This storage facility provided a clean, safe place to store our possession's. We rented three large units and used the facility for 10 years. So, that says something, right? Please read on! Since CubeSmart purchased the facility from the original owner our rates increased massively with several increases in a short period. We asked for some pricing relief from the local office and even called the main CubeSmart office. No luck from either. If CubeSmart tells you to call them to discuss it, well… don’t be disappointed —- you won’t get any relief, We no longer rent space with CubeSmart nor will we ever again

This is an evil company with evil practices of overcharging existing customers in favor of new customers. I have been renting here for 10 years. Things were great with the previous owners, but the cost went from $240 to $477 per month in short order when CubeSmart took over. I also get less than I did with the previous owners who kept the place well-maintained. Now, the snow is not shoveled, making access very difficult and treacherous all winter long. The management doesn't care. Increases are understandable. Greed is not.

Bait and switch company: I signed up for a unit in 2020 for $200 a month. Next year that became $271, in 2022 it went to $345 and this year the increased to $419. Talking about hyperinflation! They get you, and when it is difficult to move, the start increasing prices...

Doug is amazing! He was a huge help there. 5 stars for him. Getting stuff from outside to inside with a dolly was kinda tough because there isn’t a ramp at every location. Just the front one. The lips caused my stuff to topple twice. Once again Doug was super accommodating ??
