Heartless employees, horrible conditions, unfair treatment, dirty unsecure storage units, they raise prices arbitrarily to the point where the rent becomes unmanageable, they treat people like trash and anything you store here will be ruined by the dust, rodents etc that is allowed to enter these gross overpriced units. They increase my 5x10 unit from $110 to $147 without any notice such as calls or e-mail . I will be contacting the corporate office to report this and filing with the BBB EDIT: I have tried calling the office many times today and just goes to a voice mailbox that has not been setup yet so no messages can be left. I also had alot of my stuff damaged by mouse infestation.

EXPECT RODENT DAMAGE. We had one of the storage units near the field, and everything in our unit was covered in mouse urine and poop. Cups, dishes, vases, clothes, baby toys, stuffed animals, books, irreplaceable heirloom quilts - everything was covered with droppings and reeked of urine. The front desk said rodents are a known problem at their facility, and we should have kept everything in bins instead of cardboard boxes. CubeSmart insurance doesn't cover rodent damage, so we didn't get any money back for all the property that was damaged, destroyed, or required professional cleaning. Would give zero stars if I could.

Never was able to park in the spot listed in my contract because another customer was parked in it. Was told I needed to come back and move my trailer but can’t get my trailer into the spot now because of the orientation of other vehicles around it. Overall terrible experience. No one even tried to help or offer a refund. There are cheaper, cleaner, more level and more professional places close by to store your trailer or vehicle.

Let me start that numerous members of my family of used this facility in the past with no issues. When I started looking for a storage facility I took that into consideration. I called the phone number and got transferred to national call center where I had booked a 20x20 storage unit. I was notified by the call center that it had a certain size door it was drive up access and it was what you would consider typical storage facility. I received a phone call from from the local facility asking me to come check out my unit. I was not able to immediately go over to the unit so it took me a few days to get to the facility to check out the unit. At no point did the representative on the phone call let me know that there is any issues whatsoever with the storage unit. I arrived at the storage facility a few days later and was flabbergasted when I arrived as they had reserved a 20x20 chicken freezer as a storage unit. Not only this but the facility had large steps that you have to walk up and a tall platform that they considered a ramp. Honestly The platform was taller than any moving truck I have ever seen. They tried to play off the ramp as a positive end of the unit. There's absolutely no way they should be selling this as a storage unit and they showed very little concern that it was not represented correctly. I then requested to be put on a list for a 36x16 in unit and was given a price and told that I would have my first month free. Once a unit was made available they decided to add 25% to the overall cost and say that I missed out on the promo and I'd have to pay half of the price for the first month. I cannot tell you how frustrating it was to work with this company and I would absolutely not recommend anybody to work with them. I know they're going to lie and say they tried to reach out to me and it's my fault but ultimately when you have storage that used to be a chicken freezer that should be disclosed from the very first phone call not leave a message that you'd like me to check out the unit with no context. I spoke with the manager and several employees and no one seemed to care that not only had they made me lose valuable time in my moving process but they tried to blame the whole situation on me. There are definitely cheaper units here in Colorado save yourself a lot of issues and go with a different provider for your storage needs.

The staff was friendly but do NOT accept a south facing unit along the open field. Your belongings will be co weed in dirt despot attempts to cover. There was no rental reduction for the amount of dirt. Eigher make sure you have a north facing interior unit or find a different spot.

My husband and I have used this facility for over a year. There was always a touch of dust around as it isn't climate-controlled, but a few weeks ago we opened our storage and were horrified to find a thick coat of construction dust covering our baby seats rendering them completely unusable. Update: I ended up calling management. They worked with me on a solution that was reasonable across the board. Updating my review because they were able to productively solve our issue and we have remained customers.

Would give 0 stars but I can't. It all is in regards to how they do there auctions of people's personal belongings. I've never in my life have been told by the on site Manager how they are told to go into units and stage items so the unit would bring more money during the online auction. They enter into the unit and take pictures to post on the online auction site and in which pictures I have seen shows that they open boxes and stage items to make more money for themselves. Manager told me if I didnt like how they do things to not bid on the units then. Well that comment leads me to believe that not only do they go through boxes and stage items to make money for the storage facility. It leads me to believe what else if value has been taken out of the unit for there own personal gain. I would recommend whomever uses the online auction site to bid on units beware because who knows what of value has been taken out of the unit. I know personally I will never bid on a auction from this facility ever again there a bunch of scams and thieves as far as I'm concerned. Good luck trying to get straight answers from anyone there all they give you is excuses and lies. Need a negative-10 is what they deserve.

Simple, simple, simple. I chose and reserved my unit on-line. They then sent me paperwork vie e-mail to e-sign. Then they sent me my unit # and password. The unit was clean and ready to go when I arrived. Excellent experience!

