We’ve stored our RV here for 10 years, and the price has crept up over time – which we’ve accepted as part of the deal. But now, we’re being charged over $750 a month! That’s outrageous! We’ve felt it was high, even considering current rent/storage costs, but when we started looking at other places and checked online forums, it became crystal clear: we’re being ripped off! When we called to ask for a discount to bring our rate back to something resembling normal, they flat-out refused! So, we tried calling from a different number and name, pretending to be new customers, and guess what? The exact same space was only $400! This is beyond unacceptable – it feels like a total slap in the face! We’re out of here at the end of the month, and it’s infuriating that after 10 years of timely payments, there’s absolutely no loyalty shown to us as customers. Good riddance!

CubeSmart on Venture Way is clean and neat and convenient. Arianne was professional and easy to work with. My complaint is with CubeSmart in general. They advertise that the first month is “free”. This is where they get you, $24.64 for a cylinder lock, no other lock works, $12.00 for the”protection plan”, and $30.60 for the administration fee, all for a total of $63.24 for the “free” month, This is for a 5x5 storage locker. The “protection plan” will cost you $12 every single month and is required. What I have in the storage locker is worth maybe a total of about $500. I would love to be able to decline any “protection “ or at least go for a much less cost.

We had a very pleasant experience signing up for our storage location, Arrrianne it was a pleasure to deal with punctual efficient took us right to and showed us the potential space we’re renting as well as the best entrance to bring our goods in with pricing seemed very fair particularly the first two months hint. Constantly raising prices. I had a 10 x 10 unit and seemed every couple months I was getting letters in the mail saying my price was increasing. They bring you in and you are like a hostage because once you put your things in the unit you do not want to move them so you either pay the price increase or haul all the stuff out. I tolerated the first 6 increases but the 7th was the last straw. Will not recommend to anyone and certainly would not come back.

I have been a customer at this location for over four years. Throughout my time here, I have had multiple rate increases that I did not mind due to I was explained the reason why. I used to speak with a gentlemen and he was the most professional and put me at ease with his explanations for the rate increase. Since then I recently traveled to South Florida with my son and I had to wait 3 days to actually catch someone in the office to handle my concerns. I was disgusted when I opened my door and found rat droppings all over my items. My son contacted the office and left several messages to please have someone contact us. No one contacted us back. I tried to contact corporate office but was unsuccessful to confirm that I would get a phone call back. Unfortunately due to my situation I have no other choice to leave my things in storage for another 6 months to a year due to financial situation. If I was a person needing storage, this is the last place I would ever consider due to the way I was treated.

I can say that since when CubeSmart took over the facility I can say that the facility is much cleaner, customer service from the staff is SUPERB and dealing with Jim the General Manager is the best guy that I have dealt with. I recently assisted my friend Staci with choosing a storage unit very close to our neighborhood in Boynton Beach FL, for storing extra furniture she had after a recent move. I've personally in the past had my own storage units from other companies so I was a bit familiar with the whole process. I must say that this was the best experience I've ever witnessed with a storage company. The manager there (Jim Lay) was outstanding! He covered all the bases and then some! The entire facility was spotless and my friend got a great deal on the unit she picked out and even got the first month free, which doesn't apply to all units. We also got free use of a 12' box truck to pick up her furniture to bring back to the unit! Big money saver there! I can't say enough about Jim's professionalism throughout the whole process and he definitely went over and above to make sure we were completely satisfied. I was very impressed. Great job Jim!! Good building, extremely clean, good air-conditioning, good security, and various conveniences (carts, etc.). Prices are about the same as competitors, with the usual new-customer promotions. I’m a current customer and went today to borrow the truck. When I went to pick it up, she said it was $10, which is fine, not going to complain about that. When I went to drop the truck off, the manager told me there was a $39 charge because I’m a current customer and she didn’t realize before. Event though she pulled my account up to see what my unit numbers were. When I first signed up, I was told that the truck was complimentary, all I had to do was call in. Another employee claimed that he told me it was $39 when I called in to make the reservation. However he didn’t even ask me for my info, just my first name for the reservation. So how would he have known that I was a current customer? Bottom line, just know that if you’re a current customer, you have to pay for the truck. Only new customers get to use the truck free. The employees are kind and usually helpful, but make sure you always ask about pricing when borrowing the truck, because the employees will forget to tell you or lie about telling you.

I just leased a unit, rented their truck and am en route to a more organized, uncluttered home. Maritza and Joe made everything super easy. Before I signed up, I researched location, services and fees. I toured the location with Maritza who made sure I got the unit that was right for me. The facilities are very clean and it seems my belongings will be safe and sound.

We were wowed this weekend when we toured the facility both outside and inside to meet our storage needs. The facility is extremely clean much more so than I expected. If you are searching for true RV storage, you have found it. Plenty of room to drive, turn, back up the RV. There is electrical, wash area and a waste removal station. The customer service was on point as Jim toured us around the facility he took the time to answer all of our questions and remove our concerns with regard to security. The General Manager Maritza provided outstanding professional customer service as well. Great team to work with.

Absolutely GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Maritza (general manager) and Jim (manager/staff?) are very patient and accommodating. When I walked in for the first time, Jim was handling a customer's shipment info for the phone for her, as she was probably a bit less tech-savvy. My mother, Gertrude Hochman, and I have been customers at this location for many years. I must say that the manager Jim is extremely helpful all the time and he always a smile on his face and is ready to assist in any way possible. Even if he's very busy (like this afternoon), he makes sure that I'm not waiting for assistance (even if it's just to pay a bill). I had to move suddenly and unexpectedly due to hurricane damages and I was very stressed out. Both the general manager Maritza Alegría and the manager Jim Lay were very helpful and friendly. They helped me select the best options to accomodate my needs and save me money. Nobody likes to move but it sure helps to have nice people listen to you and contribute to make the experience less stressful. I currently have all of my belongings in two storage units and I'm reassured that they will be safe until I find another place to live. Thank you guys

Maritza the GM was beyond fantastic. I am a fairly new mother and still learning to get the hang of things. Prior to walking into this location i was not having the best day and Maritza helped turn it around! She is super friendly and beyond considerate. She is patient and even helped me load my newborn into the rental truck because my hands were extremely full. If you are looking for a place to store your things this location is the ideal place. You will get more help then you could ever expect!!

We needed a place to put the excess furnishings in our home when we listed it. Went to CubeSmart and they were super friendly and helpful. We took a larger unit than we actually needed and are happy with it. Clean, easy to get to. We think it is very safe in the complex with all the fail-safes they have in place. Very happy.
