A worthless waste of time. Calls not returned, website wouldn't let me start an account (3) attempts I think, went to the dumb cube facility and not a single soul around to help. Their video kiosk didn't work ( microphone was muted and not one of the onscreen icons could be used to activate the mic. Three attempts and at every one the person on the call from dumb cube hung up. I ended up at UHall storage in Groton on 184. It was clean air conditioned, they had carts and hand trucks and people. I had a unit in 10 minutes and it was about $35 less expensive to rent. That had the nerve to ask me for a review... Oh looky... Now they want me to waste more of my time helping them when dumb cube did nothing to help me. #UHall

This place is not temperature controlled, I knew that going in, but I never expected to find what I found when I moved out. The Venere was peeling off all of my antique furniture. My paintings, artwork and photographs have water stains on them. I was paying $300 a month for this storage space, the exact same size storage unit in a temperature controlled environment was costing me $200 a month. So no, I would not recommend this place.

Cubesmart in mystic has staff that truly care about their customers. COVID-19 was devastating for me and my business. Just a few months prior to lockdown I had rented a unit to store some business equipment over the winter. (Outdoor seasonal business) when lockdown happened I was unable to open my business and therefor had no income. There were many months that I was unable to pay my rent on my unit and they did everything they could do to work with me so I could keep my equipment and not have it go to auction. I was able to make payments until I caught up on rent and when I was late they sometimes waived the late fees. They would always call when my rent was due but if I couldn’t pay they were understanding and were always trying to help me find ways to get by. I highly recommend this cubesmart and truly appreciate their help through this difficult time.

My mother and I were Very pleased with the service and the space however disappointed with not getting the discount we were expecting. we were originally going to get a smaller unit with a discount of half off the first month's rent. we ended up having to rent a larger unit and the half off discount was not able to be applied because it was supposedly the last unit of that size. not sure why that should make a difference. We were told it was because of supply and demand but we couldn't use the smaller unit. We didn't have a choice but to take the larger unit.

Had an outstanding experience here. The staff was incredibly personable and efficient. I was in and out, with my items packed away, within 30 minutes. The variety of units was great. I didn't need a full size unit, so it was nice to see that I was able to get a locker that was more than what I needed and priced nicely. I am only in the area for a short time but if I found my way back here and needed storage, I would definitely come here again, and I highly recommend this place to anyone else looking for storage in the area.

Continuosly running into issues with this place. 2 different times I drive 30 minutes to access my storage unit and code does not work. And no one is in the office. But the sign says open. I call no answer. I also leave a message and get a return call from manager 2 1/2 hours later saying my code entry was changed. Which I was unaware of and never notified of this change. I am paying for a unit that I couldn't access due to lack of communication and common courtesy from staff. I will Definetly be reaching out to corporate.

Was not happy!. I contacted and paid for a large space, more than $200 per month on Saturday last, I declined purchasing a lock from Cube-smart for $16,I can get an adequate lock at Walmart for less than $5. I intended to return later in the day to install my lock, was unable to because of unexpected obligations. No items had yet been placed in the space. I returned Tuesday morning to begin loading items into the space, I found a lock had been placed on my space. I had not been given a key, the office attendant was there, polite and helpful young lady. The manager was not at the facility. The office attendant was not able to open my space, she called the manager, he insisted he had given me a key to my space. NOT SO! I was not able to access the space I had paid for, A CONSTRUCTED EVICTION!! I returned later in the day during normal business hours, the office door was locked, the shades drawn, no person visible at the facility, however the OPEN sign was illuminated. I called the toll free number and explained my situation, the phone attendant was unable to contact anyone that could help me. I made it plain to the attendant that I was very unhappy, and implied that I may sue for a Constructed Eviction. I was told by the attendant that he would make some phone calls to clarify the matter. I was called back, and told that the lock had been removed (Cut off), I returned to the he facility, was able to access the unit, and I attached my lock. I can understand that situations do happen, but I was very angry to have been denied the use for several days of the space I had paid for. Robert J TOMBARI.

It was a hard decision to make moving out of the place we have had lived the past few years, without taking much of the belongings we have had accumulated over the years. As I was looking for a place for storage, I came upon CubeSamrt right at Flanders, a couple of miles away from the place we have to vacate. As I walked in, I was greeted by a nice and kind lady, Vanessa. Immediately, we went into business and in due time, I had the place secure for my storage. She and Kimberly had helped me and my family with the process. Both of them were very cooperative. Thank you Vanessa and Kimberly. Keep up the good work.
