Q was very helpful and sympathetic towards me, for my storage unit with a different company had flooded. She understood the urgency to find a unit right away so I could salvage the remaining dry items I owned. It's so nice to have moving carts near the doors to accommodate with the moving process. The facility is very clean! The office is kept very nice as well. Q excels with her customer service !!

The place is nice but lots of fees. My first month 1/2 price wound up being 1/2 price plus $70 in MANDATORY fees which included a lock and insurance. The contract states that insurance is not required but the form says it’s required and wont let you uncheck it. The facility is clean and nice but the advertising needs more honesty.

Do NOT rent a storage unit from CubeSmart if you don’t want to pay an arm and a leg for a tiny unit. In only a couple years of renting, my rent price went up over 100%! From $65 to $150. When I called to ask about that and possibly move to a different storage facility I was met with some pushback and no responses. But they made sure to notify me that the price would increase regularly. Go somewhere else if you don’t want to waste your money.

We drove a very long distance...and it was an extremely stressful day to begin with..... BUT ...I had the pleasure of dealing with Maritza and Michelle while I was there. They were so great to me and my 2 children. They showed us in person where our unit was going to be. I have to say that first of all, I didn’t get the cube in the location that I wanted even though I verified it with Brett, the person I was talking with online! I wanted the facility in Winter Springs but was put in a place 2 towns over in Altamonte Springs! Not happy about that! Once we got there I ran into the nicest woman who showed me where my unit was and how to work the lock. She was very nice and helpful. It was also very clean which was nice

I found the company to be cheaper than other area facilities that weren't even climate controlled. Everything was done online from the reservation process to confirming and paying for the unit. I was able to change unit sizes once I realized the one I originally got wasn't going to be big enough for everything I had. I was able to make the change without any issues or having to pay anything additional that same day which was a humongous help considering how much it costs to move to begin with. I had to go into the office to sign a couple of things, but I was already going to the facility anyways so that was no big deal. I met with the store manager, Maritza, who made the additional stop into the office well worth it! She knows true customer service which can sometimes be hard to find these days and the company is lucky to have her. I have only ever had to use storage facilities twice before and this is the only one that I would ever recommend to my friends or family. Moving is stressful enough and being in the "if it can go wrong it will" category at least I know I chose the right place to store all my stuff!!!

Clean facility and majority of the staff is friendly. They don’t keep up with maintenance only cleanliness. Bathroom for customers is out of service a lot. Luckily there’s a gas station that’s not too far away you can use. One of the gates wasn’t working for a couple months. If the elevators aren’t working there’s no way to get to your unit and office staff doesn’t care and won’t compensate you for being unable to access your unit during normal hours they advertise that you’re able to get to your unit.

Was very easy to reserve a unit online. Once we arrived, we were greeted with the happy voice of Aisha. She answered all of my questions, took us on a tour, and answered more questions. Is very clean, and well maintained. Got back to the office, and was informed about everything, and we got a unit that works for us. Cheaper than many "other" places too!! I would recommend!

This was THE BEST experience I have ever had when renting a storage unit. I have rented multiple units over time for various work reasons and the Manager here -Aiesha- was wonderful! Price is too high, unit are newly but doesn’t mean you have to pay almost double of the price comparing to other places which still nice. On top of that they make you pay insurance no matter what you have in storage, in another word they are in their own world!!

Rebecca and Aisha are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in every way. Rebecca is Gem. There were no hidden charges or surprises when I went in to sign my paperwork. I'd give less but this is my option. We rented for years with this company. We always paid in full for the year. After five months of this year we purchased our own storage and called to tell them we would be vacating. They were fine with that. We left the units clean and vacated before the end of the month. We received receipts showing the amounts due back to us for the time we would not be using. It is now December 12 and still no refund. this is after calling every month for updates. Each month it's another excuse. I'd completely avoid this place.
