expect your location to actually have rats. I payed to have my items damaged ??

Units are aged, but in good working order, pest control is top notch. Haven't had any issues with insects or worse (unlike some storage facility that offer a very reduced first month). Staff is available, polite and responsive. Have had no issues within the last year.

Great hours. 6 am to 10 pm. Gate hours. Affordable rates and great customer service! Was given a tour of the facility in a gold cat to see how the security system protected me and how to access the gates... my only problem with this facility is the obnoxious odor of death coming from a unit 4 doors away. I advised the staff and they didn't seem to want to do anything about it. The Angel permeates my storage due to the walls not going all the way to the ceiling. They offered for me to move my unit. I have a bad back and barely made it into it asked let alone move. I think they should be able to do something about the smell...
