Overall, satisfied with my experience here. The staff I talked to was very helpful and accommodating. They did end up raising the monthly rental cost from $150 to $233 within a 2 month period; which I wasn't excited about. Luckily, I only needed it for short-term.

Big shout out to Carla for providing exceptional customer service and enthusiasm at Cubesmart. She was promptly able to reserve a unit for my storage needs and was very accommodating. The units themselves are very clean, and the ceiling has a very nice wrapped insulation so you don't get fire retardant or insulation all over your vehicles or stored items. I'm glad I moved my stuff here.

I stopped by Cubesmart in Enfield recently to price shop how much a storage unit would be in the area should I have decided to rent one. At the time I was in the middle of moving and was in between jobs. I was really going through a lot and was debating storing my belongings with friends or in a unit. I decided to not leave my contact info for Rachel the representative I met. I ended up just storing with friends. However, I just wanted to write this review to let others know how clean the facility was and how caring and competent Rachel was at her job. I would definitely reccomend this facility and Rachel and will rent from this location should I ever need to in the future!

It must be a game to these types of businesses? They seem to think that this type of behavior is ok, just because my stuff is in one of their units. (Update) The storage facility sent me an email, stating that it was perfectly ok for them to raise the monthly rate because it was written into the contract I had to sign in order to rent a unit from them? Oh!, I guess that makes it all OK? I guess someone FROM the company CubeGreedy, read this review! READ THE FINE PRINT PEOPLE! WRITING IN A STIPULATION THAT ALLOWS THEM TO RAISE RATE FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF IT'S JUST TO TAKE MORE MONEY FROM YOU, ISN'T OK!!!!! I will continue to update this review if I receive another response from CubeGreedy, or if I receive another rate increase notice.

Great storage facility very clean thus far outstanding service. Has on-site person, good office hours and security cameras. I shopped price and received so much more square footage for my money then the other big chain down the street and much better service. Great place I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and I've been known to be a tough one to please and I'm pleased. Update: March 2018................. Staff on site still great but cubesmart pulled bait and switch. After 6 months price increased on my units by 30.00 a month. Was told had introductory rate, yet contract did not stipulate this. No where in the contract did it state or mention increase after 6 months. Like their competitors they increase rates after you have committed your items to storage leaving you in a catch 22. Be aware after approx 6 months your storage costs will increase significantly especially with multiple units. Since there is no contractual mention of this I believe it is unethical and in some ways fraud. But this is just my single opinion.

This is the first time I have personally used a storage unit, but I have helped relatives with their storage units in the past. I have never seen a storage unit run so well. I am impressed with the staff at Cube Smart -- they are incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. They reserved one size unit for my family by phone, but after assessing our truck when we arrived, helped us quickly downsize to a better fit. From initially meeting them and getting registered, to unpacking a very full truck, this was a 100% positive experience. I feel extremely confident about our belongings being stored in this facility. It is the safest, cleanest, well-maintained storage unit that I have ever seen. A big "thank-you" to Carla for running such a professional business with a warm, friendly atmosphere. :)

Moved from Ellington to Enfield in 2013 with much more furniture than my new residence would allow to fit comfortably. Cube Smart in Enfield was centrally located between home and business. Stopped in and met Carla Gamble who was funny, down to earth and quick to fill me on their amenities and honest pricing. Over the last couple of years had the joy to meet Tammy also and is equally funny and a joy to talk with while rent is being paid or answering any of my questions or concerns. I just downsized my cube smart needs just recently and Tammy was able to find me a smaller unit just steps away which made moving from one unit to the next a breeze. Thank you both to Carla & Tammy.

Thank you, Tammy and the ladies at CubeSmart in Enfield. I was given excellent service. Tammy was accomodating and very nice. I am happy to have found an well maintained and easy to access unit for my things. Thank you again ladies!
