Good afternoon! Yesterday, February 13, 2025, I took part in an auction on your platform. At the beginning of the tenth hour, I received documents confirming that I had won the auction. At about 11 o'clock, I arrived at the address to receive the key and sign the documents. The company manager asked for my ID, took a document from the table confirming that I had won the auction, and I decided that this was a normal procedure for processing documents, since this was not the first time I had won an auction. The manager said that he needed 10 minutes and that I could wait outside. After 10 minutes, I entered the room and asked if all my documents were ready. The manager told me that he would not process the documents and that I had no right to make a deal. After these words, I provided him with all the documents from my personal account confirming my right to make a deal. After seeing my irrefutable evidence, he started calling somewhere again. I asked him who would compensate me for the fuel costs (about 50 miles) and the time I spent on this matter, to which he replied that he was not going to compensate me for anything. After that, he called again and again and received advice. After some time, he began to demand that I leave the company premises and threatened to call the police, to which I replied that there were surveillance cameras everywhere and there was no illegal action on my part, and I simply demanded that he act correctly and legally. I asked him for all his information and the ability to contact his management to resolve the dispute. The manager provided his work card and refused to provide me with any other information I requested. A minute later, I left the building and called the police at 911 (I confirm the police report with a screenshot from my phone), and asked them to come and help protect my rights, since I did not see any other option to protect my rights at that time. After 10-15 minutes, a manager came to my car with some freshly printed document and started convincing me that I was wrong. At that moment, I was depressed and very upset and decided for myself that I would seek justice in another way, namely, by writing a letter with a detailed description of the problem. After that, I called 911, cancelled the call and went home. Imagine my surprise when in the morning I saw that you blocked my account on the platform. I want you to explain and answer me what is happening: 1. I won the auction without breaking any rules. 2. I spent my time and money to come and go to complete the transaction. 3. Your company blocked my card for $ 63 4. Today you blocked my account. I spent my time and money, suffered morally, and you, without understanding the situation, blocked my account? I ask you to study my question and protect my rights as a buyer, I am waiting for your answer. Best regards! *I am attaching documents

I rented my space online and when I arrived on site I was unable to get inside. The employee working was very helpful. I showed up without the details of my online rental, but he took the time to look it all up from a different direction. I have a perfectly fine unit now. Only wish I had determined whether they had 24hr access. I had thought they did, but they do not.

I've rented a 5x10, 1st floor unit here for three years. Initially, the $83/month rate was reasonable, but it has since increased to $145/month, while new customers are offered the same unit for $46/month. When I inquired about matching the new rate, they insisted I end my current contract and move my belongings to a new unit. This seems unnecessary and inconvenient, especially I'm in a wheelchair and require others to move all the heavy medical equipment I store. Despite the hassle, I'll likely switch to avoid paying $80 more after taxes and fees.

Horrible facility, my unit was broken into from the top which is only secured with flimsy wire. Almost a complete lack of security in this building, hardly any security cameras at all. The facility is lacking security and the management allows homeless people to live inside units.

I made a same day reservation and could not access my unit due to elevators being down. I called a left a message and no one responded until I requested a termination and full refund. I was told I would get a full refund. I only received a refund for the lock I didn't use. Very unprofessional!

i’ve stored items with this location for over two years, and because of a snafu with a credit card while we were on vacation (auto payment didn’t go thru), without any outreach after 5 days they locked us out of our storage unit. we returned after 10 days out of the country, trying to drop our suitcases off at storage, only to find our code invalid, with a second lock on our storage unit. apparently, two years of automatic payments mean nothing. this was simply unbelievably poor communication and incredibly aggravating.

I kept an indoor storage unit here for 2.5 years and had no problem. My stuff was secure and I felt fine being alone there at night. I believe they did raise the rent at some point, but I couldn't tell you how much it was. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they do not issue a prorated refund at the time of move out, which is ridiculous in this economy.

