I had an overlock placed on my unit because I didn't finish unpacking until 10:30. I had another overlock placed on my unit when moving out because I fell asleep. Now I can't Access the property until 9 on Monday. I believe the manager is being vindictive because I reported his actions to corporate. I will do a follow up when I am moved out Monday. This rental has been a waste of time and money and mentally taxing.

Everytime I go to pay my husband's storage they are never there! Then we get late fees and locks on our stuff when we ALWAYS pay. They call to tell us to pay and then we show up. Today I got there at 4 pm and the sign said they wouldn't be back till 530. They close at 6, we live far enough away I can not get there in 30 min. Not to mention the stupid speed bump has messed up my car. Pictures are just the last week I've went to pay and they "will be back." I get people take lunches but look at the times. They are never there lol

I had previously reserved a storage locker at a different self storage place and had a nightmare of an experience. We were in a time crunch because we had movers charging us for storing our stuff until we could get a locker. Ed was professional and knowledgeable and got us set up and moved in same day. the manager Ed at this site is literally taking people hostages inside of the yard asking for money and hitting on women he has trapped. It was an instant creep out. We had to move out immediately. After moving to a different CubeSmart we found that the CubeSmart corporation is raising rates three months after you moved in and again three or four months later doubling the amount that the contract was made for. Their corporate response was we have to keep up with costs, but what they doing is just signing a contract saying that you're going to pay a price and then changing it after you've already done the very difficult task of moving in. It shouldn't be legal. Basically they're cuckolding people. They know the moving it's the hard part and that we won't want to do it again. I did talk to the manager at the site, and was told that there was nothing he could do. It used to be there with at least right off 1 months of the increase, they now seem to take pride and just sticking it to you.

This grounds are kept very clean and the manager is ed is top notch, had someone lock my storage unit and they didn’t slide the latch to the locked position before locking so my unit was open and ed saw this and added a temp lock to the door to secure my unit and then called and emailed me to let me know that my unit was not secure. Very much appreciate the security and stellar response effort and time.

They have been more than accommodating. I have a super low car that won’t go over the speed bump, but the manager is always more than welcome to open the back gate for me to be able to get in and out of my unit. Happy I’m leaving this place. They installed a huge speed bump in their parking lot that damaged the bottom of my car every time I had to go to my storage unit. If it was already there when I first looked at the facility , there would have been a 0% chance that I would have rented here. They installed it about a year after I had my unit so I had no choice but to damage my car multiple times. Also , they raised the monthly rate twice in the less than 2 years I had a unit here. Never again. Happy to be taking my business elsewhere EDIT : Thanks for the useless response. Already took my business elsewhere. Do better

Went into office to discuss my wife and I having to leave due to family emergency was paid up for two months paid cash but was told couldn’t get refund same way I paid... The guy was very unprofessional and rude I don’t recommend anyone coming here I chose it because of the proximity but the first guy was very polite and informational but the last guy we spoke to needs a class in human interaction 101 don’t waste your time here go somewhere they would be glad to have you as a customer.. No access after 10pm I now know if other facilities hat are 24 hrs and are a tab but cheaper never will I ever go back here to “ rudesmart storage”

We have used this storage place for maybe 20 years and they are just wonderful! Today the manager Ed called me to let me know that my husband had put the lock on with the latch in the open position, therefore leaving it essentially unlocked. I am so grateful that they check for things like that! I came right over and he had his own locks on it to secure it, ready for me and waiting so that I could correct the problem. Reasonable rates and awesome customer service!

Nationwide agent was very friendly and helpful in locating a storage unit close to my house that was the size I needed and at a very reasonable rate. Storage facility managers have been good to work with. They quickly called me at home after I reserved a unit to coordinate things. They let me select a unit from several available and thoroughly covered administrative procedures and security aspects. I bought one of their special padlocks at the office which saved a trip to a store. My unit was clean, swept out and ready to begin using.

I drove over a couple of times to pay, because my credit cards are full due to Covid supplies. I just happened to arrive when he was on break or gone. This time basically waited for him to come back. Everybody needs a break now and then. When he came back we could take care of all the paperwork very quickly. Set up took almost two hours! I’m not exaggerating. Moved in things seemed okay. Did some moving around. The next day I receive a text stating “This is Cubesmart regarding the headboard left outside your unit. Have it removed today to avoid being charged for disposal.” At that point I’m rushing to get off of work and get my kids picked up to avoid being charged. I get there and it’s not my headboard. I’m then told that they assumed it was mine and they will look on the cameras. What! You would think they would of done that before I got a threading text about me being charged. There are better ways to do business.

