Jamie has always been helpful and friendly. He even stopped to make sure I was ok while doing his rounds, I had practically gotten myself stuck moving things around and he heard me in there struggling. He even says hello in the grocery store. The office area is always clean as well as the grounds.

The place opened at 8:30am and nobody was there. Made a reservation online and waited 2 full hours for a manager to finally arrive. After 5 calls to customer service. I will give a 5 star to all the people that answer the phone and helped track down the manager.

The manager allowed me to sleep here. He also told me that if I was working and didn't have a place to go, that it would be okay to hang out here. So I did!!! Stayed here for a whole year. The manager would even tell me to be careful and tell me about the break ins and crime on property so "be careful". There are many other people staying overnight. The fence has holes which allows people to go and come as they please. The manager comes around barely . He assured you that it's okay to be here. Thank you.

Terrible! DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE! In the last 6 months there have been 2 break ins. The first time 7 trailers/campers, the second time 5 trailers/campers. Needless to say I would never recommend this place to anyone, actually I will be warning everyone I know to avoid this facility. I have had my trailer stored in this “secured” facility for 6 months now and have had it broken into 2 times! I would not recommend this facility to anyone. The first time I thought it was an unfortunate random occurrence but the second time around realized that this place is not secure at all. It’s basically an over priced parking spot. Both the staff and management could care less. I was Contacted by the District Manager for Cubesmart today only after I posted a bad review. He stated to me “there is not a problem of break ins since we have run the property” (they just took over 3 months ago). I asked for a refund for the past 3 months and/or to have the glass replaced on the door that was broken into. I didn’t ask for TV/DVD/stereo/wall damage replacement. The DM then stated “there is nothing we are going to do for past rental fees since we have upheld our end of the lease for providing a secure facility to store your trailer”. How is this true if our property (and 5 others) was broken into? I then asked to be moved to a slip next to a camera, I was then told “I’m not going to tell you where the cameras are located as it would comprise security”. Your security is already compromised! DM only offered a rent credit. Why would I keep my trailer there? So it can get broken into again? What would a credit do besides keep a trailer there that will have NEW TV’s and DVD players and stereo to be stolen again. I was told by the DM that “I cannot help some low-life jumping the fence and throwing bricks into windows”. Perhaps VISABLE CAMERAS or installing more cameras! Hire security to patrol the facility! If there is a break in, the entire storage lot should be notified. They don’t want you to know about it because if you did you would leave too! And they would finally have to do something about it. Don’t let “new management” fool you into thinking they are working on it, they aren’t! Advertising as a “secure facility” is false advertising! Do yourself a favor, find a more secure facility, this place does not take care of their customers or their valuable possessions!

Great Place To Store Car For Cheap! We were looking for a place close to DIA to store our car. We live in Miami and have a place in the mountains, so finding a place close by that was inexpensive was important to us. It takes 12 minutes to get to or from the airport via Uber to CubeSmart.
