This must have been the best experience with the storage I’ve ever had. Their general manager is so kind and helpful. They had the garage doors re-painted. My classic car's almost perfect paint got paint dust all over the front. Apparently there was a note posted at the entrance door, which I couldn't see, by moving the car either at night, or had it stay in the garage without using it during those days. (Classic Car) At times I couldn't access the Garage because there was a Big Boat parked right in front of my Garage. Other minor annoying issues made me move to another location. Very bad experience.

I had no previous knowledge of CubeSmart, and I had tried to obtain a storage space at a Public Storage facility near my new residence. When I told my movers that I wanted them to deliver some of my items to PS, they responded, “I have a better place for you.” Undaunted, I insisted on PS because I had used them in another city. I phoned the PS to check availability. However, when the movers and I arrived at the PS location, we waited outside in the sun with the moving crew in the truck for 45 minutes while we called repeatedly to gain access to the PS. We were advised by a recording and by an answering service to phone the manager who was on duty and leave a message. The moving crew is paid by the hour. After 45 minutes I gave up and left a message to cancel my reservation. I asked Michael and Roston, the moving company bosses to check availability at the place they had been suggesting. That’s how I was introduced to CubeSmart and Anna at 12560 S. Military Trail in Boynton Beach. Anna was organized, efficient, and appeared to run a smooth operation at CubeSmart mentioning long serving employees, and her dedication the employees and the company was obvious. Anna recognized my storage space requirements and brought us to the perfect space to view it. It was conveniently located in the air conditioned building, clean, and accessible so we didn’t have to carry or move my stuff far from the door. What a relief I felt! Anna was really helpful. When I phoned the very next day with a question about something that I had forgotten, she was helpful again and not too busy to assist me. I commend Anna for her service, her diligence, her patience, and for her accommodation. I congratulate CubeSmart for employing her. I’m new in this city, and I’m sure that is the reason that I had not previously heard of CubeSmart. With managers like Anna I’m sure that they have a great reputation. I highly recommend them.

The local manager is great for the local manager I would give a four. For the the company, that is who the two is for. I feel they leave a lot to be desired. Rate increases that are out of control. No reward for long term dedicated customers that are also preferring to pay up front. They would rather have those short term people who don't pay attention that they can jack rates on, to have those people leave so they can do the cycle all over again. Had they not given me such a huge rate increase for the second year in a row I might have paid it, instead I have to look for alternatives, they will spend the same or more that they lost on me in their questionable recruiting practices

Have been using CubeSmart at this location for 2 1/2 years. It is clean, well maintained. Initially I submitted a 5 star review. Unfortunately I need to give CubeSmart a 3 star review. I moved from a large space to a 5x5 space 6 months ago and just got notice that my monthly charge was going up $20. When I went to inquire about it I was told there was nothing management could do about it. I am extremely disappointed with CubeSmart and would recommend shopping around and reading the fine print before signing your contract.

For the past few weeks I have been communicating, and today meeting in person, the site manager Anna. From the first time we spoke until we finalized our rental Anna has been crystal clear as to what would be involved to rent the correct storage space. Today Anna showed us two different spots that looked extremely clean and ready for immediate occupancy. The pricing was exactly what we previously discussed and within an hour we began moving our stuff into the unit. There are plenty of access doors so you never have to walk too far to your unit. The Security seems very good as are the hours available to enter the facility. My wife and I would absolutely recommend Anna and CubeSmart to anyone in need of additional storage space.

I moved out on 11/23/19 and I confirmed my move-out in writing with the store manager. Cube smart is still trying to bill me even though I do not have a storage unit there. As for my belongs there's a lot of damage due to a lack of pest control. I used this facility for close to two years they cannot keep a manager in place and the elevators are always breaking down which is very inconvenient. They're newer facilities in the areas where your stuff will be better protected. The age of this building is something to take into consideration if you have long-term storage needs. I wouldn't recommend the team, facility, or company to anyone you'll have far more headaches than necessary.

The facility was very clean and the air temperature was perfectly cool, especially given the heat and humidity here in Florida. Walked in off the street today, July 21, 2018. Was in desperate need for a "Large" Storage Locker located on the 1st Floor since I need to removed a ton of Clutter from my House that I'm listing For Sale with a Realtor this coming week. Was greeted at Counter by Dave Hale who gave me the few Options that still had left for rental since they were pretty much Filled Up. Told them I absolutely need a Larger Air-Conditioned Storage Locker on the 1st Floor preferable in a location close to the Entrance Door to make hauling the Storage Boxes into the Unit a bit easier. Introduced me to Jim Lay the General Manager an told him of what I needed. There was supposed to be (1) Unit still available according to Dave Hale`s Inventory List. Sure enough, when we got to it, it was just Rented earlier today! There was another Identical Storage Locker "Corner Unit" exactly at the Building Entrance that was "on -hold". I desperately wanted "that" Storage Locker. Jim Called the Party that had a "tentative" hold/reservation on it an they were agreeable to give it up an take another Unit when it becomes available in the near future since they already had multiple Units at that Location . Both Jim & Dale went way beyond a reasonable effort to help me out! They are the best an I hope CubeSmart self-storage knows they have two "Great" Employee`s at this particular Location!

