The CubeSmart in Centennial CO is a great place. Their customer service is EXCELLENT. We had an issue with our payment method and the manager called to let me know that there was an issue before the account was going to be charged an extra fee. If this isn’t the worst storage unit ever. The manager should be reviewed as I talked to her about coming to get my storage cleared out and she said she would have it unlocked and ready. I get here and they changed my lock. Getting my time and trips wasted is not cheap and not fun. We live in South Dakota. Last time I wasted more time and a trip to get here and the elevators never work and this maybe be the dirtiest storage we ever came to.

I believe a human should always be present during business hours to check new customers in. Making us check in on line is simply lazy. And I am VERY familiar with storage units. It would be an awful experience for those that are trying this for the first time!

This was so easy I thought I was dreaming. The app helps you decide what size storage is right for you. You have the option to change the size unit according to your future needs. I picked out the size, answered a few register questions, and paid online. I received an email with until number, gate code and instructions how to find your unit and how to use the lock that you will find in your storage unit in a little bag. At no time did I ever physically speak to anyone throughout the process. The unit was clean and they supplied dollys and carts to help you get situated in your new space. I definitely would recommend to anyone looking to clean out their closets.

Easy to work with for getting a unit, and leaving the unit. Raised the rent price after 5 months which was unexpected and a little inconvenient but they gave us plenty of notice which was appreciated.

I have been a renter at CubeSmart here for one year. Upon my move in last August 2022 10x20 unit , and from there I have downsized my rental until 2 tines. From the time I rented online and arrived at the Storage facility , I was greeted with the smiles and reception of warmth and genuine hospitality along with knowledgeable and efficient employees. The Manager reviewed my rental agreement and payment terms upon my arrival close to their clsoing time that day. And, Oliver , was so cool, he walked me to the location of my actual storage , and showed me how the locks worked to secure the unit . Although it was past business hours by a few minutes , Oliver still took his time and went over hours of operation for access of entry/ exit and was aure to ask if I had any questions. In the year I have rented here, I feel very lucky to have chosen such a well managed facility by these 2 employees who value their customers and who genuinely take interest, when you have inquiry or further storage needs. I will choose this particular storage in the future if I have future needs . The exemplary staff and the location, along with property upkeep and cleanliness with genuine customer service and hospitality cannot be beat,l. I haven’t received this level of service in a long time from any other competitors such as Public Storage facility where I have rented . I highly recommend this CubeSmart, you wont find a better Manager who Manages the storage and who will meet your storage needs . Both Oliver and Sheida , The Manager are pleasant and consistent with information and review of expectations thats why they effectively and consistently in the year I have been with them have retained my business. Their facility is great. But they rob you in rent rates. My rent went from $170 to $336 in about 6 years. Frustrating to say the least. I spoke to another renter and he was frustrated because his rent went from $100 to $200 in 4 years on the same 10x20 unit I had. Why was his remarkably cheaper for the same unit!?!?!

I have used Cubesmart before. Different location. This one reminds me why I came back when I needed to store again. It’s clean. It’s simple. Things work. Staff is friendly and easy to work with. The place is a fascinating maze that makes me feel like I’m on a spaceship or somewhere in The Matrix…but this isn’t the time for a philosophical soliloquy. ;-) It feels like my stuff is safe and I don’t have to worry about it. Plus there are loading carts and elevators conveniently to hand at the loading dock, and an access gate that addresses me by name. Cherry on top, and the main reason…CLIMATE CONTROL!!!! Billing is painless and there’s an app interface. They even provided a lock that I didn’t have to struggle with. So far, I am a very satisfied customer ??.

Got unit in November,. Unit got broken into in December. Had to go 2 separate times after breaking as the first time they could find a key that they used to relock unit. Lighting near unit was supposed to be fixed. 6 months later nothing has been done. Now the rent is got up by 20 percent all within 6months. Went into office and the said the same unit was renting for double. But on their web site I is less than the new price.

