I'm definitely not keeping my unit with them any longer. I've been with them for 4 years and every year just gets more expensive like it's ain't hard getting by in general. I don't make a lot of money so I just got my new bill for almost $235 how can I afford that plus all my other bills on top of trying to keep a roof over head and being able to eat

Dark and old. Doors are hard to open. Bushes and trees overgrown and brush on car. Carts old, heavy and most of the time missing. Fees are not pro rated so if you move out early you lose money. Uhaul storage gave me refund but cubesmart kept over 2 weeks of my rental fees. Also, staff leaves office so you cant count on anyone being there to do their job. Even when I called and they told me when to arrive, they weren't there and office was locked. Bad service and bad policies and old buildings.

I am not one to give poor reviews, but felt I needed to share this for the next person looking for storage space. The facility itself is not the cleanest, in regards to temperature, the space feels humid and stuffy though there is some fan or air conditioning, just not enough for the size of the facility. But the worse part is the measurements of the unit were about a foot and a half off, when I called customer service they said that measurements are an approximation. Now I could understand that some units can be a couple of inches off (not sure why a space would be advertised with the wrong measurements), but a foot and a half is a rip off. Please, anytime you’re looking to rent storage space, bring a tape measure and hopefully you have the ability to see the space in person, online pictures can be deceiving.

Scam artist!! They bait you in with a low intro price then rapidly increase your rate and when you try to reach customer service via phone or email they are non-existent!! The fees for an online payment are substantial. I had a 10x15 climate controlled unit for 2 years. When I recently moved out of the unit they send me a "requested" move out notice that I never request and even though I was paid in full for 2 more weeks I no longer had access to my unit. They obviously saw on the security cameras that I was moving out and took it upon themselves to cancel my access to my paid for unit most likely to gain a double rental fee for the time I had remaining on my unit. Stay away from this facility!!!

I ordered a unit and received the confirmation. My friends and I loaded up the van and went to the facility. When we got there, the unit was already taken. It was after hours, so I called the company and was told the local rep wasn't around & the regional manager would call me within 1/2 hour. I waited 45 minutes and no call. I was then told to take another unit which was a smaller unit. I loaded up the unit and stored the things that wouldn't fit in another location. The good thing is they did give me a small credit to offset the inconvenience.

Holy Smokes!!!!! What amazing service today! After driving 2 hours from Massachusetts, we arrived at the “other cubesmart” in town. My reserved climate controlled storage unit had water on the floor; plus to access it you had to go through a tiny door then turn down A hallway and the access to the storage unit was tiny. They tried to tell me that it was a stain then said it was humidity, that is the most ridiculous thing you could say to someone. Insulting actually. She called her boss and I could hear her say tell her it’s humidity. That manager is an idiot & anyone that tries to gaslight the customer is not good at their job and I would never want to trust them. But thankfully I pushed for a resolution and after many phone calls from me to the cubesmart customer service line and the associate calling every number she could find for help (Her back up people were not answering the phone, unacceptable) she was able to reach the manager of the old school house location. This location! Karen came right in on her day off in the high heat and through the heavy beach traffic. She was so nice and so friendly to me and my son. Her facility was clean, dry and better maintained than the other location. She had a unit ready to go which way is right inside a wide doorway and the entrance in the storage unit was a large doorway as well. Did I mention the floor was dry? You could say that this location is far superior than the other location. If you’re trying to decide between the two locations pick this one, always. If I could give Them more than five stars I would. In fact here’s 10 Stars from us!**********

We all come upon that time when we are trying to sell property and you have too much stuff!! what do you do? you call Cubesmart and talk to Karen! The staff at Cubesmart were delightful to work with and helped find my storage needs successfully. The facility itself is clean and easy to navigate. And if you are concerned about security, the gate with a code entry ensures no stragglers larger than the occasional bunny rabbit will get through the gates. And when we needed more packing boxes and materials - the supplies were in the office to choose from! So if you need to store your stuff for any period of time, Cubesmart is the place to go!!!

The staff was extremely helpful and took care of everything needed. I didn't have to do much of anything. The grounds were really well tended (especially the flower beds out front - beautiful) and the asphalt driving areas looked like somebody was out there sweeping them. Karen was especially pleasant to work with while I was setting up my storage area. Best place I've rented from out of the five I've been in.

Karen has been extremely helpful, she is always professional and upbeat. I feel confident my belongs are secure as I know she keeps a sharp eye on her property. The grounds and buildings are kept neat and clean. I moved from a CubeSmart in Manchester, CT which was a 2 story enclosed building. So at first I was a bit hesitant to move to single buildings with greater access. But for the reasons mentioned above I no longer have any concerns. I would recommend this facility to others and have.

For the past 2 years, we have stored our items at this CubeSmart location on Schoolhouse Rd. The staff, especially Karen, the manager, has always been friendly, helpful, and gone above and beyond for anything we needed. When our belongings exceeded our size unit, Karen found us one that doubled our space and allowed us entry from both sides, and at the best prices. This facility is clean, inside and out.
