The first person I spoke to gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. He was very thorough and explained that I’d be receiving a call to secure the unit. The second person I met was Tyler and I found him to be quite helpful also. In fact, I was at my storage last night and I was having problems opening the unit. I left a message for Tyler but, didn’t expect a call back because it was after hours. I came back to Cube Smart and was on the phone with my brother when Tyler showed up. He was checking up on me to make sure I got my storage unit opened. What great customer service! I felt he went above and beyond my expectations.. I appreciated his efforts and wanted to make sure the corporate office knew. Thank you for providing not only a safe place to store my things, but also for going above and beyond taking care of your customers.

I signed a lease agreement and 4 months later they sent a letter in the mail saying they would be doubling the rent on my storage unit. By far the best storage facility I’ve ever been to and I’ve moved to 3 different states. Tyler & Antonio have gone above & beyond every time I need assistance. After a long 30 hr drive here, Tyler not only helped me find a last min unit change to fit my utility trailer but also took the time to help guide me while parking it. When I called ahead of time to let them know I was running behind due to traffic, Antonio answered - he was genuine and sincere. We recently bought a house and needed to down size - 10 min before closing Tyler took the time to find a unit that fitted my needs. I hope these guys know how much I appreciate them because it’s little things like these that are hard to come by now a days but will keep returning customers. Raised my rate $20 after only 4 months. Seems like an absurd increase and they didn’t even bother to give 1 months warning. Will be taking my business elsewhere. I’m sure the owner will say they need to increase rates to keep up with rising costs and that it’s in the rental agreement. However, seems more like a shady business tactic when they’re still able to offer good rates to new customers. Definitely don’t recommend.

Customer Service is always very helpful and courteous. I appreciate the extra effort the manager to make sure there was plenty of ice melt in front of the unit my mother was looking into. She had just recently broke her femur where it connects to her hip so she is fragile and he made certain she had a safe clear area to walk up to the unit. Amazing!

Great location- safe- secure. Gate code box is located in a odd spot, speed bump by gate needs to be painted - so it’s a bit clearer to all drivers. Property layout is nice - minus the steep dips for water flow after ice melt or rain. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve stored with cubesmart in Golden Co and in PCB, Fl before and they’re always very secure properties. Best company to store with.

I reserved a unit online with SpareFoot. The next morning, Billy (GM) called me to confirm. Billy was extremely professional, helpful, and thorough during our brief conversation. I set my appointment to come in and sign the lease, etc. Once at the facility, I was warmly greeted by Antonio Q. who did not stop smiling. Antonio, like Billy, was extremely thorough and answered all my questions. If you’re reading this Billy, Antonio is the embodiment of customer service. The unit was clean and appeared well-maintained. Pricing was also reasonable. I signed up during a 1/2 off 1st month rent + 10% off the monthly cost. The entire facility looks well kept and secure. Overall, I am happy with my choice to rent here. I usually do not write reviews, however, it was Antonio’s superior customer service that persuaded me to do so.

Kelly Erickson is just great at his job. I went in to a happy man that's just overall a great person. First impressions he killed it. I feel comfortable and just safe knowing. Billy was fantastic! When I first arrived I was for sure that I needed a 5x10 storage unit but when we went a looked at it I said “shoot this isn’t going to fit everything” I definitely thought I was going to have to find a different place. Billy was so great he said “no need to worry, we have a bigger unit right around the corner. It was perfect and I was to fit everything. I would definitely recommend coming here for storage!

The location where the stinking thief who stole my flagship mobile fine was keeping his loot. They couldn't let me search the units but somehow the police got the goods on him anyway. CubeSmart at least let me call my fone and listen for it to ring.They protected both our privacy. I'll use them if ever I need a storage unit. Because I locked and erased my fone the sonnabitch smashed my fone up. I got it back and one day I'll get it rebuilt.

I haven't had any issues up until it was time for them to return my money after I returned from deployment. I have been back for almost two months now and still haven't gotten my money. I paid for a full month, however, I only used the storage room 4 days into that month so they owe me over $200. I have been to their office quite a few times and it seems like I'm always being fed lies about them sending emails to their accountant so I can get my money back. Maybe it's time for that person to be fired because they fail at doing their job.

I currently have a unit here. I'm also currently 4 month into a 9 month deployment, and they decided to increase my rent by almost $50. Not happy about that. Edit: The area manager contacted me and we agreed upon a new rate. It is still an increase, but it's much more manageable than the one originally quoted. Shouldn't have increased at all within 5 months of renting in my opinion, but what do I know?

Called to find out information about storage. The man that answered was not nice he told me I got the wrong place and was about to hang up on me. I struggled to ask any questions and he rushed me and told me all the CubeSmarts were full and basically they can't help me. So basically don't bother calling they are full at every place in the Springs and they don't want to bother with questions. The End!