Been here almost 6 months, and have been nothing short of impressed. CubeSmart started charging my auto pay for an extra $12/mo for insurance. There was no notice or request for updated rental insurance. I called when I realized what they were doing and sent a rental insurance policy good for that whole period. ***. I spoke with Melanie, the District Manager. She heard my concerns, refunded the insurance charges and proactively listened to my suggestion to add an insurance change notice to their IT setup to help customers. ***

Three months ago,, our unit was broken into. This is an indoor, second floor unit. They broke in from the back door (which supposedly was recently fixed) and was inside for at least an hour. And of course, there isn't an alarm on the back door. Our unit and 3 others in the same hallway, were broken into. My husband and I waited for AN HOUR for the *on-site, live in* manager to show up... she never did. All of my wedding jewelry was taken along with a couple of PS3's. CubeSmart did absolutely nothing to help. What's the point of paying for renters insurance? Obviously not to cover your belongings that YOU are paying someone to hold and care for. I'm not looking to get money for my stolen things, (I'd rather just have my wedding jewelry back) but shouldn't they offer some sort of resolution for what happened?? Honestly, if we had another place to store our belongings, we would. We just thought that an indoor facility would be a safer place to put our things than an outside unit. Nope.

I have been using this Cubesmart for over a year now and although I have lived in three different towns near and far, I have kept this storage unit because it's in a nice area, it's clean, has great prices for varying size units, and I love the staff. They answer any questions you have, they're kind, and I'm a big fan of making a payment in person or over the phone with a representative, and the staff makes doing so painless.

If you need a storage facility, seek THIS one OUT! Chana, the manager, WELCOMED me in the SECOND that I opened the front door! Cordial, funny, smiling, HAPPY...it was 100% like reuniting with a dear FRIEND! I was taken through the entire process and had a unit within 30 mins! Coming from out of state I’m amazed at how clean, organized, reasonably priced and accessible this storage unit is. If you have too much stuff, like we do, this is a great place to put some of it so you can have more free space in your home.

I used the online reservation system, and when I arrived at the Kenton St. facility I was greeted by Al, who was most helpful in finishing the paperwork and orienting me to the features of the facility. I would recommend that anyone with storage needs seriously consider CubeSmart!

This the best, cleanest storage space I’ve used so far. After reserving my space, I received a call to confirm the details of my reservation. The employees at the facility are courteous and friendly. Our move on Sunday went seamlessly.

I was running an hour behind and Aj Ashkar was very understanding and he was able to hold the rental truck for me even with me being an hour later than expected. Aj's eagerness to assist myself as well as the two additional customers whom arrived before I had. Aj's extremely helpful and he made the check-in experience flawless and efficient. The storage shed was clean, the facilities were also clean. I'd recommend this location to everyone.

I really cannot say enough good things about the staff, units, cleanliness etc of this Cube Smart facility. UNTIL….Adding to this on 6/21/22……This company was bought out by Extra Space Storage who TRIPLED our rent storage rent as soon as they took over and within less than one year. My rate Went from $55 to 149 per month. I am not happy to say the least. :(

I am beyond words hurt and mad with the way this storage facility handled the rash of break-ins that this location had. A unit my friend had there that I had referred was one of the units that someone living under the stairs inside of the facility had attempted to break into. There was no above and beyond type of customer service given after being victimized by corporate or anyone else for that matter. Quite the opposite actually. Pictures below, there was a different unit offered at first to insure safety of the items that were not demolished from the attempt but then taken back for no reason whatsoever! She had to remain in a unsecured unit with damaged door and ceiling . Needless to say business was taken elsewhere. There isn't any real security either, there is no back fencing and anyone can walk around the gates and gains access to every unit immediately there are no security cameras in the rear of the building where this access is. Absolutely not a good idea to truly have less security where more is needed.

Incredible!!!! This facility is one of the best. I have used many different storage facilities all over the city and this was by far the cleanest. The load-in and load-out were a breeze, as it is not overly crowded. I recommend early a.m.'s as it is usually very quiet for loading. Shaida is the GM and is great!!! She was extremely accommodating given I had a very unique circumstance with my move and temporary storage. With my move, I dealt with moving companies, painters, carpet companies, truck rental companies, and Shaida by far was the most professional OF ALL! She made my moving experience so much easier because of her professionalism. I would rent again because of Shaida and the care and maintenance she puts into this facility! Good job Shaida!!!! 5-Stars to You!