From the first time I came to this facility to get a storage unit, through the entire process, and through my entire stay (I still store there today), Ed and his team have always been friendly and helpful. The Facility is clean and well kept, and anytime there is any issue (very few and far between in the past 2 1/2 years) they rectified the situation quickly and professionally. Highly recommend this location.

Not the best prices, there are cheaper out there. The prices creep up each year. The one on colfax is nice. I switched to them about a year ago. Other than that, NO BUGS, GOOD TEMPERATURE / CLIMATE. It's like pulling teeth trying to get your passcode over the phone, so be sure to REMEMBER IT or write it down

CubeSmart and Jasmine are owed my great thanks for helping to alleviate much of the stress and difficulties of a last-minute move. I was able to painlessly reserve a storage unit online - without any deposit or credit card information, and with an amazing deal that beat all other storage locations in town plus an email verification within minutes - and Jasmine personally called to confirm our reservation and store/office hours (even calling again before she took lunch ensure she wasn't away when we arrived) so we could seamlessly get moved into the unit. Raised floors inside of the units themselves, plus locks included with the rental secure this storage facility as a lock-in winner in my experience. Thank you, Jasmine!

Overall process and experience was good. My only issue was when I confirmed the gate code. My inquiry could have been answered with a firm yes or no, instead the manager rattled it off in full... with two people I did not know standing in the office behind me. She knew I did not know them as they seemed to be regular customers and she knew them by name. We had to make her change the code immediately. I'm hoping the overall experience during our rental there turns out better...

I’m joining the military and needed a fairly long term storage for my vehicle and a few things out of my apt. I had shopped around to one other place. Which wasn’t bad but the price wasn’t right. When I came into CubeSmart I was greeted by Ed. He was very helpful and personable. They allowed me to reserve a unit without putting any money down. I came back over the weekend and I dealt with Khadijah whom was also a great help. I initial said I was gonna come back on Monday but decided to come in early which wasn’t a problem. They hadn’t swept the unit out yet but she took the time to do so. And she was the only person there. This is my first storage rental and I couldn’t of had a better experience. I would highly recommend them.

Ed was extremely helpful and was able to address an issue with regards to the type of assigned unit. Made a reservation for a 10x20 and, upon arrival, the unit was a 20x10 with 2 small doors which would not work for my needs. Ed made a few phone calls and was able to change the unit, even though there was only one remaining 10x20. Additionally, he was able to transfer the advertised discount to the new unit. I move quite frequently for work (8x in 6 yrs) and have previously rented many storage units. Based on this positive experience, I will for sure rent from CubeSmart in the future. Thanks again.

I have used this self storage numerous time, and have always been satisfied. A friend recommended I use this facility before as I used to live close by, and I was happy that I did. Staff are helpful. Storage space and facility are clean . There was a minor hole in the ceiling from a previous renter. At one point we were notified that our lock was cut and replaced, which was odd. They said the lock was not locked correctly, but we had checked before leaving the space to ensure everything was correct. So, just as a FYI, check your lock before leaving, otherwise you will receive a message from the management.

Moves are always stressful. I was starting to really stress when I realized my reserved space was not going to be anywhere near big enough. I called (in a slight panic) and they said, "no problem". Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service!!! I had an emergency and wasnt able to arrive anywhere near closing on check in day. The manager made himself available and took time out of his evening to come and check me in---above and beyond!!! The General Manager - Ed Honea has been absolutely wonderful! He is very thorough and attentative to your storage needs. These guys were incredibly helpful. They made sure the unit size fit our needs perfectly before we paid. They had great attitudes and really made our very stressful moving weekend a little bit better by their kindness. The unit ended up being PERFECT and we were able to get our enclosed trailer in and out of the complex with no difficulty. Units were clean and secure. Rates were very reasonable also!

Well I had previously left this business one of the worst reviews that I can remember leaving... It was a terrible experience and there was no excuse for the way I was treated and spoken to. But that is in the past now and I forgive them for everything that happened that day. After all this happened I had absolutely no intention on continuing to rent a storage unit past the first month. But unfortunately life happened and I wasn't able to get rid of all the stuff I have stored within a month. So I went into the office to discuss payment and transferring into a smaller unit..... Let me just say that Chris went completely out of his way and bent over backwards to rectify the previous situation that had occurred and making sure that I was completely satisfied wish staying for a second month. Forgiven, forgotten, and moving on. Thanks Chris, you exceeded any and all expectations!

Because of scheduling conflicts and some unanticipated travel, there came a need for some extraordinary support from the guys at CubeSmart. Ed put in extra effort and solved many issues as I was in and out of the US. Ed was responsive and worked hard to provide excellent service, it's just something you don't always see.
