It was very easy to rent a space over the phone. The contract was easy to fill out online. I received an email with the combination of the lock on the door. Inside was a gift bag with my lock in it. When we got there with our load. It was easy to get the lock off and unload.

I really enjoyed the customer service at this place. I always felt as if my needs were met and that the staff tried to make everything as convenient as possible. The issue I had and the reason I left were consistent rate hikes. There were better deals and I went for one. We only recently moved out of our storage unit at CubeSmart on Broadway. Our company originally started with TWO units and downsized to just one about 4 years ago. The management is always available and accommodating. We never had any issues with security and the location is easy access for the renters. Would recommend :)

This site has the best customer services but it goes beyond that. I have had a storage unit here but I live out of state. At the beginning of the pandemic I had a knee injury and just moved away. Colorado had just gotten a snow storm that melted away within a day or so and upon inspection of the property they noticed water coming from around or in my unit. I was unable at the time to come back and move everything into a different unit. I don’t have much family in town to do this for me and I was so worried about what I was going to do about my stuff. I figured just don’t worry about it whatever damage is done to my stuff I will just have to get over it. Christopher and Jean helped get everything worked out. I’m extremely grateful to both of them! They are always so friendly over the phone and in person. The property is safe and well maintained. It has give me the reassurance I need being out of state! Thank you so much for all your hard work and best customer all year round!

From the recommendation the CUBESMART "mothership" provided (based upon requirements (need), location, timeliness, etc) all the way to the price options I was very happy to have leased this location in Littleton (Store 6732). Christopher provided a short term lease (1 month for "pennies", i.e. incredibly reasonable). Check in was thorough. Likewise, I was pleasantly surprised by the phone call, observing within hours my smooth vacate of the premises, proving out their situational awareness of the grounds. "Lastly", the Masterlock purchased on the premises was "EXACTLY" like the style I was going to get down the street at ACE, saving me the trip at a competitive price. Thank you for your service.

they obviously dont rent to those from abroad . Showed them my passport and country license. Manager called district manager who said I was unable to rent a unit. CubeSmart must be a Trump supporter? Make America Great Again???

Came in to rent a unit. The front ladies were super nice and quick. We rode over to see the unit and realized it was too small. The ladies patiently switched us to a bigger unit without a bat of an eye. Glad we chose cubesmart!

This is my first time renting a storage locker. I researched multiple locations but liked the reviews of this one. It proved to be a good choice. The check-in and rental process was super easy, Leann was a real pleasure to work with!

I had a great experience with this location. I had to change the size and reservation dates for my move. They gave me courtesy calls and also sent an email with all the facility information that I would need. Another very professional thing that happened is that the manager called me after I had spoken to customer service about a cancellation I needed to make. In this day and time it is nice to have RESPONSIVE courteous well organized people on your side, especially during a stress move.

After completing the paperwork and paying initial fees, we found that our car could not fit over the curb in the storage garage. The $24 admin fee was not refunded even though they provided no storage or other service. Attempted to resolve and get refund but they refused. Very disappointing experience.

Very poor customer service. They have added a coded door to the units, and "due to security" I HAVE to stop by the offices to pick up the code. I work several jobs and rarely have time, to stop on by. I have tried to get these codes via email and telephone without any luck. VERY POOR STAFF! I am unable to get access to my possessions despite paying my bill each month!

The manager, James Rogers, was extremely helpful. He got me two of the largest units they had only one unit apart. He explained all of the insurance, fees and monthly rent options and ensured that I got exactly what I needed. The units are very clean and very tall leaving even more room for storage than the average company's storage units. I highly recommend CubeSmart and Mr. Rogers!
