CubeSmart Storage Shuttle: Offer Terms
Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis after you have completed your storage unit rental online at Self Storage Units – Storage Facilities, Moving Guides & More @CubeSmart or at the participating CubeSmart self-storage facility. We recommend completing your rental online.
Driver pickup is based on availability. Driver will not be available for pickup on days when the participating CubeSmart self-storage facility is not open.
Please schedule your trip at least 24 hours in advance with the participating CubeSmart self-storage facility.
The Shuttle Service is for a period of two (2) consecutive hours and not more than two (2) hours.
Customer is limited to one (1) Shuttle Service in a 24-hour period. CubeSmart reserves the right to decline any Shuttle reservation for any reason.
The Shuttle Service reservation name must match the name of the customer listed on the Rental Agreement. If the name of the customer at the scheduled pickup does not match the name on the executed rental agreement, the Driver will cancel the reservation.
Customer must be ready to load the truck at the time of reservation. Loading time should not exceed 20 minutes. If Customer is not ready to load the truck at the time of reservation, the reservation will be cancelled.
Each Shuttle reservation is valid for a single, one-way trip to the participating CubeSmart self-storage facility
Driver will call to confirm reservation 30 minutes prior to scheduled pickup. Customer may have one (1) additional passenger accompany Customer in the truck. Minors and pets are not permitted in the truck. Minor is defined as a person under 18 years of age.
You must load the truck at the designated pick-up point, and unload the truck at the participating CubeSmart self-storage facility. CubeSmart employees, including Driver, are not permitted to assist with packaging, loading or unloading Customer items. CubeSmart, nor Driver, is responsible for any damage to any of the Customer items occurring as a result of the manner in which the items are packed, loaded, unloaded or secured in the truck. Customer will pack the their items using proper boxes, containers and protective padding.
Customer items may not include hazardous materials including, without limitation, substances that are toxic, reactive, volatile, flammable, explosive, hazardous, or corrosive, or that are, at any time, regulated by state, Federal or local authorities.
Truck will have an estimated door opening is 64” high x 60” wide.
Customer waives and Customer releases CubeSmart, CubeSmart, L.P. and each of its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively “CubeSmart”) from any and all claims that Customer may have if Customer items are lost, stolen or damaged for any reason whatsoever related to the Customer’s use of the Shuttle Service. CubeSmart has not made and does not make any representations or warranties, including any representations or warranties as to the physical and environmental condition, or other matters with respect to the Shuttle Service. Customer waives any right of subrogation that Customer’s insurance company may have against CubeSmart, and Customer will cause their insurance policy to reflect this waiver. Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold CubeSmart harmless against any and all claims for loss, expense, liability, injury or damage arising out of or in connection with the performance by Customer, his agents or contractors in packing, loading or unloading the Customer items and the Shuttle Services. In no event shall CubeSmart be liable and hereby disclaims responsibility for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, special, punitive, multiplied or other indirect costs, lost profits, fees, or charges of any kind arising from any claims filed hereunder, or any other acts, including delays or omissions of CubeSmart.
