I needed a storage unit and had no idea how to go about the process. I started checking different facilities in my area and after doing a bit of comparison shopping I chose CubeSmart. Boy am I ever glad I did! I received a confirmation courtesy call from Rob to go over my reservation. To say that Rob was good at his job would be a profound understatement. He went over everything I needed to know and extended an invitation to come in at my convenience to finalize my storage rental. Rob was extremely pleasant and very accommodating both on the phone and in person. He is also very knowledgeable about all things related to this facility and the whole process and area. I was a little nervous about renting storage space but I’m confident that I got the best possible deal for my temporary storage needs along with getting the absolute best customer service experience I’ve had in quite a while. I feel confident that my valuable belongings will be secure in this clean, well maintained, professionally staffed facility. I highly recommend CubeSmart for anyone in search of a clean, secure, reputable storage rental.

Well as of the past 5 mo of using it , this has been the easiest storage place we've rented and we can literally pull right up and with only a 6 in curb it's been super easy to move boxes and other things in and out. So we have a bunch of diff storage units and for the price and what we use it for ,as we do flea market and online sales it works perfectly for us so Def gets a 5 star rating if ur interested and looking for a place where ur close to the post road and the highway this is the place to go ,they do offer all sizes and prizes ,once again if u find reviews helpful in anyway please come back and show some love with a comment and a like. Bianca at the Milford facility provided the best customer service I’ve received post COVID. Professional, friendly, informative, answered each question thoughtfully & completely providing details I needed and didn’t even know I would need! After two horrible experiences at Stowaway Storage, North Haven and Public Storage, Branford where NO customer service was provided Bianca made me feel comfortable and welcomed! The space needed was available at the Branford facility and Bianca assured me Mike at that facility would provide the same excellent customer service- and he did! Storage space-the first time I’ve had to store at a facility DONE all thanks to Bianca! Amazing individual completely focused on the customer and their needs!

If looking for a storage facility in New Haven county I strongly recommend the Milford facilities. They recently did all kinds of upgrades including paint, fences, security, garage doors and new pavement. It’s always clean and my unit is always dry. The entire staff is a pleasure to work with. They always are willing to help and always greet you with a smile. Especially the manager, Kim. She has personally gone out of her way to assist me with my storage needs. It is expensive to rent storage but Milford Cubesmart is comparable if not less than other storage facilities in the area. The money is worth keeping your valuables secure, clean and dry.

The ladies at the Milford self storage are awesome. The first day we meet Kim who was so friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. Next month went to pay our bill and we meet Tichina who also was very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. You have to awesome employees and very happy with the service.

I have always been very impressed with the cube smart establishment since day one and more importantly your general manager Kim Ware is extremely professional and always in good spirits. Always happy to greet customers with a smile and information needed. Your lucky to have her on your team. With that said i am not impressed with the fact that you have unreasonable rate hikes for the size of my storage unit that started soon as my first year was up. This to me was unacceptable. I understand rate hikes but the amount of money CubeSmart was raising me and most likely other customers is ridiculous.

Last week, I went online to search for storage unit info. I completed an online reservation form. Within minutes, I received a call from Kim. She was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Kim answered all of my questions, and then some. She offered an appointment time, which I made, then missed. Kim gave me a courtesy call to see if I’d like to reschedule. I could not commit to a specific time. Kim was understanding and accommodating by informing me of her hours. Meeting with Kim to complete the rental was more of the same excellent customer service.

I had a bunch of stuff I didn’t want to let go of, so I decided to take it to a storage unit. I found CubeSmart in Milford and decided to go check it out. When I came in, a woman named Alex assisted me and gave me so much information about the facility. She was so knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. Long story short, unfortunately I was unable to afford to keep all the belongings so I decided against renting a space. Nonetheless I just want to applaud Alex. She was so great and had me convinced to do business through this company!

I operate a small business and need a reliable receiving facility. A friend recommended CubeSmart and I am grateful for his referral. I can't afford the expense of a local warehouse/office. WOW! what an impressive experience at cubesmart today. Kandra greeted me at the door with a blissful smile. She knew I was there to make a payment, and remembered my unit number...WOW! I am very happy with my CubeSmart experience with the exception of having to pay for YOUR insurance for the 1st month despite my renter's insurance covering me. (I brought you evidence of my coverage within 24 hours and nothing was in my storage unit then.) Also I was only told of the 2 higher priced coverages you insisted on...not the $12.00 coverage. Otherwise, the employees were very knowledgable & pleasant.