I cannot say enough good things about this storage facility. Not only is it in a great location, but the folks who run it live on site, a little extra bit of security that I very much appreciate. It's immaculate, well lit, and the lockers are a nice size at a fair price. I'm currently living overseas and today I had an issue I needed help with. Since I needed to speak with someone in person, and I have to pay international calling rates, I sent an email. Shaida got back to me right away and was waiting by the phone when I called. My problem was solved cheerfully and within minutes. I can't remember the last time anyone gave me such excellent customer service. Thanks guys. I wouldn't want to leave my things with anyone else!

I have been a customer of this facility for 3 years now. Most recently, I needed to make some changes to my storage arrangements and worked with Store Manager Shaida. Shaida was extremely helpful -- she came up with perfect solutions for my needs, and always had a very positive, upbeat, friendly, and energetic attitude. She made my experience very positive, provided great customer service, and I am grateful that she was there to help me. The facility is clean and well operated... my storage items were there untouched for 3 years and had no dust, dirt or other indication whatsoever of having been in storage all that time. I highly recommend this facility.

We moved from Centennial, CO to Colorado Springs and Cutting Edge Storage rented us the U-Haul truck. The staff was friendly, polite, and they genuinely cared about our move as they walked us through the truck's safety and gave helpful tips for the trip. We were able to use the truck from 10am on one day, and to return it the next day before 10am without additional charges. Great, generous people! I would use them anytime if the chance ever arises!

We are moving from Florida, only to find we brought too many things for the current housing! After doing some researching and visits, this storage place really stood out from the pack. The unit was cheaper than any other we have seen, and it is climate controlled, located indoors. The facility is very clean and very "Cutting Edge", you'll see it and be amazed! Very easy to move things in and out, lots of security measures including lots of cameras and much more. All storage facilities needs to take notes from this location! The business is family-owned; they are very friendly and personable. They are very straight with you no hidden fees nothing like that. There is a lot of perks from renting here! Most definitely recommend to all looking for storage and mailboxes.

This was my first time having to use a storage unit and the folks here at Cutting Edge not only made this process seamless but it was a pleasant experience all the way around. The customer service there is incredible and the facility is state of the art. I would recommend this place for anyone who wants to store their belongings. It's a family run business so they really go above and beyond to make your experience far more enjoyable than some of these larger chain storage units.

Cutting Edge Storage was incredibly helpful when I needed 2 units beside each other with no notice. They made sure I had a full understanding of their state of the art security and they gave me 24 hour access just in case I needed something from my units after hours. They are a great small business!

I would give them 10 stars if possible! My husband and I were moving from Houston, and I called numerous storage places trying to find one to store our stuff while we were looking for housing. Other places offered "specials" but they all locked you into a contract and would charge exorbitant prices if you left early. We only needed a unit for a week or so. When I called Cutting Edge Storage, I talked to the owner and he said that the unit was free for the first month. We only had to pay $10 for a lock (which is yours to keep). If we left before the month was over, we payed no cancelation fees. If we wanted to switch to a smaller unit, we could do so at no charge. Moving is such a hassle, but Charles made this part of it headache free. I had never been more impressed with a company's customer service. We arrived and their facility was immaculate, modern and secure. We have kept a small unit and are still impressed with the facility and the owners. They are always friendly, helpful and treat their customers like family. We ended up living 25 or so miles away, but kept our storage unit at Cutting Edge because of the amazing customer service. Best storage place ever!

INCREDIBLE SMALL BUSINESS! Owner helped me move into an immaculately clean storage unit in 40 mins time. They do first month free (first 30 days are free with no contract! They were on par or cheaper than all nearby storage unit prices, but for the cleaniness, customer service, and price, you cannot beat them. This is a top notch family run small business. Cannot compliment their services enough. Their U-Haul services are also top notch.
