The facility is clean and spaceous, however the structures seems to be poorly built as the partitions appear to burgeon or encroach unto adjoining cubes. And the price for the units are not competitive.

I went into CubeSmart with my mother she needed a storage unit asap. I had a very good experience with them considering this would be the first time renting a storage unit, the entire process went smoothly. The staff DJ & Devon were very professional, and was very helpful in making sure we got exactly what we needed and the price was decent. Also I must add the units were very clean and the property well kept. Will definitely consider using them again in the future if needed.

I needed space to store items we were moving from Norwalk CT to West Hartford CT. The movers would not take liquids so we packed everything that fell into this category and brought it to the storage unit. Also, there were fragile items we wanted to move ourselves. The manager was very helpful, friendly and the climate controlled unit was easy to get to and very clean. We moved out of our house and could not get into the new house for several weeks - this unit gave us flexibility and was close to our new address. Our only complaint is that there were no carts to help us move from the car into the unit which was surprising.
