We rented a space at CubeSmart when my beloved 93 yo MIL needed to move to assisted living. Beware of Cubesmart. Once you are in, they will HAMMER you with rate increases. In three years renting a mid size unit there, the rate has gone up 71%, including a 21% increase this year. The word from them is take it or leave it, non negotiable. Has inflation in the US increased 71% in three years? Nope, up 21% over the period. This company is shameless, time to leave it, plenty of other reasonable choices in the area

Horrible I wanted a 10*20 unit I was assured my items would fit into a 5*15 space and now my items are being squashed into a unit that is too small i only have the movers until 2, and guess what no one at the facility to handle it a sign that says we'll be back 0 stars. If you store your household goods for 3 years they will continually increase your rates until you can't afford to keep your possessions.

Recently I was really stressed out about downsizing my apartment and was in need of somewhere to store my items quickly! I drive past this CubeSmart essentially every day and decided to pop in. Renee was literally SO helpful and made this seemingly daunting process SO easy! Over the course of about 30 minutes, I was able to take a full tour of the facility, walk through various available units and have all my pricing questions answered. Thankfully, I was able to claim a unit right on the spot and have since taken several trips over to begin storing my items. This facility has plenty of entrances and has the capability of holding several moving trucks at a time. It's super easy to get in and out of the building with your provided code. And, there are plenty of dollies on site to help with unloading! Thanks, Renee, for making this such an easy process!

The sales person was super nice. She got me set up for a same day rental. She said I could simply enter the code and go in. So I packed up all of my things and headed to it, but when I got there the gate code didn’t work. I called customer service and stay on the phone and they gave me a temporary gate code that also didn’t work. She said someone would call me back, but no one ever did, so I had to drive home and unpack all of my things:( Still no call back:( :(

I had a terrible experience at the Cubesmart / Danbury road, Norwalk. I attempted to receive communication for being overcharged. The customer service/manager - Renee, of the 2 Norwalk locations refused to work with me regarding the problem. I called, left messages, emailed and even wrote a complaint to customer care. To no avail. No response. Not a good way to run a business. November 2022 Cubesmart NEVER reimbursed me for the $280 payment as of 9/23. Would NEVER use them again.

I’ve been a customer of CubeSmart in Danbury for several years and had multiple units over thar time. I needed to get a 10’ x 20’. When I arrived the general manager - Roberta King - told me there were none available, but to please keep checking back because things change so quickly. I came back today. Roberta was on the phone. After handling that customer, I reintroduced myself. Sure enough a 10’ x 20’ had literally just opened. I took that unit and another 5’x10’ I needed. The entire transaction took just minutes. Roberta King was excellent! I would recommend CubeSmart in Danbury, and Roberta King in particular to all. Happily Michael V.

Dated, and halls are narrow, but the indoor driveway makes up for quite a bit. edited to reduce the stars. Management of this facility is simply rude and hostile to customers; something I've both witnessed, and been subject to. From telling me to wait, with mouth full, because shes at lunch, while eating her lunch at the counter with the doors unlocked, to locking the bathroom while my movers unloaded my storage unit, I've never been anywhere quite so unconcerned with being at all pleasant. Happy to be gone from this facility; however Monroe, CT and Davenport, FL are run by outstanding people.

I put moving up there with getting my wisdom teeth out and the death of my pet rabbit. So it comes as a relief after all the moving, packing, sorting, sweating and organizing to know that my things will be kept in a clean safe facility like the CubeSmart in Wilton, CT. Let's face it, CubeSmart isn't cheap, it's one of nicer more high-end storage facilities and you do pay for that. But with that you also receive great customer service. After 5 hours of dealing with movers, the customer service rep, Mr. Lugo, was a breath of fresh air. Professional and courteous, he took time to go over everything and answer all my questions and insisted that I help myself to a cup of coffee. He was the highlight of this grueling day. I've used CubeSmart in the past and had zero issues. Everything went smoothly from move-in to move-out and I hope to have the same experience the second time around.

The managers here are extremely helpful and accommodating. Jay and Danny are both pleasant to work with and the storage is clean. Plus, you can drive your car/truck inside the building, making loading and unloading much easier. My only recommendation is a map of facility. I dont have the greatest sense of direction and got lost my first time going to the unit without Jay.

My company has a unit here every year for our overstock. I have to say Jay (Jacquaha) the GM of this location is phenomenal. She's so sweet and helpful. She goes above and beyond with customer service. I would always advise my company to do business here just for the quality service we've received.

I was looking for a storage in this area and looked a few storage facilities in the past weeks. My last stop was CubeSmart in Wilton. Manasia was very helpful. She showed me two difference sizes of the space. She is patient and knowledgeable. She also recommended me to sign up online in order to get 1st month free. I followed her advice and booked online at home. I got the best deal amount all the storage facilities that I visited. Thank you, Manasia!

Went in recently to get a quote on a storage unit and met with the manager Jay . Now this is my first time in my 37 years of existence renting a storage unit and I have got to say her and her coworker Martasia I believe it was were the most pleasant breath of fresh air ! Jays extensive knowledge on everything was comforting . She was very personable and actually listened to my needs . We were able to figure out the perfect sized unit for my belongings and I'm so worry free knowing my things are in good hands . Thanks Jay!

Very clean and well run facility. The hours of operation and access are accommodating to any professional or family minded individual. Very secure and safe location. I would recommend the online reservations as in-store promotions are somewhat lackluster.

They get two stars for location. Went in to get boxes for my move. When it was Storage Deluxe and Linda Schmidt was there, this was a great place for moving supplies and expertise. If you want to buy cheesy boxes (the cut-out "handles" tear) and THE most aggravating tape on the face of the earth, this is the place to go. I went back with my tape and was willing to buy more boxes if they would give me a credit for the useless tape. Nope. Left the tape and went to Westies and got my boxes there. I'll pick up tape at the Wilton hardware store where people are helpful and value my patronage.
