I read the storage unit yesterday he gave me the account number the gate access code which does not work I cannot enter the place to finish straightening up my unit finding my tools that I need to work with. However, I like the places clean the people are friendly I just can't get in the door I've called 800 number twice and still no use I'll either get in or have to move somewhere else but this place is close to home and it's close to my favorite store, the home Depot

Well to start, it’s not climate controlled as advertised, and not allowed to have any drinks inside of the building and get yelled at if smoking outside the building or anywhere on the property… And then some customer supposedly told her that my brothers 65year old wife had been going to our unit at 2am when they close at 10pm and she’s always in bed by 11pm… So instead of Deanna checking the video to follow up on the situation, she confronted my brother with a attitude yelling at him and when I called to find out what is going on she started getting a attitude with me and even said that she still needed to watch the cameras which she should have done before threatening to kick someone out over something they NEVER DID..!

This Cube Smart next to Home Depot on Cortez in West Bradenton is the best! Deana and Erica were very helpful and were transparent about everything. I’m a truck driver and for the longest I’ve been paying for two units. I got a call from Dianna the manager helped me out tremendously by keeping in touch with me to help me find one unit to move all of my things into instead of me having two units and paying two bills each month. She was able to help me get one larger unit and pay a little less then what I was paying for two units. Dianna gets 5 stars from me for her continued support and help to help me get into one unit instead of two. And save money.

I’ve had the misfortune of needing a storage unit at several times during my life. It’s always that silly expense and there’s always more. Cubesmart was a new one for me and Deanna, the manager at this location, has made it by far the best storage facility experience I’ve ever had. From her warm and personal welcome when we first started renting there right up until today (still renting!) and she greeted me with a smile first thing in the morning! What has historically been an expensive and sometimes painful process has, in direct contrast, been as easy as it can be at Cubesmart. Thank you Deanna!! UPDATE: So I ended up losing this capacious storage unit and all of its contents to the dreaded storage auction because, well, I couldn’t pay for it and that is what it is. It’s taken me a minute to reconcile losing all my stuff. Again. But this time to something I had control over. Bah. Despite feeling like a giant idiot, I have to once again give props to Deanna. That wonderful woman tried her darnedest and did everything she could short of paying for it herself to help me hold on to that unit. She’ll always be aces in my books and, honestly, CubeSmart isn’t all that bad for a storage facility either,.

Deanna and her team gets ten stars in a five star world. My husband and I were moving. We started to declutter and pack our items in late December 2022, then put the house on the market in January where we had many offers. We took one and, the day before closing in late February, it fell through unexpectedly. And so in early March we had to list it again and start all over. Due to this we had to put stuff in storage and take most of it out, only to do it all over again. It is now April and we are finally closing next week. We rented a second storage unit for the rest of our items as the first would not be large enough and each time Deanna was amazing. She recognized us immediately and was excited to hear our house had finally sold. She showed us many units, as we weren't sure of which size we would need, and explained each along with costs per month. It really helped us decide exactly what we needed and for how long. I couldn't recommend her enough. I wish the world was full of Deannas as she made this entire process so much easier for us. You can easily get in and out until 10pm with your given code and the have dollies for you to use. We must have been in and out of there at least a dozen times and each time it was lit nicely and was climate controlled. I am so glad we chose CubeSmart. Thank you to Deanna and her team for making this part of our move the easiest it could be. You can tell they care.

They have raised the price on me twice in one year. Its now $30 more than when I first got the unit. I twice tried to call and talk to the manager and never got a call back. I have asked to have the due date moved two days so I wouldn't be late on payments and they refuse. Once we move and I have room to get my things out I will never use them again.

I used two units at this location for several months and when we unloaded them we found live German cockroaches in the units. The staff basically just said sorry ??????? it's not our fault. This is disgusting and unacceptable. They advertise that they use pest control, but I don't believe that's true. If you store your belongings here you will get roaches.

We had a fantastic experience. Lisa and Jimmy were a pleasure to deal with. The facility is clean and obviously well-managed. We left another facility with a different company which was in decline - bathrooms never worked, dirty floors, evidence of cockroaches - and the building was new. A fire on our floor was the last straw. Elevators were out for weeks. After that, this CubeSmart facility looked incredible. We wished we'd moved earlier.