Absolutely trash location. This location clearly has rodent issues. Also, these rodent-infested units are not covered by their insurance company!! I was sold the unit & insurance policy before they even disclosed the full insurance policy. Only to find out that my things were destroyed by rodents that were not covered and not disclosed upon receipt of payment. How are you not going to have an insurance policy company that covers one of the most important issues? Very frustrating. If I had known there were rodent issues, I would've gone back to Elite Storage!!

In 2019, the year Cubesmart acquired Tri-County Storage, they raised the rate 15% to park our RV. This year, 2020, Cubesmart raised the rate an additional whopping 30%. There was no improvement or change to the facility. Anticipating a large increase every year we decided they were not worth the money in the least. We switched to a different RV storage facility nearby that has several amenities for RV owners that is only slightly higher that what we were paying Tri-County Storage before Cubesmart and their unreasonable increases took over. If you pay for RV storage here, be prepared for yearly, significant rate increses.

I have dealt with this location several times in the past 20 years. Whether it is renting storage, or renting a truck for a move, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have always had my needs met; and any issue was dealt with effectively. I have had my storage keys stolen - they helped get a new lock and I had immediate assistance. I have had billing issues - resolved. I have transferred units without a problem. I have rented several trucks and trailers which were always clean and in good working order. Yep, this facility is part of a national chain. Yes, they have their logo on everything. But what sets this place apart from the rest is the people. Kreg and Jeanette are, first and foremost, great people. They've also been here for years, looooong before CubeSmart was even a thought. That speaks volumes to me. The units are clean and dry, access is really easy (think turning large trucks around and going down driveways to unload), pricing is comparable (and lower than some units further west). Go see them. Rent storage from them. And if you need a U-Haul truck get that from them, too. Just don't use the TruckShare 24/7 app. It's horrible. Like, really, really bad. Just go in and meet them and get your truck from them, too!

He showed me the unit prior to leasing and taught me how to use the locks needed. He made the process seamless and easy! Him and Jeanette both had me laughing. The facility was clean, and the units are easy to locate and identify. I would highly recommend! Thank you!

Renting a space at CubeSmart has been a great experience. The unit is clean, the security is complete and best of all the management couple are very friendly and accommodating of our needs. We were shown different size units so we could choose the one that would meet our needs and we got a good deal.

I’ve been storing here for awhile now. Household goods and my children’s toys, sleds and such. The managers Kreg and Jeanette are always so kind and very funny. I definitely enjoy coming in to pay my rent and have a short conversation before leaving. Never had an issue with “elements and or rodents” I do see a lot of bunnies though ??. DO NOT USE for storage! Major rodent problem and I got charged when I was already moved out! They definitely won’t be seeing that money. Worst storage place I have ever used.

If you dont want all your stuff exposed to the elements and pests I'd recommend not using this place. Most of my furniture I was able to salvage but if i had waited any longer to get my things out I probably would've had to buy all new furniture.

Rented a storage unit here and trucks more than once. The unit was clean, dry and reasonably priced. The trucks were clean, in good working order and available when they said they would be. If I needed a place to store or move stuff, this would be my first pick.

Very bad customer service. We reserved a uhaul to pick up at this location a month in advance of our move. Uhaul confirmed they had the truck permanently at their location. I then called Tri County 2 weeks prior to the reservation and confirmed we had the reservation for that truck For our requested rental period of 24 hours. Then just 5 days prior to our rental date I got a call from Craig at Tri County saying they double booked the truck and that we would only have the truck available to rent for only 12 hours. I let him know that wouldn't work and we had confirmed directly with Tri County prior that we had the truck for the requested 24 hours. He then hung up with me and cancelled our reservation and put us in the back of the line with reservations at uhaul. We then had to try to find another location to rent a truck. My wife called the next day and talked to Jeanette and she was told by Jeanette that they only cancelled our reservation because they didn't have a truck which was a complete lie. I have the voicemail from Craig where he states they have the truck and they just double booked it for the 24 hour period. We booked this truck a month and advance and since these folks wanted to make more money in rental fees they cancelled our reservation for 24 hours so they could rent the truck twice instead of once in a 24 hour period.

I have had outside storage with this company for a couple years. The facility grounds are nicely paved and I haven't had any rodent problems like I have with other places. During the flooding nothing was damaged due to water because of the facility design and elevation. The spaces and driveway are wide and easy to use. The staff is always polite and helpful. I really like having the ability to fill my propane tank for my RV on site. Price is Good on the space and propane. I like that I have the ability to get to my storage through a pass coded gate. Highly recommend!
