The absolute worst storage facility. Not accommodating at all. Literally had to cancel my contract and sign up online to get a more affordable price. Then had to move all of my belongings to a new storage locker. They wouldn’t give me a storage space by my old one because to reassign me I would be paying in store prices. They jack up your rate so frequently that cancelling and moving things are just necessary after a certain point. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I received clear information when I called about renting a unit and the representative followed up with an email and contract for if/when I was ready. I went in person to the site in Arvada, CO to make sure the size was right for my purposes. The employee there was friendly and helpful as we completed the transaction. An easy process.

Competitive prices, But they will nickle and dime you on fees. Forcing you to buy their proprietary locks and pay administrative fees. Watch out for the bait and switch, my initial rate was $60/month, after about a month after I moved my stuff in the rate increased to almost double $115/month! When I asked the manager at the site about the increase there was no comprehendible reason given, the facility wasn't upgraded in any way, nothing had changed on my end, it was the exact same unit just apparently now they just decided to charge me twice as much. Also, they make you buy a lock from them and insurance from them. Hard to recommend what I see as unethical business practices.

I would have given this experience five stars if it wasn’t for the fact that they shut the elevators down five minutes before closing. I feel like if a facility closes at 11 PM, it should close at 11 PM, not 10:55. I was moving out of state, and I had one more box that I ran out to my car to get because I knew I only had about 9 minutes, but when I got back to the elevator it had shut down for the night (5 minutes early). Super frustrating that I now have to travel with this stupid box, lol.

Heard of the recent break-in of a unit. The fact that the employees of the establishment dragged their feet to report the theft, didn't provide more aide and assistance to the person whose stuff was stolen, AND chose to create a false review of the tenant's business as some kind of pretty pay back to their response of being upset at the sitaution..... all of this makes this business a hard pass for me, and everyone else I know.

Warning to my fellow Arvada neighbors. Do not use CubeSmart located on 60th in Arvada. Our storage was robbed, they wouldn’t allow access to cameras and have been zero help with the insurance claim. Only thing they offered was 2 months free rent. When we went to pay after the free rent they charged us for all months and said since we didn’t pay they auctioned the rest of the items in our storage with no notice and no liens. There good reviews are scripted. All evidence points to an inside job. Buyer beware something is going on there as this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Even though it is coded multiple times, I had a bunch of tools stolen from my unit. Which means it was someone who had access to my level. Really bummed. The facility however is clean and tidy. Wish they would’ve provided exact instructions on how to use and lock the unit.

I was checking out their prices on their storage units a little bit High. 5x10s $120 a month. A little high I use them years ago and I had a 10x10 and I got it for like $70 a month but it's inflation nice place clean , keegan is the greatest person in the world, she explained the the every question I asked and showed me the difference between the sizes of the units .and she said that there is restrooms. So check them out if you need a storage unit ask for keegan she is the great . you won't be disappointed.

These guys cut my personal lock of my storage unit for being late on a payment after I paid the then made me buy a new lock before I could access my property I told the worker I have a new lock in my unit but she refused to open it. I'm working with my lawyer to sue this company because colorado law states that it was my property until they take legal possession. When they illegally broke in to my unit they also broke a 1500$ Samsung t.v. not to mention the extortion of not giving me access to my personal property until I bought one of their 20$ locks. Very corrupt and unethical. Would love to here from management on this matter

Cost continues to climb on a regular timetable. You can get an ok deal up front, but the cost climbs again and again and again. Not all checks are accepted as payment. Office is often locked with a call for help number on the door.

They ladies at this storage place we're absolutely amazing. I am dealing with a horrible break up and had to move my thing out of my ex's and I storage that we shared and they told me they would anything they could to make sure that I was safe and was able to get my things out. Keegan was amazing as well as the manager. Can't remember her name. But they were absolutely the most amazing and helpful people I have interacted with in a long time. Will definitely recommend this place for women that need to get away from a bad situation. Honestly I felt like I was family! And that's what customer service is all about!! Update 8/28/22: I signed up when it was Edgemark in Nov '21 for $125/mo. As soon as Cubesmart took over in early '22, they raised it to $230/mo, but I stuck with them because it was a hassle to move my things. Today, 8/28 they raised it to $329/mo. with no notice whatsoever. It's gone from $125 to $329 per month in only 10 months. As if that wasn't enough, they charge you TWO months in advance. My bill today on 8/28 is for rent from 9/18 to 10/17. Never in my life will I ever store things with this company again.

*BEWARE* of renting storage space from Edgemark Self Storage in Arvada. We rented a small unit for 18 months until it was broken into. At the time of the break-in the security cameras and recording devices we’re not working because they had “overheated” from improper setup (according to Edgemark). A police report was filed with the Arvada Police Department and we learned there had been eight other break-ins during the 18 month period that we rented from them. Five of those reports mention camera malfunctions. Two reports mention spray paint being used over the cameras. The insurance company that Edgemark uses, Bader Company, denied our claim for our stolen valuables because we could not prove forcible entry without camera footage. Edgemark Self Storage and it’s parent company, Argus Professional Storage Management, were initially dismissive, and have become non-responsive to this issue.