Jam Lay was cleaning the curbs with a pressure washer when I dropped off my first load. You don’t see that kind of extremely clean storage facility anywhere. I've used this facility almost every winter for about 13 years and I keep coming back for a reason. I store a car I keep in Florida during the winter in a 10x20 unit. Even though I always put out traps I've never caught a mouse. That's a good sign!

We were in a desperate situation where we needed storage immediately. Cube smart had what we needed and the price was a lot less then we anticipated in our desperate situation. The man running the office was very understanding and knowledgeable and the process was very quick. Will definitely recommend to others.

It was great. I knew from the moment I pulled up to the parking spot that was in the shade.. I love shade.. That it was a good fit. Brandon Flores who was not the regular person at the facility guided me through the process and provided me with the EXACT thing I was looking for, and right inside the main entrance as far as location in the bldg. Very satisfied.

I've been a long time customer of cubesmart and this is the second location I have stored at with their company. I have to say that they continue to offer great service rates compared to others, and are incredibly helpful. Ed, the manager at this location has reminded me why I choose to store with them. Not only did he help me solve an issue I was having when moving out, but he even personally came to my unit and helped me move a rather large bit of furniture right before they closed. Great service, great staff, definitely recommend.

So I was recently in a situation where I needed to move out of where I was living at the time due to the owner selling his house (I was renting a room) and I needed a place to put my furniture. I figured all storage units are the same so I chose the Public Storage off of Military in Delray Beach (about a mile north of West Atlantic Ave). To make a long story short, I didn't have a great experience there, the facility itself was dirty and the worst part was that the "climate controlled" unit that I was renting had such a narrow hallway that I didn't have enough room to fit my couch in my storage unit. I ended up canceling the unit, but wasn't allowed to get refunded even though I had the unit for less that 24 hours. The manager was really nice and I could tell that her hands were tied, but overall it was just a negative experience. I was about to give up and just try to sell the furniture that I had, but I decided to check out the Cube Smart in Boynton Beach (12560 S Military Trail), I figured it can't hurt to check out. WOW what a difference. The entire facility is clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful and could empathize with my situation. I ended up renting a great air conditioned unit. Denise Gentile the Manager and Ed Martin the GM were absolutely great and it gave me such peace of mind that my nice furniture was in a safe clean facility. A few months after that experience, I was able to lend my furniture to a friend that needs it at the time and I figured if I can save $100 a month why not. I was able to move everything out and close my unit without any hassle or issues. When I was moving out the last few of my things, Ed Martin the GM saw that I was moving everything out and I could tell that he remembered me. I thanked him for all of his help and told him how appreciative I was. I know moving forward, if I ever need a storage unit again for any reason, I'm going back to this facility. Ed Martin and Denise Gentile were able to take a negative situation and flip it into a positive one which is why moving forward I will be a CubeSmart customer for life.

CubeSmart is an excellent company, friendly, efficient, and the hours are very workable. Upon initial signup, they neglected to tell me about insurance on my space. This fee - per month- was one third of my bill- which I thought was a little too high. I would have shopped around. I am storing book and other items of no value but needed the space. It just would have been nice to have been told at the start.

I have been a cubesmart customer since 2007 at this location and want to recommend this facility. The office staff, Denise and Ana are the best. They are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly too. I have varied between one and four units and they always recommend good solutions to my storage needs.

I've rented several storage units all over the country and CubeSmart's staff in Delray was by far the most helpful and easiest to work with. Not only did CubeSmart have the size storage unit I was looking for, but they were also the cheapest in town! I would definitely recommend CubeSmart Delray Beach.

I have had one unit at this location for about 4 years now, and have had an additional second and even a third unit on and off for 2 years as well. I am somewhat dissatisfied with the recent above normal price increases, but that does not reflect on the service or this store. This location, its layout, upkeep and the people that have helped me over the years are the reason I've stayed. The price changes have me needing to downsize and all; having to move my storage contents around like a sliding puzzle or jenga, but that being said, the local staff, especially Ana, has always communicated well and been helpful in meeting my needs.

I have rented self storage units for the last 7 years in many locations, from long island to north new jersey, and now in South Florida. I have never had the experience of such wonderful employees in Any location, like we have here in Boynton Beach, fl. Ana and Denise are so attentive, going above and beyond the call of duty in making sure my experience at cube smart is a good one. Any issues, they are on the ball to fix. Even making sure reservations are handled properly and professionally. Most of all, they are just pleasant people to deal with. Thank you cube smart, for having such dedicated, devoted, committed, professional people working for you.
