Great customer service from the reps! That's where all good things end. My local smart cube stole over $100 from my girlfriend and I over 3 weeks ago. We were promised a call from the district manager weeks ago to issue a refund. That call would be GREAT right about now. After calling her cell and leaving a message we've gotten no response. After emailing support, I only got one initial response. Don't do business with this company. Safe your money and time.

Alissa was extremely helpful, pleasant and professional. The facility was clean and easy to access. Pricing was competitive, actually better than some others we looked into. A few things to watch for - the individual storage spaces do not have lighting, only what filters in through the overhead doorway. There was an extra little 1-2 inch step just inside the doorway to the building. One of our family members twisted their ankle on it so just be mindful of it. All in all I am happy that we did business with Alissa at Cromwell Cube Smart and recommend them.

The people here are SUPER helpful and will go out of their way to make things easy for you. That said, the company will jack up their rates 10-15% every 9-12 months. First I want to say that cube smart is a wonderful place to do business.I must admit the reason why I say this in part if not all the reason is because of their manager Anthony. I've been there about five or six months.for the last probably 30 days I've been running into a lot of problems partly because of the covid-19 and being out of work. I always been on time with my payments but now I don't even have money to live on not to mention eat etc. after Anthony heard this instead of being mad and in trying to do everything you can do to get the money he offered to give me money so I could eat I'll say it again he offered to give me money so I could eat. That was so kind and generous of him.I would not accept it but I got to tell you I'll never forget it I think him from the bottom of my heart and if anybody reads this and wants to know if they should ever do business with CubeSmart definitely look up Anthony in the chromo location and know that he does a wonderful job and he really cares about people.

The only reason I didn't give this place five stars is because of the price.you are looking at about $170 a month for a moderate side story room. And yes they do run the climate control scam like the rest of them because I've yet to see any of them climate control like they advertise.other than that the area seem to be pretty clean and secure, it was a very crowded and the grounds were maintained very well. When we did have a question getting into the gate, the customer service line did respond properly and we were able to enter and handle our business without a bunch of running around. So if you do need to waste money on a storage facility then this one should be on your list.

I do not recommend Cubesmart. Their employees lack training in basic knowledge of the business as well as customer service. Even at the corporate level the customer service was unhelpful. Pay very close attention to the fine lines because they will essentially steal your money if you aren't aware of their absurb guidelines. Unlike many other storage unit companies in the area, they charge high late fees per day of being late on rent, and they do not prorate, so you will be forced to pay for an entire month even if you move out the first week of the month. Aside from these issues, you cannot access your unit 24/7 which is also inconvenient. Upon my visit today I was "helped" by an employee named Carla. She was extremely rude and unhelpful, and upon leaving was spewing religious banter at me which is EXTREMELY unprofessional (I will be contacting corporate about this.) So overall, do not rent here. Spend your money elsewhere!

I stopped in recently in search of winter storage. My original contact was with Dan Sacharko from the Cromwell CT location who immediately informed me that there currently wasn’t availability for the size storage I requested. He still offerd to show me a similar unit in comparison and also said he would place me on a waiting list to be contacted if a unit should be on available in the very near future. To my surprise, I received a call just days later from Karla Rodriguez informing me of an available unit with the dementions I needed. Karla’s follow up, detailed information and great personality made a wonderful combination that was a pleasure to deal with. Both Dan & Karla did well in representing the Cubesmart brand. I can only hope all of my future experiences with the facility go just as well.

We've been with Cube Smart since it was Casey Storage. We love, love, LOVE, Karla! She is the best ever. I recently met Dan, and we decided we like him too. ???????? We'll keep them both. The driveways between buildings are wide, smooth, and well lit. I feel safe there after dark, and that's important. Yes, there was a short time of bad lighting right around the fall time change, but it didn't last. As far as the prices go, we think they're competitive; if you can save $5 a month but have to drive to Portland, it doesn't make much sense, but that's just us; this location is on our way to work. We'll give it five stars.

Karla was very thorough in explaining the pricing and the rules of the storage facility. She also was very friendly to me and to other customers that popped in to pay their storage bill. The only complaint I would have would be the four round bushes that were planted at the exit of the Cromwell Cube Smart. They block the view of the oncoming street traffic as customers are exiting. Smaller plants, even ones with flowers would have been just as nice and safer.

I was very satisfied with the customer service .Carla was a very friendly and professional person with a awesome personality .she gives you a tour of the storage facility and make sure that you understand the contact and make herself available if you have any questions. This places management is horrible, they have not had their outside lights working since they took over this business, I think they just don't want to pay for it so if it's dark out you can't see anything, they also raise their rates every couple of months, it is clean but not worth it

This is the cleanest and nicest storage facility in the area in my opinion. You don't get bells and whistles (like free truck and such) but the service is impeccable, your stuff will be kept fresh and clean, and the compound is safe. The owner is an engineer and was especially careful in his design to manage water flow and climate control. In the climate control units, air circulates inside the unit not just in the hallways. I highly recommend this facility.