When I went on a medical leave and funds were tight. They don’t let you pay with 2 forms of payment if needed. (Like 2 cards) it’s like they want you to ho to auction and benefit off you. Plus multiple units got broke into by locks cut and new locks put on. Even though It was ‘secure’ storage. Won’t use again.

I do auction and have a property management as well. I work with every storage company here in Denver, Co. I've never met a bunch of people from so dedicated to making sure that the customer is treated fairly with respect and dignity. As an auction buyer you really get to see the other side of the storage business. Of the 5 CubeSmart location I've been to, I have never seen, heard or had a bad encounter myself. I used my unit for approximately a year and a half, and during that entire time I was able to rest assured that my property (everything I owned and had accumulated after 4 years of living in Denver) was safe. Entering the unit was very easy; the space is clean, well lit, and secure. The staff have always been super helpful and kind. Setting up and closing out my contract was also incredibly quick, with proper social distancing measure being taken into consideration the entire time. Overall, it was a streamlined and simple process.

We rented a space for months. Very fair pricing, especially considering the amenities that are included. With the easily accessible, indoor units that are temperature controlled and the provided carts to make moving boxes easier, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs it! My ONLY downside is that the parking on the ground level to access the doors is limited, however you can still access from a large parking area on the main floor. Management has always been kind and fast to help, and always with a friendly interaction. If the need ever arises again for the use of storage, I would happily come back to this location.

I had been calling around for hours to find an open storage locker that would fit my almost 15 ft kayak. Ken was incredibly helpful. He initially booked me a spot upstairs, but after offering to measure the elevator it was too small. He then switched me to a ground floor spot, let me bring the kayak in to fit test it, and even helped carry it around the tight hallways. I would definitely recommend Ken and his location!

My girlfriend and I moved our stuff from public storage to Cubesmart and it was a great decision. The facilities were clean, well maintained, and the security measures are head and shoulders better than anything at other storage facilities I have used in Denver. Furthermore the staff here, especially Jack at the Cubesmart on Leetsdale, are extremely helpful and courteous. Jack even gave us a discount on our first month when he realized that we had booked two units together. Overall this a great storage facility with excellent help and support from the staff.

Facility may be nice but the general manager Kenneth Romero was a nightmare to deal with. Talked over me, would not let me ask a follow-up question and would only say that “his training does not allow him to answer that question.” “That question” was inquiring how much a unit would run (depends on what their competitors charged on any given day) or what’s the difference between Plan A and Plan B (his training does not allow him to answer that question). Completely unhelpful and but for Kelly Erickson, another employee, I would not have gotten an answer. Kenneth Romero told me if I didn’t like his answers that I could leave, so I did. Customer service training should include a section on ‘listening’ to what the customer is asking. I will take my business elsewhere.

Just moved in and so far so good. The size I preordered wasn't available so they upgraded me automatically. I had to sign the lease in person because I have my own insurance but I got an appointment and it was quick and easy. They are following all COVID protocols to a T. Ken was sure to explain how to lock my unit to make certain it's fully secure. My only quibble is that they won't provide any clarity on if or when rates will increase, but that seems to be the way of the industry.

I utilized their storage facility for 15 months or so. This is the best price I found and they were very easy to work with. The facility was always clean, well lit, and without issue. When I moved out they promptly sent me my final receipt and cancelled my bill auto-pay. Great location if you're in the Cherry Creek/Congress Park area or Glendale. Definitely recommend!

I struggle with whether to rate a 3 or 4. This is the second time we have used this facility. The process for signing up is great. The facility is easy to get to and I have never had to wait for a cart. It is clean inside and they have sanitizer for the carts available. My only issue with the facility is the major bump you have to navigate the cart over to get from your car into the facility. There is nothing to transition from the blacktop in the driveway to the concrete inside the facility. It jars the cart to the point where things fall off the cart or you get stuck trying to go slowly over the bump. Seems like it would be easy to remedy.

