The wonderful gentleman Kelly who works there made my experience so unforgettable. I’ve had to move about five times in the past month and he has always been so kind on remembering my face when I have to come back to load more things, offering me a cool sanctuary in the office for a couple minutes since it’s been so hot out! I truly will never feel as secure with my stuff at a storage unit, based off Kelly’s amazing customer service. Not to mention I also had to switch to a bigger storage unit, and he was so kind and helping me with transitioning paperwork wise, and many other things! Talking to this man is just a treat!

I have a storage unit in Garden Of The Gods facility for quite sometime now and everyone is always welcoming. I always made my payments in person but now with all this stuff that is happening I'm unable to do so but Kelly let me know about auto pay and the steps on how to set it up. I liked how she took her time and explain the benefits of auto pay. I dont have to worry about my payments being late so thats one less stress out the window. I will miss stopping by and seeing Kelly and Danny smiling facing. Keep up the good work you two! PS give them a raise!

We love our storage unit but I had to call someone to figure out how to get out of the property. Please add directions for how to get out on the mechanism that's on the way out. It was 10pm, we were really tired, and it wasn't obvious how to get out. Right now, instead of directions on how to get out there is an ad for telling a friend about renting a storage unit.

Do not rent here! We had stuff stolen from one of our units and the staff wasn’t helpful. They couldn’t provide any video footage and said they had no idea how the insurance works. And if you do rent here, make sure you don’t buy their locks. The unit that had their lock on it was the one stolen from, but our other unit had a lock from another company and there was no theft. ??

I’ve used the Cubesmart at Garden of the Gods for 2 years when I lived in Colorado Springs, then moved to Germany and left my belongings at this storage facility for 4 years. No problems at all!!! Great facility, great security and friendly staff. I returned from Germany and all my belongings were safe and intact. I have had problems with other storage facilities in the past. But this place is 5 STARS. I think the manager here even trains other storage facility employees! Thanks Cubesmart, Unfortunatley I’m moving to Texas soon.

I missed my reservation date but went the next day and the girl was really nice and helpful. I got a unit however it was too small the girl was able to get me into another unit that was bigger. I was really stressed about having to move last minute. But this storage facility was able to help me. The only issue i had was my unit door would not close. The door kept coming off the track. Getting ready for the end of my first year in college CubeSmart is just down the hill from UCCS. We looked early for a 5x5 unit and found 2 storage facilities with available 5x5 units only CubeSmart allowed for reserving 2 weeks ahead ONLINE. On the phone both storage facilities were willing to work with us on when to start renting but it still came down to 1 week versus 2 weeks reservation hold & Location, Location, Location. Cost difference between the two was almost nothing. $12 for insurance not mentioned. Just moving out of the dorm for 4 months, everything will be in plastic bins so this being an outdoor access unit is fine, the other was an indoor unit. Took possession of the unit after the 2 weeks hold to avoid the crowd. Now just have to worry about Final Exams.

The staff are 100% great -but the actual unit/property is somewhat lacking... I have an extremely difficult time getting the overhead door to stay open -it falls on me and can be damaging or painful if it falls unexpectedly. The driveway in the storage area is very rough and uneven and not kept up well during icy conditions. I can see that it was designed to have water run off instead of pooling or going into the units but wonder if it could have been done better... Also, the walls of the unit don't go all the way up to the ceiling, so if you're not careful, small things can fall into other units and be lost forever... Again -the staff are great. I love them. Very nice people, very helpful and accommodating. I just haven't had the time to mention my issues with the door to them because I've been busy moving and working...

Me and my family originally moved to Colorado on military orders, unfortunately we needed some extra space moving into a smaller apartment. When we first moved into this cubesmart, Marion Sire was there and helped us through the process exceedingly well and was very accommodating. When it was time to leave Colorado the army being as it is, Marion Sire was there to help again. She and her staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and made our move a whole lot easier. The facility is always clean and secure and we never had any issues whatsoever. I have utilized CubeSmart for over 6 years and in that 6 years of service there has only been one time where I thought of relocating. You see, they raised my monthly rental and I felt it was too much - so I decided to seek other options and although I did find a place that was less expensive, I chose not to relocate. Now you may ask why???? Well the 40.00 a month I would have saved was just not worth the priceless customer service that Marian has provided to me. Marian's exemplary customer was obvious from our first meeting 6 years ago. In fact, the place I visited to see if I could save money treated me like a number and not a person such as what Marian did when we first met and still does. Over the last 6 years Marian and Beau have treated me like family from greeting me to talking with me and to advising me on any special deals offered by CubeSmart to sincerely apologizing when something went wrong like the weather causing me a small inconvenience. In conclusion, do yourself a favor when you have a need for a storage unit and just visit Marian - just do not be surprised if there are limited units available as most of the other renters I know feel the same and just do not see any one beating the customer service Marian offers. Besides, it is kind of cool being treated like you own the place.

As a return customer, pretty disappointed. Obviously came back because I was satisfied before and Marion was great. This time the only space in the size I need has poor access (should be a reduced rate). Also I was charged the monthly fee for insurance and thought it would be dropped when I brought my own insurance declarations page in the next day. Nope. If I had known I would have waited until the next day to sign up. They should have explained that more honestly. Pretty disappointed.

Excellent experience so far. We are switching to CubeSmart after becoming dissatisfied with pricing and service at another local self storage. We received complete and clear information from CubeSmart about our options and move in went just as stated. We are very satisfied.

Great experience so far! Marion and staff are very friendly, and get you in and out quickly. (Just what you want when you've been driving on I-70 all day!) Good location, close to many stores/shops in case you find you've forgotten something (i.e. LOWE'S) and easy to get to. Good price to boot.

Cubesmart was great! They gave me an extra week to move out and didn't charge me anything. They do try to sell you some extra items you may not need so just make sure that you double check things like insurance charges. Overall good experience and much better to deal with than some of the Public Storage places.

Yes this place is a scam.. they will charge for insurance that is not good when its time to use it..the building is old and leaks really bad..not a good choice, so many other places in the springs to choose from. Dont rent from here. Mike the district manager say he will help and does nothing, thanks for ruining my only thing my grandparents left and cubesmart won't do anything to fix the problem. Horrible people to work with no considered for the little man. They wanted me to use my insurance from my company because there buildings leaks like a sift.
