It's a clean environment with lighting. I'm located inside on the 2nd floor building with 3 flat carts to use & an elevator, no stairs. Gate enclosed & only opens when you enter your pass code & you'll need to put your pass code into the meter upon leaving, the gate will not open without either pass code.

I have been a good paying customer for over 4 years. And they have slowly added to my monthly payment. I am paying almost 200 dollars a month for a not very big unit. And at a less than a month behind, due to medical issues and surgeries, this place would not work with me and I had to pay 400 dollars to be out of a delinquent account. I will be moving my things out at the price of 55 dollars per month without fees changing or going up elsewhere for the same size unit. No one is hardly in this office to talk to anyone and good luck trying to leave a message.

I have never needed a storage unit before. But just this week had a situation occur in which I absolutely had to get one, and quickly. Fortunately, I chose CubeSmart in Aurora for my first visit. The manager, Daniel Heit, greeted me and immediately took interest in helping me. After discussing my need, he guided me to the perfect size unit. worst customer service I have ever experienced Patrick is a straight criminal lying about many policies that don't even exist i had a business unit was not given access to clubhouse, was told many times i had 24-7 access until he would become upset and take it away like a child so i would be forced to go talk top him he has like 20 people living on site did nothing most his family he uses like 15 units as his own personal storage and when you ask for one/another one he said they didn't have any which is a bold face lie. he fabricated a lie telling me i had one week to move out when i had been there for years and during pandemic no less pretty sure that's illegal then he purposely leaves my unit active for three months failing to close account like he stated he would racking up debt in my name. if you know whats good for your business DO NOT USE CUBE SMART

Did not honor the advertised half off and 10% off first month rent when reserved online. Though the unit I reserved was found to be too small and I rented a bigger one, this should not have been a disqualification, as this size too was listed among the options. The website specifically stated that the size unit could be changed at the store. Also, I felt tricked by “surprise” admin fee assessed. I would have walked, had I not been under a time constraint.

Use to live the location and pricing but through the years they have gotten worse. Steadily prices go up which I was informed they will never go down. No loyalty programs for customers that pay their bills on time or keep up with paying for units over years of being there. They basically tell you they don't care and to shop around cause they don't care. Can't wait to be finished with thos company. I started with a 95 dollar unit, which I now pay 152 per month on with steady increase on "rate changes", if this is how you treat loyal customers, I'll just take my business elsewhere. Terrible.

Staff unfairly enforces rules they also like to ticket and charge alot of other fees without telling you like a $40 trash fee. A guy can be here working on his car for hours and yet i can't be here for one hour before their staff starts harassing me to leave.

The smoothest experience we could ask for!!! Patrick was professional and knowledgeable. We are relocating from Germany and needed temporary storage. As we were still jet-lagged and struggling with the altitude, we had to get through a laundry list of things during our 1 week house hunting trip. Finally! A storage unit that allows cars even if they arent running. Beautiful facility with 24hr security and an on site employee. Chris, who helped get me the unit was very nice and friendly and the process smooth and overall pretty quick. They have greats prices and a good selection of sizes to choose from. Within an hr of showing up my friend and I were out the door keys in hand,each with our own unit, and on our way to grab a Uhaul. I am pleased to be storaging here and plan to use CubeSmart in the future for my storing option!

I don't have a ton of experience using storage units, but of the few I've dealt with, the service was absolutely atrocious. The first time I went here, the manager personally walked me to the unit instead of just telling me and leaving me wandering around aimlessly looking for something. The place seems very secure and they have a proactive approach to ensuring all the customers are treated with stellar service. In a nutshell, I'd say "Customer Service" is CubeSmart's strongest asset, and they definitely are convincing that this is the place to store your belongings. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

As a refugee escaping a positively horrible experience at Public Storage, I can't express what a godsend Cubesmart Self Storage has been! My family now stores at three different Cubesmart locations, all with beyond excellent customer service and outstanding management. I have referred everyone I know for both their personal and professional storage needs. At this particular location, I've had the absolute joy and privelage of dealing with Chris Lewis-- a delightfully pleasant, professional, friendly and exceptionally helpful manager who advised us on the right amount of space and found us a terrific deal and has been wonderful to speak with every month since. Storage is the only bill I look forward to calling in each month because I enjoy the management team so much. I've worked in customer service and on phones for about 15 years now, so that I value and appreciate that immensely. Do yourself a favor-- give these folks a call and leave the filthy crooks at Public Storage in the dirt where they belong.

Patrick was great and the facility is well viewed by cameras for protection. Since I was burglarized in the past at a Public Storage and told they only had one camera at the gate, this was very important to me for piece of mind. Staff was know legible and helpful! Ben

They were outstanding and went above and beyond expectations! Our 5th wheel is our 2nd home. They gave us a tour of the facility before we stored it to ensure its safety. Then they escorted us out to the facility and personally helped us to safely store it inside the storage unit. They were amazing! Thank you so much!

I showed up to move in two days early. There was some crazy commotion going on with another unit whose tenant had trashed it. Cudos to the manager Patrick who was reassuringly calm and collected and the folks in the office. Not only did they attend to me immediately even though I was days early, they let me change my unit to a bigger one and allowed me to go ahead and move in. Very nice staff and easy to get to my unit frequently. The next day, I showed up at 6am to get some items out of my unit. Because of the commotion from previous day, the gate was disabled to keep access under strict control. Admittedly, I was a jerk about it and my actions woke up the on-site manager and his kids:( Although he must have been upset with how much of a jerk I was being, he maintained the most professional composure. Even though the office on Sunday's doesn't open til 11, the manager personally let me in, was smiling and quickly diffused my tantrum. I feel comfortable referring friends and family to this location. Thanks you guys!
