Terrible experience. Cubesmart significantly increased the monthly rate, and then charged my card again the month following vacate. Worse, my credit card data had been removed from autopay a week prior to them charging it. They retain your PCI data, AND WILL AUTO CHARGE IT. So, please, if you do decide to move forward with leasing from Cubesmart, Please watch your statements after you vacate.

This place COULD be a 5star if the owner would cut loose with a few bucks for upkeep!! 1 door into inside storage area the handle is falling off and sometimes can't even get in that door!!! Fluorescent lights some just flicker the whole time. The gutter drips down on sidewalk cuz damaged where someone backed into it. Also Jeremy told me yesterday that current rate COULD go up in 3- 4 months. One of the ladies (not Choicey) told me over the phone that the rate I have now would stay the same for at least 5 months. I hope you guys will stand by that?? This is a wonderful place, just wish a few things would recieve attention!!!!

My lock had abrasion marks on it that were never there until I came to this unit. Then they started leaving cut locks near my unit as a form of harassment. Per usual, any request or assistance was met with annoyance and disregard.

Choicey the front desk gal is the glue and success of your whole Cube Smart operation in Parker Colorado. She had the best customer service of any business I have delt with in the last 5 months in Denver! Good customer service is very hard to find these days! Seriously the big reason I left is because my budget changed dramatically with this crazy inflation. Rinse so high gas prices so high and food astronomical especially when I own a little delivery business. It would behoove you to keep her around as she was very competent. I had some issues on move in day that were frustrating, but the follow up I received was incredible. Multiple managers called and emailed me. They took accountability, apologized, (and it felt sincere!) and they also compensated me for the problems that popped up due to the error. I am more than blown away by their customer service. It's been my experience that it's rare these days and hard to find. I got a great rate here and because of the way they handled their error and followed up with me with genuine care and concern I am going to call it a great experience!

Got a message saying my unit was ready at noon on a Friday. Packed a trailer and went to drop off things on Saturday (50 min away closer to relocation point) and the previous owner left lock on unit. Lock (I have my own), Insurance (don't want or need) admin fee (I saved you labor, why is there a fee?) -Set up my pass-code which didn't work when I arrived. Had to deal with changing the pass-code because the one I selected won't work

I used the CubeSmart location on Apache in Parker to rent a U-Haul truck after the truck I wanted was not at the location I wanted. I'm glad things worked out the way they did! Jana and Chris were awesome, making sure I was all taken care of and with the best possible deal for my two-day truck rental. I was so impressed, I spoke with Jana after returning the truck and she showed me around the facility. I was interested in a unit and she held it for me for almost 2 weeks, calling to get updates. Now I'm the proud renter of a pull-through 30' storage unit that's larger, cleaner, and more accessible than the two units I'm consolidating. Did I mention cheaper? Even after the 6-month 25% off period ends, this unit is still less expensive than paying for 2 units at the old place! Thanks, CubeSmart! I appreciate the quality and cost effectiveness. He greeted us outside and offered us water right away. Considering it was extremely hot. Units are really clean and pricing is just right considering the neighborhood. Will be moving in next month and will be recommending this facility and Michael to my family and friends!

** Updated Review: Important, see new paragraph below ** The service provided was extremely friendly and the staff was more than accommodating to my specific needs. *UPDATE* There is a plant nursery adjacent to this storage location. The soil / dirt from this nursery blows onto the storage units property, and for whatever reason, these units were built with open soffits. Because of this poor design, dirt and soil from the plant nursery blows across the street, and fills the inside of these units. Within 60 days, ALL of my stored belongings, were covered with a layer soil/dirt and debris. For this reason I have adjusted my rating. The location is very convenient but the design of the storage units are not at all functional with the nearby plant nursery. There appears to be a way to correct this issue, but I have yet to see anything done by the owners to circumvent the aforementioned. I am not certain which location was established first, but something has to change to remedy this obstacle.

This facility recently underwent new management. The superior personal service has been lost and is now a commercialized corporate chain. Without any warning of a pending change; from the start the hand-over was sloppily conducted. I was called abruptly and berated about an outstanding bill that had already been paid but due to their software transition was showing incorrectly. I was locked out of my unit for several days before I could get into the store to clarify the issue. Then again due to their software glitches was unable to set up an online payment and became delinquent. The staff was completely unsympathetic to these problems that THEY caused. The agreements previously in place were completely abandoned with no reconciliation. I operate a business from this site and found it very annoying how much time and energy I had to waste cleaning up their mess. I am further irritated I was not even given a choice but to pay another month because of static corporate policies. I will be moving immediately to another local facility that will treat its customers the way the previous management once did here.

We moved our 5,000 sq ft house into their facility as they were just opening. Not only were they extremely helpful in recommending unit sizes, but even played our favorite style of music over the yard speakers every time they saw us move another load of furniture or personal items. What a personable and helpful couple, always smiling and always ready to help. With modern security systems, a clean facility and spacious load/unload area, they were the right choice for us. Having also tried Public Storage in Parker, we would highly recommend that you consider "Your Storage Center of Parker" as your first choice for storage.