This storage facility is one of the cleaner and well maintained facilities I have ever used. The layout is conducive for all size vehicles to easily maneuver around and pull right up to your unit (including the 26' Uhaul I showed up in). Billy was especially helpful getting me set up. He was very professional and thorough when initiating my rental. He also instilled confidence that the facility is secure and safe with cameras at every angle and staff members on-site throughout the day.

I could rattle on for pages about the attractive layout of the cubes, but the real attraction is Billy. Tyler is fine... I guess, but Billy really sets the WOW meter off. I'd give him at least an 8.23 on the WOWIE scale. The customer service was really top notch.

Most helpful & Friendly staff!!! It was a pleasure to do business with them. It was New Year's Eve and they closed early but she stayed around and took care of us and another customer that came in after us. I only deduct a star because the unit we were given - which was the last of that size available had several issues. The roll-up door is broken, the light is broken, the wall that separates the units is only a thin sheet of drywall and it was broken open at one of the seems. There was also a hole in the back wall covered with black tape. Doesn't make us feel real secure about our stuff.

Not bad for a very old self storage. Secure. 5x10 decent price. A little concerned about our Colorado weather and these units. I think a good rain will find its way in (insurance is mandatory and I highly recommend a good policy). Entry code box is very wobbly and a nightmare for full size trucks. Overall: recommend in a pinch, but certainly look for better and modern self storage.

I initially rented a large unit in November 2015. Since then we moved a lot of stuff out and needed to rent a smaller unit. The General Manager was very helpful over the phone and Casey was very helpful onsite by arranging the closest unit to make it easier. Received a credit for the days remaining on the larger unit that will be applied to the next months payment. Have always felt good about the security of the location. The company policy is to insure your contents unless you have homeowners or renters insurance that covers. I gave Casey my proof of insurance and the charges were removed from my next month bill.

Recently moved to Colorado Springs and booked with Cube Smart in advance online and there was no need for deposit which was nice. When i got there it was easy to set up and even upgrade to a larger unit with no hassle. Free first month with no contract was also fantastic. Nice unit no troubles will continue to use!

I ninially discovered this site via Google and called the reservations center. The way the gal talked to me you can tell they are trained to SELL ya into those storage units but the rate was right and she was courteous with me so no complaintes there. I forget hte names of the two ladies in the office but they treated me right and were helpful not only at getting us through the paperwork but they also made sure I could get into the gate and led us to our unit. Overall a great experience

I rented one of the largest units at the South Circle Cubesmart and had a great Experience! The General Manager Maria, is very helpful and friendly! Just another storage facility. You move your stuff in, the rates rise after a time, you pay late fees when you're late, and the bored young woman behind the counter (The Manager) puts her cell phone down long enough to take your check. And if you request a receipt, she will print one out for you. Everybody's a winner. I don't really hate it, but I'll give it one star for the attention.

I first had business with this CubeSmart at 2310 S. Circle in Colorado Springs CO. It was in Fall of 2013. I was getting deployed long story short when I called last minute for a storage they were available and able to take me that day for an appointment. Maria Mazey showed me around the property and showed me the storage that I was interested in. We started paper work that day and I had my storage available. I returned from my deployment and ended my contract no issues and penalties. Every thing went well. I found myself in need of another storage come Fall of 2015. I went to a few other places in Colorado Springs that were cheaper and a little closer. No offense to the people working there but they just didn't satisfy my wants & needs. So I returned to CubeSmart at the S.Circle location. This time I dealt with Casey Wanless. She was very nice. My girlfriend and I made the appointment last minute they took us in that day and we signed the paper work that day as well. I luckily only needed a storage for a few months. I ended my contract when it was time for me to have room for my own belongings. They aren't the cheapest in town but they have excellence service and dedication to making sure your belongings are safe. The other storages I visited were cheap and some had walls that didn't hit the ceiling. So if our storage neighbor had bugs they could easily get into my belongings. At CubeSmart you can enter as early as 6am to 10pm or 1030pm. Other competitors have hours from 8am to 5 or 6pm. Thank you for listening. I will return to this place if I ever need another storage.

I am very happy with the quality of service I received from the CubeSmart Self Storage on 2310 South Circle DR in Colorado Springs, CO. General Manager Maria Mazey was very helpful and saved me from renting the wrong storage unit. She called to tell me that my Harley motorcycle would not fit in a 5'X10 'storage unit that I had reserved because the door was not wide enough. She switched me to a 10'X10' unit and made sure she chose one on level ground close to her office where she could keep an extra eye on my Harley. She even gave me a ride to the airport after I dropped off my motorcycle. The level of personal customer service was outstanding and I am 100% satisfied with my CubeSmart storage experience.
