Convenient and clean. Climate control is the way to go! CubeSmart made securing a storage unit easy with their online reservation system. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had a great experience at CubeSmart in Boynton Beach FL. Even though it was 10 minutes until closing time Savannah did not rush me and was very informative. An excellent rate and first month was 40% off! I would recommend CubeSmart to friends, family and anyone that has climate controlled storage needs. We’ve had a great experience here. Customer service is always top notch. We recently changed units and Savanah was particularly helpful and made the paperwork & process incredibly easy. They did increase our monthly price slightly a few months after we initially signed up, but I’d imagine this is common practice with national chains. Sounds like the only way to avoid this is to pay in full annually, but honesty the slight increase wasn’t egregious. The units & property are clean and well kept. It’s slightly warmer than I’d like where the units are, but it is definitely climate controlled. If you’re in need of a storage unit in the area, I would recommend this cubesmart,

A pre-Christmas cabin tip to our cubesmart storage unit we found that the keypads were all inoperable. There was a nite posted that the facility was closing early because of this. Two of our containers were still in our 3rd floor unit with necessary items for our trip. As Mark was walking out the door locking up to go home, we pleaded with him to let us into our unit to retrieve the containers. He had clocked out, had to climb 3 flights of stairs up and down and in doing so saved our Christmas. Not enough Thank yous can be said.

Friendly & helpful, knowledgeable onsite staff. The only issue at the facility I'm at is the parking & unloading area. Parking is sometimes difficult right across from loading/unloading area which is limited. Could have been planned out better by builder! Other than that, it's clean & Secure. So at first easy peasy :) then.... I was wondering if there was a floor that was less hot. They showed me another unit and promised my new membership discount would still be included due to it being less then a month of moving in. Then they told me the third floor would actually be cheaper cause of it's location. So instead of 144 including insurance it would be 130 something. Well surprise I got charged 170 something. Got a hold of them and well look at that mark and George fuxked up and can't fix it even after three different times of me either coming in or speaking to them on the phone. Then finally they were at least able to keep it at the original price I initially paid. Then it increased to 150 something thennn I get a letter stating it'll now be 172 . Why you may ask? Yeah no reason. I called and they said corporate does that .... Lovely. I'll be shopping somewhere else. Too much hastle and absolutely no consistency. This is supposed to be easy not a headache.

Unfortunately these storage facilities, give you a decent deal to start with and in two years time you are at least paying double and more....My unit in Boynton Beach, FL...was small...5x4....just got a raise to 75.00...Took some of me peeps to empty the unit today and was schoked that this supposed, usually freezing, climate controlled unit, had the air off and at at least 85 degrees inside, infuriated me..I was housing some very expensive, original artwork.. Real scammers .. A must skip for Cubesmart ..All locations ...

I didn’t give to this location a 5* only because it was NO A/C and on the floor where my unit was located, the light sensor doesn’t work properly, I had to keep on going on the hallway every 10 min which drove me crazy.

No Stars It’s supposed to be an air conditioned storage but it was ridiculously hot in there and the place is super dirty. A roach was in my storage unit. The smell in that elevator was horrendously horrible. It smelled like someone died. No restroom to use outside of the office which was closed during normal business hours.

Very friendly and professional! Dropped a star for not being told up front that the unit they were going to give me had a huge support beam in the middle of it. Things I didn’t like is that if you want to register online you are forced to purchase a lock and the insurance and I don’t like being forced to do anything but they were nice and I went into the office to do the registration instead. The other thing is that the unit that they were originally going to give me had a huge square support beam In it which took up allot of space and nobody told me that up front but luckily there was a unit that just opened up that didn’t have the pole in the middle of the unit. The units with the support beams should be disclosed as not a true 10x10 space and should have been disclosed or offered at a discounted rate. But ultimately I’m happy with the unit I received and the office staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them but I would definitely ask if there are any poles or support beams in the middle of the storage space that they assign to you! I would have been very unhappy to have signed up online and been forced to pay almost $20 for a lock and then also have to pay for insurance just to find out there wasn’t a space available with a true 10x10 of storage space available. Things I like was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They made the experience a pleasure. Also I like the rental space discount currently being offered.

I had an excellent experience with this storage facility working with David, who I believe is the store manager. I needed a place to store some beach wheelchairs and the process at this location was easier than I had ever expected. The first time I arrived I was quickly helped with a quick tour of the building and a sight of the unit I was interested in. I left to check out a space at another storage company, and after quickly realizing the price was way higher for a less confinement and smaller unit at that place, I came back to finalize the space rental at this Cubesmart location. When I came back, the unit rental process was completed within 10 minutes and I was on my way. Because of this great experience at this location, I plan to rent another unit from a Cubesmart location in Miami Beach.

Requests are handled immediately and always with a smile. Nothing is too difficult for them to handle, no matter how busy they get. They need ten stars to rate their customer service!! The facility is beautifully maintained. I feel comfortable that my belongings are safe and secure, and whenever I need to retrieve something, the double access system makes ME feel safe and secure! Definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for short or long term storage. They are the best!! Only negative...I liked the green roof better than the new red one. LOL ??

Ana and Joanna are fantastic. Every time I’ve needed help, they were ready and willing to assist. Not only are they informative but they’re positive outlook makes me feel secure that my belongings are well kept. I strongly suggest going to cubesmart, especially this location.

This facility is great. It is always clean, there are always carts and the manager Anna Claudia is amazing. She is very kind and patient and really helps you to find the best storage for your needs. The only thing I feel could be improved at this facility are lights in the parking lot. If you are there after the sun sets it is really dark in the parking lot and the lights on the front of the building just don't cut it. Other than that I would recommend this facility 100%.

Joanne and Ana were both very professional and funny. The unit is on the second floor and very clean. It's very secure since you have to put in your own code to enter the facility and to go up the elevator. The temperature was comfortable. The unit is priced fairly and we like the fact that they also offer a free truck for use to move in!

I must say that the Cubesmart Team is very sweet when moving in. Can't say so for Moving Out. I moved out on due date and the unkind lady is letting me know i have to pay for 2 days even though i have not been back to the Unit. I left it open as she suggested now she's trying to find ways to dig extra money out of me. I gave notification that one week prior and this is how i am been treated now. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUBESMART. YOU MUST DO BETTER THAN THIS

The property is clean, access is easy with long hours, staff is friendly and helpful and there are ample service carts available for moving storage items. Air temperature is kept at about 80 degrees F and most importantly the humidity is low. There's double door security. Prices are reasonable and lower than others I contacted. The building is well built including extensive water systems in case of fire. We have two storage bays there and I have no complaints.

The facility is nice but maintenance has been a problem over the years. It once took over 6 months to get the light bulbs replaced above our unit and it's often quite warm in the warehouse area which makes it miserable when you are moving in and/or out. Don't mistake 'climate controlled' for air conditioned because you'll be disappointed. The rent increases are also frequent and we are now looking to move to a more affordable location.

One of the best storage facilities around the Boynton Beach area, the staff are friendly and courteous. The facility is always clean and cool, the store manager Ms. Perez was extremely helpful with all three of my units . Ms. Perez is an asset to your organization. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone if asked where they could find a good safe place to store their belongings.
