The Arbor Day Foundation™ has over 50 years of experience in planting trees in the right places for the biggest impact. Using a science-based approach, they identify forests and communities globally that would benefit most from trees.

From May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026, for every eligible rental, CubeSmart will contribute $1.00 to the Arbor Day Foundation, with a minimum donation of $50,000. The mission of the Arbor Day Foundation is to inspire people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. The people working at the desk are so nice - the one lady helped me and even walked me around way more than she probably needed to help me. The staff is accomodating, very helpful. I just moved in yesterday and everything went smoothly so far. . There were enough carts but not enough parking spots. 2 parking spots were taken up with garbage containers.

We were so impressed with the Danbury Cube Smart self storage! Walked in to a very clean office and was immediately greeted by Kathryn. First impression, we loved the cleanliness of the facility and loved how welcoming, friendly and very helpful Kathryn was. She knew the exact size of the unit we would need and was awesome with not only showing us our unit, but made sure we understood how to navigate the place. She covered everything as to where we can park to unload, where the hand trucks could be found and was attentive to our needs for climate control. This was the best experience we have had at any storage facility and of course we highly recommend this facility. Kathryn you have been amazing from start to finish and have certainly made this customer beyond happy!! Looking forward to doing business at CubeSmart self storage in Danbury!!

Overpriced, snarky service. Outdated storage, accessories and access, to your unit. Not clean at all. The worst storage company, I’ve ever had the misfortune, to deal with. Never again. I’ve moved to a better place, closer to my residence. Distinct Storage. They treat you with respect and there is no up sale for locks. The building is solar powered. Bluetooth access. Nicer people and they even, give you free coffee, with lots of treats. Cubesmart, is bad joke, played on its customers.

Kathryn gave us the most welcoming experience during our visit. She gave us a solid tour, answered our questions with marvelous detail and transparency, and even let us meet Bartholomew. The facility is loaded with security and kept extremely clean. It's easily accessible and navigable, and if I experience any issue down the line, the staff has instilled a confidence in me that they'd be able to handle just about anything. They clearly care about what they do, and it shows in many ways. We recommend this facility.

Just rented a unit last month. Super nice, clean facility, staff is very nice and helpful. It's convenient that there's no gate to go through. They did do one really stupid thing when building the place: in the rear parking lot loading area they put a tree with mulch where the loading ramp should be. It's super annoying because you have to go up or down a curb to wheel your cart to your vehicle. There is also big chips of Mulch everywhere that catch your cart wheels and stop it! Very annoying and a horrible design. Aside from that it is a nice facility.

Cubesmart has convenient hours to access a unit; staff are very friendly & helpful. This is a brand new building with bright lightening, two access points, no ramps, an app for easy access that actually works. I only wish there were overhangs or some sort of car/truck port to load/unload during inclement weather. An added bonus is every time I’ve been there, there’s been soft music playing in the background & it helps keep me distracted during picking up/dropping off items.

Nik was a horrible representation of Cube Smart standards particulary rude and undermining - when approached with a tax exempt business acvount Nik callously attempted to comprehend CT paperwork requirements - I asked Nik to contact a manager and he snapped at me that he was the manager at which point I proceeded to ask the name of his manager. Nik flat out told me NO that he would not share that information - I statedthat I would review to be certain I would reach one and as I walked out he shouted something eneligible behind me - Yikes! beware nonprofit business owners -

Major break in last night 8/18/2024. They stayed in for 6+ hours popping locks on the large doors and going through contents. Go check your locker ASAP. I completed the lease online but, if you complete online you must take CubeSmart’s insurance and mandatory lock. Both are optional in the office. A bit deceptive on CubeSmart’s part.