Began use of facility when was owned by Edgemark. David worked with my busy schedule to get going. Clean, with still slight urine order on some occasions. But not most days .5 STARS TO THAT! Update, Cube Smart took over property, no problem. Not sure now how long since this switch. Got lengthy new contract, next thing in mail was rent increase of approximately $20.00. Stating have right to request increase and cost of operations etc.. Turns out there no obligation commitment is open door for rent increases. I will be on lookout for future increases. In mean time, shopping around for something back in my budget, or remove cost overall, one less bill is always good nowadays. There was no consideration it appeared into impact of there decisions. Wonder, how many increases the where total? Like to see there intent. There is usually a pattern. Good luck with your decision, if possible lock in cost if possible.

Was looking for a 10x10 unit for $99 as listed online. I ended up driving to the wrong storage center. I didn't realize it was the wrong place until I was shown a rusty unit which was going for a steal of a price for... $270!! They even had a deal where I pay $240, I could get a month free.... I left that place and came here. Dave was kind enough to get me a 10x10 for the price I was looking for... $99. Clean facility, and easy to access. Worth it.

The facility was super clean and secure as well as being sanitized. The price point was better than most and there were some great deals available! Best prices locally for climate controlled, secured access. David made it easy and painless to set up a new unit, and accommodated request for ground floor very well. The entire place was spotlessly clean, and during our tour David stopped to pick up any trash that he saw. It is obvious that there is a lot of pride taken in this being a nice facility. David was thorough in answering questions, and did not push or try to upsell when I was deciding between unit size. Very good social distancing precautions taken.

In terms of the actual facility, it is very nice and secure. However, they are extremely pushy about payment and you will start getting collection calls and emails literally the day after your payment is due. And apparently if your balance is not paid within 5 days of due date, they lock your unit AND lock you out of the building...seriously? I could understand after a few weeks but this seems extreme. Especially during these particularly trying times during COVID, this is very disappointing that a company is so pushy when clearly we are all doing the best we can. Will likely get my stuff transferred to another storage unit as soon as I am able...no need to deal with unnecessary stress on top of everything else going on! Update: Since I wrote this, I have received 5 messages about my account including 2 voicemails this morning within a couple hours from the same person! My payment was due 3 days ago, AND I told them I was paying today (which they told me to do)...UGH. Seriously not worth the hassle.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this storage facility!! I had all of my household goods stored there for over 8 months. It looks all pretty and state of the art BUT the people who manage it are dishonest!! My safe was stolen from my unit sometime in June and the management refused to accept any responsibility for the theft! I was told that the security footage was somehow missing for the date and time in question!!! Consumer beware!!

What a great experience! The two Dave's have taken care of my move from beginning to end. I was not expecting to need a storage unit for my move into a new house, but ended up having maintenance work that needed to be done before I could move in. I called Edgemark Self Storage and explained my needs, and Dave worked with me to get in at short notice. When repairs on the new place took longer than expected, Dave worked with me again on to extend my contract. The whole experience was quick and easy. I like the location, the interior is clean, bright, and well maintained. I feel safe entering after office hours due to the entry code system. My movers have had no problem getting their truck in and out of the facility. Highly recommend!!

I've called this storage facility months in advance of moving from out of state to Colorado and explained the situation. I was told multiple times to keep calling as the date got closer. And that was fine. However a few days before the move we went to the facility and did the paperwork. I was told the truck pod that was being dropped off and unloaded could not be left overnight even though it would be empty. We had to scramble to find another storage facility that could help us. Then after finding another facility and completing paperwork with the business Edgemark decided to changed their minds and said we could leave the pod overnight. The hassle of causing us to run around at the last minute is not a professional way to conduct business. Then to get a refund they would charge a $20 admin fee for paperwork and a storage fee of one day even when the unit was completely empty as we needed to rush to find some place else because of what they told us. I won't recommend this business to anyone for anything.

New Facility, good locker arrangement, easy access. Price was competitive. Although standard reservation appears to be 7 days, we were able to arrange 10 days to accommodate our scheduled arrival from out of town.

Ultra clean and climate controlled! Dave, the manager, earned my business from the moment I called to inquire about rates. Professional and helpful! With internal door openings, I am relieved to know my belongings are not being damaged with dirt and grit every time it gets windy, or wet with rain or snow AND not paying too much!!

We just got a storage unit! The place is great, clean, and very spacious. Dave was extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating. There is complimentary wifi and a neat conference room that we will definitely use. The fact that the unit is indoor and temperature controlled is a great plus! All the features we were looking for!

The facility is new, clean and has easy access for any size vehicle to bring your belongings in for storage. I worked with David, the manager, who is very pleasant and took the time to show me the various sizes of units available as well as explaining the contract as needed. Facility owners are great, and the customer service is amazing. The building is brand new and state of the art. Because it is climate controlled it is perfect to store your stuff during the cold winters.

Building owners have been asked to turn lights off on the east side of the building, as the new giant bright sign is lighting up a residential row of houses. Owners were asked to keep the sign lights off, and are doing the least they can to accomodate their neighbors.
