Elaine is a lovely person, seemed so very overworked and stressed. I called yesterday and the man working said he couldn't answer my question and refered me to come in today in which I did. Sadly the line of customers in front and who came in behind me stated the same thing, why have staff on duty that only pass the work on. Need to use the corporate motto for associates, not only customers, needing some of that genuine care for Elaine, CubeSmart.

I have not been renting a unit here for more than a month now and I’m already regretting it. The unit itself is nice, the price is average… but the gate has been an issue. It’s supposed to be open until 10pm and I regularly come in the evenings, sometimes until close. Lately the gate has only been open 9-6. That’s not okay. That’s not what I’m paying almost $300 a month for. This needs to change IMMEDIATELY! I don’t live close to this location and this is the second time I’ve driven down here this week for no reason. I’m very very very upset about this. Not okay. Do not rent here- you will regret it, like me.

I had a reservation to move in here, but upon arriving on site, I abruptly canceled. The gate was wide open with a note attached that says please see a manager with an ID card to enter. But, the gate is open so obviously anyone can enter anytime. I arrived around noon and the note on the door had the manager returning after 3p. That’s half the day with the gate open and no security… no wonder people leave reviews about the units getting broken into.

This place is really pretty good. I'm writing this review exclusively to name the person there who I really appreciated: Elaine. Not sure about the spelling of her name, but Elaine was really nice and helpful and an impressive person, someone who I really enjoyed personally aside from the great service she provided. I hope her bosses see this! I had a unit here for about four years. Ran into some headaches over the years, they aren't perfect. But I'd definitely recommend them I think. Maybe not without Elaine... I think she is the backbone here!

Not happy with repeated price increases. I had been there for 10 years, starting out at $35/mo for my 14 foot. I was paying $100 for that same space with more price increases to come. Trash everywhere, lots of theft and people living and working inside the gates.

Moving in was easy and they had units available quickly and at a reasonable price. Beware of their advertised rates!!! They will honor them for a few months and then will start a string of continuous and unannounced hikes. At the Cubesmart 6730 in Aurora, CO they have an advertised rate of $139.00 for a 10’x20’. Well they had me paying $258.00 for that same unit. And they will not honor their advertised rate to regular renters; that is only for new customers. And as soon as three months pass, they’ll start a sustained string of unannounced increases. Their argument is that every 30 days you start a new lease contract, so they can hike if they want to. And unfortunately, they always want to. And apparently this is a companywide policy, as I complained with the District Manager and got the same response. She had the nerve to tell me that I should have read the fine print because it was crafted by lawyers and allowed them to have s new contract every 30 days. I’ve had to endure this situation of continued rate increases because of personal health reasons, but fortunately I have made arrangements to stop this abuse. You have been warned!!!

UPDATE AS OF 5/2019 Elaine was the ONLY good thing about this place! Unfortunately she can't do anything about higher management with VERY shady behavior! Would NEVER use this place again after they knowingly allowed an employee whose a junkie steal property and do nothing about it. GO ELSEWHERE! Over the past 20 years I've had to use a lot of different storage places and for the most part had pretty good luck but this place is in a league of its own! Everything that I needed was available at the best prices that I could find within 100 mile radius. I'm VERY picky and OCD so finding a place that has everything to my standards is unheard of and can say that this was a first for me. I'm always scared to use a public restroom but was DEFINITELY the cleanest place that I've ever seen. Grounds are well-kept and units are spotless. When it comes to the customer service I was completely blown away with how knowledgeable and kind Elaine was! Unfortunately I live far from just about everything so I can be a challenge making it into businesses before close but she stayed late to make sure that I was taken care of and didn't rush me out the door like most places. By far one of the most pleasant people that I've ever met and actually look forward to going into the office just to say hello which I've never experienced before. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone!

Jamie was very nice. He said the sign-up process would be 10 minutes and he was right. We got two small of a unit and didn't realize it until 10:30 on Sunday morning. Since they don't open until 11 I thought there was nothing we could do. He drove up about 10:45. And he help me get a unit right away. He could have had an attitude about starting his shift early, but he was very kind and helpful.

The manager was excellent and very understanding in some very trying weather. She accommodated my 18 wheeler long haul movers in giving the needed access to my storage cube. I would gladly recommend this service location and company.

Five Stars !!!!! Elaine is great !!! She takes the time to explain everything; and even though I have to 'stop myself' to think about what she has said, what she has told me makes real sense.

The employees are friendly and competent. The prices are reasonable. We would definitely recommend this facility.