I have had issues ever since I began my month to month contract with Cubesmart at this location. The Store Manager Ken Romero was not very friendly until I made a corporate complaint against him, as I was late with my unit payment, but not to where they were able to put my unit up for auction. I was 16 days late, and Ken confirmed that they are not able to put any units up for auction until 31 days or later due to a late payment. This has been the 2nd time this had occurred. I made my payment and my could access the premises via my code, however they had put their lock and an auction tag on my unit prematurely. I am now taking my business to Self Storage as I obtained a larger unit at a cheaper price and a friendlier service

Scammers, they currently have a member of staff who has been double charging cards, beware! He changes the total by a very small amount so it is tough to dispute and will lie to your face and even produce altered documentation. It has been reported and he may not be working there much longer.

Place is really clean and well lit. Manager/employee guy is SUPER rude when walking around. Going out of his way, speaking to me and my movers like it’s really inconvenient that we are using our storage units. We have 3 really big ones, they aren’t cheap. Meaghan is very nice and helpful and remembered my name after only meeting me once. It seems that she is the only one ever there so my only frustration was if you need to go into the store they are often closed (left for lunch or showing a unit on the property).

Meghan is awesome. Always friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Zero issues with this location. The place is clean, has great temperature control, it's easily accessible and has always felt safe even late at night. I just have to enter my pin to get in. When I go there at night, after office hours, I normally park inside...just drive past their security gate.

You can read good reviews and bad reviews all you want of any storage facility but CubeSmart on Leetsdale is by far the best I've ever encountered and I've been to 43 countries in this world. It's safe, clean, well lit, perfect sizes as well as climate controlled if you prefer! The staff is excellent, that means you Meghan! I don't think I would ever use another self storage facility but this one, you get one month free at the beginning that is awesome in itself and you can use their truck for a small fee if you have to move things and that truck doesn't break down! Never had a bad experience here even all of the people that rent are nice remember people you get what you pay for and I'd rather pay for CubeSmart!

On moving day, I realized that the couch could not fit through the door. The movers were on the clock and I had to find a solution very quickly. I called up CubeSmart and was able to get a unit and drop off the couch 20 minutes later. Also, I was on crutches at the time. Jana was absolutely amazing in showing the movers where my unit was, etc. and making sure I did nothing but sit there and make the payment. Great experience. I do think it is pricey for storage, but it is climate controlled and the customer service is great.

Staff could listen better rather than assume when informing them my code wasn't working Otherwise, typical storage facility that requires use of their lock and purchasing insurance. Access to units closes earlier than usual at 9:00pm. Pluses include use of box truck to move-in or $35 for four hours.

I just had the most amazing experience with Tim at Cubesmart on Leetsdale !! I have had my share of crappy storage unit customer service and Tim truly blew me away!!! Not only did Tim help me move things into my unit, I was moving that day and was totally stressed out,, since my movers had backed out the day before. Tim mentioned they had a truck to use for storage customers!! Even though it was really late in the day, Tim made an exception and got me the truck !!! I was late returning it, because of my movers, but he stayed late for me !!! Even offered to come help me move...Tim is a great guy and so professional ...don't see this kind of amazing service anymore these days !!! Thanks, Tim !!!!

I do not recommend this location to anyone. The staff will harass you in such an unprofessional manner. The place smells and is filthy. Do not put your personal belongings or money into this storage place.

The staff was extremely kind, informative and welcoming! We were going to drive across town to rent a U-Haul for just a few hours, but instead they let us use their large covered truck for just $10! This was such a great help as we were moving during one of the Spring snow storms... much better deal than a U-Haul and so very convenient! The whole experience was great!

Have used this storage business for almost 3 years, and it's come in handy on so many occasions! Always well-kept and managers are so willing to help out. Glad we were recently able to "downsize" just recently to a smaller unit.

Prices in store and online don't match up. I went in after searching for units online and saw they had an offer for 10% Off the unit and a month free. However once there, they had no units offering that special when online had stated otherwise. Not to mention upon arriving to inquire about renting a unit I waited over 20 minutes to be helped because there was noone at the desk.
