I can’t say enough about how wonderful of an experience I’ve had at CubeSmart’s Hamden location! I had an indoor unit over the summer, and it was the perfect place to store my belongings. In particular, I want to thank Ben from the CubeSmart team. Ben embodied kindness, professionalism, warmth, and generosity. As I was moving furniture into my unit, I came across a pile of shattered glass (it seemed like someone’s mirror had fallen). When I notified Ben, he went above and beyond to sweep the glass and clear my path. He dropped what he was doing to help me. It made me feel really valued and welcome as a CubeSmart customer! When I was checking out several weeks back, Ben was super knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through the online process. On top of that, he was so friendly throughout. He called me with reminders and every single time I spoke with him he was always so polite and professional. He was great! Michael has sinced move locations and now Isaiha is the manager there and let me tell you...Isaiha is/was SO plesant and helpful! Talk about going above and beyond!! The facility is great and speaks for itself but having a terrific person running it as manager is the key! Isaiha calls with reminders, he is courteous and is a problem solver! Cubesmart made an awesome decision bringing him onboard. Lord , if I could leave no stars I would . DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION OR STORAGE FACILITY. Made it impossible for me to move my belongings from the facility (they do not allow pods onto property). The manager has to approve everything and is never available. Staff is under trained no one has answers for anything. It’s impossible to call and speak to someone directly without going through an automated messaging system . JUST A HEADACHE . Go ANYWHERE else but here !

Accessing storage was very easy the first time. The manager is very knowledgable and clearly hard working. Facility is SPOTLESS. I thought it had just been built it was so clean. Very easy to unload our stuff as well. Unloaded with movers from a Budget truck. Simply unloaded at these automatic doors on the level of my unit and used the provided big carts to wheel to my space. We had about a one bedroom apartment worth of furniture, clothes, kitchen stuff, etc. to store until I move into an apartment in New York. The unit was 5 x 15 x 8 and it just fit all my things. Probably could have been a little bit more strategic with the organizing and fit more.

My experience with cube smart was nothing but positive..I used their storage for a year. I prepaid for the month I moved so Roberta gave me a refund.. I spoke to Roberta several times.. I couldn't have asked for a better Rep to talk to.. Roberta Rocks! Ty for such a great experience! I will recommend cube smart in Hamden CT to anyone!!
