The cool temperature-controlled space makes it all the buzz, that and this location was conveniently located next to bus stops I could use in case I had no transport. They also have carts to help with move in/out, you also get to keep the lock haha, its great!

Consistently raising rates. Raised rates three (3) times. Rented a spot for approx two years. Contacted manager after first rate hike, they said they couldn’t do anything. Contacted CubeSmart customer service corporate after second hike and they said they were unable to help. Place is clean and gated. It’s a storage, those characteristics should be expected. Nothing to up-charge for. My two interactions with staff were as expected, nothing to complain or boast about.

Raised the monthly price by 33% within 6 months of being there. Also paid for climate control and the smell of mildew was present during spring and summer months, mgmt placed one small size dehumidifier in the hallway. Did not do much for such a large area. Ended up just moving out.

We had a terrific experience with CubeSmart in Rocky Hill all because of Tim. He was exemplary. He was communicative, patient and always happy to answer our questions. I've had a good experience with Cube Cmart at their Cromwell facility!!. The storage (especially climate controlled) is well kept. This time around, I had to reserve a space at their Rocky Hill facility due to lack of space in cromwell. I moved my stuff in on the 28th of May. The manager was extremely friendly, from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this company.

The place is VERY nice. However I was quoted one price prior to moving in and the as my team was moving in and I was finalizing the payment I was being charged more. The lady employee I was dealing with forgot to add in the taxes EVEN though on the paper we were comparing the 2 size rooms with had the taxes on them... This is not service, its a rental and error like this should NEVER be made, but I guess this is what happens with the new care free employees and lack of accountability..

The people I spoke to Anthony and shoot I forgot the girls name were so nice . They should me the grand tour and the units are beautiful and when you open the dooor the light goes on . The rated are incredible compared to extra space down the road and they give you an insentive for even lower rates that are crazy cheap if you pay for a year at once . I’ve never been happier .

Karla at CubeSmart in Rocky Hill was a big help! She walked me through the whole procedure including calling my rental insurance company to make sure it was up-to-date, driving me around the units ... and making sure I'd know how to open mine while I had movers with me at $150/hour! She even walked me out to the touch-pad and made sure I knew how to key in my password. The prices are not bad, and the service is excellent. Karla couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart for a storage unit.

For the most part people there were helpful. I started my rental with the previous owner and was notified after that it had been sold. Unfortunately the last interaction was not as good. As a customer, waiting for a truck, I asked to use the facilities. There is nothing close to the facility, so I asked to use the restroom in the office and was denied. I paid $200 a month and was denied the use of a restroom? Why? I understand not allowing just anyone being allowed access, but a paying customer? This showed the true colors of their customer service.
