The manager is so wonderful, she is always helpful and when I need assistance, she is there. I've upgraded my storage size twice and she has made the transition painless. The flat carts are available for use at all times. I highly recommend this location. It is also securely gated and we use the indoor climate controlled unit, which is also secure behind a coded door. I feel my stuff is safe and secure here.

I have stored my belongings at Cube Smart for years. Unfortunately, during that time, I've had a lot of problems. My unit was broken into, and my gate code stopped working, which cost me $250 in contract fees because I was late to a job site and couldn't get my tools and supplies for a ********* contract. This is a problem because my company, **********, is a small IT company, and some of our contracts penalize us for being late. Additionally, my unit leaked, which caused some of my tools to rust. When I spoke to the property manager about it, she said, "Well, that's why you have insurance!" I may still have pictures of the water in my unit if you need them. To make matters worse, the new manager locked my unit, which made me late for large contract. She called me the day before and I told her that I would make the payment that night. I did so, went by the next day to pick up my tools and supplies, and there was a lock on my unit! I called all the numbers I could find, but nobody answered. Finally, someone called the manager, and she came out in a robe and slipper during a snowstorm to unlock my unit. I was very upset and yelled at her, which I'd never done before. She said that locking units was company policy, but I told her that she called me, and I said I would pay it that night when I got off the job site, which I did. Now I'm late again because of Cube Smart, and I'm done with them. I will make sure as many people as possible know how poorly they treated me as a small business owner.

We got our storage unit broken into last night. They called me this morning 7 minutes before they close. They said you can't check until Monday if anything is gone. Not even robbery will make them stay late. Worthless place and careless staff. They just got robbed and are now going to leave the place completely ready to be robbed again. And they said there's nothing I can do about it til Monday. They can go back and take the rest today and I couldn't do a thing about it. Go to a place where they actually care. Spend the extra couple bucks and have people care about your stuff. They clearly do not here.

Dealt with Larisa from the day I signed up, and four years later when I vacated the unit....and She's Wonderful!!! Always remembered my name, as we had little chats, when I was in or out of my unit. The units are good, and easy enough to access.... Prices were decent....(can usually find cheaper, but not as convenient of a location). It was dealing with the staff that made any sort of impact on my decision to continue to store or not, while I needed storage.

I reserved a unit online at the price specified on the web page. However, when I am signing the paperwork, I am told that I MUST purchase insurance from CubeSmart. I stated I did not want insurance as I already had insurance that would cover my property. I was told I would need to present paperwork from my other policy in order to have the fee dropped. When reading the fine print, it states that the cost of the insurance would exceed the cost CubeSmart was paying for it - meaning it was extra profit.

I moved from California to Colorado and we needed some storage while we find a house. Cube Smart prices were great and easy to find by booking online. When i arrived, unit i thought i needed wasn't big enough. Luckily they had a few other options and it was easy for them to show me around. When i told them i had a moving truck that needed to be unloaded, they gave me another unit that was a lot easier for unloading a truck. The whole process was very fast. I hate wasted time trying to sell me something i don't need and I didn't experience any of that at Cube Smart.

The management and staff at this location are very cool. They have been considerate and extremely gracious. I moved in at the last minute, and they had a unit ready for me immediately. I was also late every month with payment, but they were always very forgiving of that, especially since I'm a student. I don't like Highlands Ranch, but if I ever move back there, I will DEF use these peeps again. Props!

Hello, My name is Dave and i have been a CubeSmart customer at this facility for more than six years. I recently read a negative review that i found to be very untrue towards this facility. I visit my unit very often to pick up and return tools needed for projects and always arrive to a very clean and well kept property. Not to mention i have never received anything less than excellent service from the staff. I would recommend this CubeSmart to all my friends any anyone else seeking a storage facility, its excellent here.

Every time I go to this storage facility I am very impressed by the professionalism, friendliness and courtesy of the people there. I have total confidence in the staff, especially the manager, Larisa. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation!

An amazing place to go to! I was in a bind when a delivery showed up 3 weeks early and had no place to store it. I called and they had me a unit in 5 minutes. When I arrived the unit unfortunately wasn't big enough. The manager(Larisa I believe) jumped out of her chair and went around and showed me many units. The service was AMAZING! I already need another unit and will be returning!!

Larisa (General Manager) and James Roger (Manager) are so amazing. They both helped me to transition from the smallest unit to a larger one then back to a smaller one, with complete ease. They treat customers and their families like they are the most important people in the world. I would definitely recommend this Cubesmart to anyone looking for storage. It was 3 1/2 years from the time I closed up this unit until I opened it again. My family and I were out of the country for that time and this facility did a great job of taking care of our stuff and working with me remotely when I needed to change billing and insurance. Everything inside was just as I left it. I would definitely use them again.

I can't say enough about my storage experience with Larisa, I've had 2 to 3 storage units at a time for years. Larisa is always awesome with a compliment or a hello and a smile. Or a "let us know what we can do to service you". I absolutely recommend Larisa and county line Cubesmart. Wags

The manager at CubeSmart Littleton, James Rogers, was extremely helpful explaining all of my alternatives and ensuring that I rented the storage space I needed. He got me two units only one unit apart and ensured that I received all of the most recent promotions that the company was offering. He also explained their very flexible access times and had me all set up in no time. I would definitely use CubeSmart again!

Larisa is great! She is always helpful, gracious, warm and welcoming in her managing Cube Smart. I have been there for almost 6 years, and there is never been a time where she could not spend time to work out a problem. She is the kindest manager I have ever known and a wonderful human being. Love this place and Larisa the GM that works there! I came in looking for a short term rental for a cross country move for my mother. She not only made renting this space easy, she gave me a unit up front to ease navigating my 26 foot Penske within the facility. The facility is clean, convenient and friendly! Thanks Larisa! My experience with this storage unit was exceptional. This is the second time that I have had storage at a CubeSmart. Larisa and Susan were both wonderful. They were so helpful and even helped me out with a dollie.I would so recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage.
