I have been trying to reach the office for 4 days to discuss my unit. Unfortunately, I wait on hold for almost hours at a time and can NEVER get an actual manager on site on the phone. It’s sad because when this property was ran by Storquest, this was NEVER an issue.

I rented a unit at what was Great value storage in July of 2018. For the last 4 years, I was on auto pay. If there happened to be a time when the auto pay failed, we received an email and a phone call to say hey this is what's going on. This last week, I went to retrieve some collectibles from my unit only to be told that it was auctioned off in late 2022. The auto pay had failed and not one time did anyone call or email to say hey what's going on (by this time it had been bought out by StorQuest). They removed the autopay from the account so it never attempted it again after the one time failure. I demanded to see proof that they followed the law in notifying me of an impending sale. The ONLY thing they did was to post a notice twice on craigslist. The number they supposedly called was not mine nor was it ever a number I had, my email address was on file and not one single email ever sent notifying me of the auto pay failure or that my unit would be auctioned off. For 5 years I trusted them with my belongings and they’re gone. I took photos of their records, which were no records at all. The notes even say, the voicemail says it belongs to someone named Matt. The person working there advised “I can tell you right now, this company does not abide by the state laws.” This was the response when I wanted to see any electronic communications sent but there is not any to show because they didn’t do it. I recorded the conversations that I had with the person working. They sold my stuff without following the law and that is conversion, theft. They couldn’t even produce any slips from the post office saying they tried to deliver the certified mail but were unable to. I’m told a previous employee likely threw it away. I have left messages for the regional manager who has not returned my calls. Ignoring me will not make me go away. It only fuels the fire. The things the guy working there told me are shocking. For example that I am not the first person they did this to. I have the documents they say support the sale (they do not). I provided updated address info to Amanda, the previous employee there but evidently, it didn’t make it into the system. My email address has not changed and the phone number they were calling is not listed anywhere on my application or agreement. Who knows where it came from. The conversation that I had with their employee should be enough to prompt the state to investigate and I will be filing a complaint with them today. I spent $9000 paying them to keep my stuff safe and the collectibles in it were worth thousands. I am demanding that StorQuest cut me a check for $10,000.00 immediately or I will continue on my crusade to blast all over the place what I know about them. If they could hear what I was told, they would be rushing to make this right. The news stations are going to be hearing it. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general and I am also seeking legal counsel.

I rent several units at this location and it's decent enough for what I needed at the time.. Got behind on my balance and the management worked with me to get it paid down on time. The snow removal on east to west alley way on the south side doesn't get sun so it's an ice road and is difficult to navigate at times. Plow driver should use a skid steer to clear the snow piles that accumulate on the south west corner of the property..

Their staff are super friendly and funny. I got my unit for a great rate and don't have any issues. This is my first month but I don't anticipate seeing any problems arise. They have pallets to keep your items off of the floor on the premises that they offer complimentary. The only slight complain I do have is that my unit was SUPER dusty. (Like sneeze automatically as soon as you even look at it dusty) Not much they could have done about it I guess but when you get yours to be sure you "sweep it" out first.

Where to begin with this place?? i held a unti for over 4 years at this facility and seen it go from good too ok to complete joke. i left do to lack of customer service and more or less the way they began to treat me. You can say you get what you pay for here. It turned into a monoply feeling business rather than a place who value customers. prices just continue to climb. I was in a unit which had 3 doors but one unit. they began to force me to pay for renter insurance and refused to see i was only in one unit due to the 3 doors to the unit. Force charged me the money. Lost one whole months rent and made me pay for the rent again. after these to occurrences i had it. I highly recommend staying away. they will treat you OK and then watch out... You get what you pay for here, be ready to become frustrated.

So my dad got a unit here and everything was going good but for the past 2 days the gate did not work to get into the place. though I was the code we had or some but other people behind us could not get into the place also. we called and got voice mail to let them know. nothing. called the emergency line and got voice mail. and still nothing. I got to the web site to give the review to see if that would help. they deleted it off. not a good place. they do not care about their customers needs just their needs. would never use them.
