I could give it a zero if I had that option but since I don't, I'll give it it at one. The cost of the unit was raised twice and my unit was broken into three times were stolen and lots of damage was done. Security cameras got some kids, breaking in, but to my knowledge, no report was ever made to the police

I’ve been going through a lot lately, and Tony (the manager) has made it an easy transition for me, from first getting my storage, to having to move to a bigger storage. He’s always on top of things. One time I kept entering the wrong gate code, he was proactive and walked outside and handed me my gate code. He said I noticed in our system that you kept entering the wrong code. That might not seem like a big deal, but to me it was because I had my two small children, and sometimes having to load and unload them from their car seats can feel like a lot, especially when going through a lot as it is. I appreciate Tony’s positive attitude, professionalism and great customer service. Employees like him is what makes it enjoyable to rent from that location 50 S Havana St.

The day I forgot to lock my unit correctly the manager noticed it and was kind enough to lock it correctly using his lock until I returned a few days later. For that I am greatly appreciative.

Tony S. I believe is the store manager is very helpful considerate and professional. He possesses great customer service skills. I truly enjoyed renting storage unit for my car from his location. He treats every customer like his extended family and very warm and personable it's as if you have known him forever while being professional and knowledgeable of Cubesmart details. He also simplifies the process of renting a unit makes the process seamless and easy. Worse place to rent a unit. The district manger is the rudest (Tefany) and the manager (Tera) lier to. I pay 686 every month for three units. Tera told me the total amount was $686 for the three units, I give her $620 in chash and the rest was going to be on my card. When I was gonna insert my card she was charging me an additional $386 dollars. I told her the remainder wasn't $386 dollars but she was very adamant an charging me the $386 dollars. The total didn't make sense, I was gonna end up paying $1006 for the three units. The district manager Tefany was so rude, she didn't care about me as a customer. She was trying to showed who the boss was!! RUDE

The gentleman that help us with getting our storage was very very helpful and nice.The storage that I reserved online was not available when we got there the garage door wouldn't open and jump on the situation and fixed the problem with no hesitation. I wish I could remember his name. But the storage unit is ok correct size we needed just a bit outdated but it works.I like the area it's in because it's kinda hidden I've lived in this neighborhood for over 30 years and never even knew it was there.

This is one of the easiest processes of reservation and moving I've ever experienced did everything online did not have any complications the price is very reasonable the unit was clean as promised when arrived highly recommend doing reservations online as it is cheaper than it would be if you went in person and am highly satisfied with this Self Storage option

Tony was awesome!! He was very very friendly and helpful when I came in asking to check out the unit and answering all my questions before signing the lease. The property is clean and newly painted. (Big fan of the cute lil duck pond next door) I have high hopes that this will be the right choice!

I was lied to about a cleaning deposit, that of course there is no record of, could not get in the gate, due to the code not working, they had mice, some were even dead in my things. Why am I paying forced insurance then? Never again and I highly suggest you don't either.

Staff very friendly and explained the billing for the first month free. Also explained how to go online and change insurance to my homeowners insurance when I got the policy info. I was shown the unit to make sure it was the size I needed and made sure the lock was with a key so it was easier for me to open.

This storage facility was previously US Storage I moved my belongings there in 1995 having returned to Denver from my county home. That's 28 years. It was very helpful and pretty with a large pond circled by trees. For the most part it was well kept and the management was friendly and helpful. I miss them very much. At this time I cannot recommend this business. It sold twice and the new owners are in New York I am told. The prices went up quite a bit suddenly and the maintenance cannot be depended upon. They have a good video security system but the gate is wide open a week now and no answer when it will be fixed. The units are old and I am told some of them are going to get new doors which will help with dust. I am glad for what I had but uncomfortable with this coldness. I am checking with the Better Business Bureau to find out more. Maybe next week and next month I will have better things to say.

They keep their garbage bin locked with a pad lock and was told it's for management only. Never even heard of this. How moves and doesn't have boxes and trash to throw away.
