The facility is clean and the staff are friendly and attentive, but over the year and a half I stored my belongings I ended up paying $100 a month for a unit smaller than the closet at my apartment. I also ended up leaving my unit 19 days early, paid ahead for the full month, and was informed they do not issue refunds even though that frees up a unit for another customer. *Update 3 days later: it has now taken 2 phone calls and a face to face interaction to clear the unit. I will not be recommending this facility.

Started constructing new units without informing current customers. So much construction dust and debris in the units. This place will raise your rates regularly. Don't plan on staying here. They will expect you to keep paying more rather than deal with the hassle of moving to a new place. Such a scam industry.

I had a terrible experience with this storage unit facility. My unit flooded, and not only did they fail to provide any assistance or support, but they also refused to provide a dumpster for damaged items, stopped payment, or offer any reimbursement for the loss. Despite having insurance, they did not cooperate in facilitating an adjuster to assess the damages. Additionally, they were not helping to retrieve my lost items from the unit but insisted on continuing to charge me until I could remove them, creating a vicious cycle of frustration and financial burden. Their lack of responsibility and indifference towards customers in times of crisis is absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against using this storage facility to anyone considering it.

The staff at CubeSmart are top shelf. Very friendly and helpful. Compared to other “Public” storage units there is no comparison. CubeSmart actually has someone in the office during their posted manned hours. I can only speak for the office on Nautilus but I would definitely use them again!

I have been using CubeSmart at various times over the years; in California and now in Colorado Springs. I find the storage units always very clean and accesible. Easy to use and I always feel my stuff is safe. Online reservation is very convenient and easy to use. My experience going to the front office was excellent. The staff provided excellent customer service, professional and courteous. I would recommend CubeSmart ??

Staff is friendly, but they will place low quality stickers on locks that you provide, they always charge a 2% convenience fee when paying online, and you will receive a rate increase after 6 months. They increased my rate by 25%. No thanks.

My experience was a complete disaster! I arrived early to do the 24/7 share and called prior to make sure the dolly I reserved would be in the truck. The dolly was missing when I arrived the first time and the second time to go pik it up. I took an uber to the location to pick up the truck. I had to call UHaul customer service multiple times because the app and location were not working. Finally got through all the steps to get the code for the key box. There was no key in the key box and I had movers showing up in 45 mins. Uhaul tried contacting the manager and could not get ahold of them. I had to cancel my morning and afternoon movers and pay for another uber back to my house. Aftere contacting Uhaul they said they could have the truck ready for 4pm that day. I had to get another uber back to the location. My afternoon movers were not available and I had to book new movers last minute for twice the price. This situation caused so much more stress and money for my move. Update after Company Response: The CubeSmart Location is where I rented the UHaul from and they are the ones that did not put the key in the lock box on their premise.

I was happy to be able to check in on Sunday with an online application and payment system. One inconvenience was that I had to request a refund in office for a $20 lock that I didn’t need. I appreciate the first months rent free because sometimes you realize that the location or situation of a storage unit is not ideal. Overall, they have been a good company to deal with through the years.

Melanie really took care of me here. She communicated with me and treated me like family. I was really glad to keep my stuff here, especially around such respectful and trustful staff. I left my locker because I had to abruptly relocate for a promotion. Melanie called me within hours asking if my locker was meant to be open (I had left it open because I was finished). I really appreciated such safety and integrity and good service. This is a really safe place to keep your belongings.

We had a GREAT experience here! We have rented 3 different units from this location! A huge outdoor one, an indoor climate controlled, and last one was E200 outdoors! Just moved out of our final unit today and couldn’t be happier. The ladies in the office are just wonderful. The best customer service we’ve experienced! The place is impeccably clean, and easy to access. Well lit, video surveillance and very safe! They worked with us to find the units we needed for our unique situation and we felt they genuinely cared and wanted to help make it work for us. We just can’t say enough good things about the staff and location! Would definitely be back in the future if we need another unit! Thank you ladies!!!!
