This place is awesome. I don't remember the gentlemans name but he was so helpful and friendly. We initially made a reservation at Extra Space Storage up the road and when i got there they wanted to charge me twice as much and the lady was very rude. They didn't even have the size i needed. They wanted to give me 2 units side by side. The gentleman was so helpful. He showed me the unit i could get and then showed me a bigger one just in case. He was patient with me as i had my newborn son with me. It was a great experience. Price was awesome too.

So far so good. Just moved in to it last night. Update…. After renting for a long time the price increased a ridiculous amount plus the late fee when you’re barely late just too much so switch to another company I mainly dealt with OTTO at the location that I was at and he was very friendly and very helpful but the price increase is just ridiculous. Doesn’t make sense when it forces people to want to leave then you lower the prices again just to bring new people in. That’s really not fair to the people that have been loyal and stayed the whole time up until the price jack up.????

Otto helped me find a unit that fits my needs, and price, the only thing I don't understand, is the administrative, fee, that all storage facilities are charging, I call it the Corvette, or Lambo, fee, with the current Presidential, administration, people are al ready squeezed, financially, and for corporations, to add junk fees, for their personal gain, is wrong, and disgusting it doesn't benefit, the consumer, what's next, a parking fee, to visit my storage unit!!!

When I arrived I was pleased by the cleanliness and security. I was welcomed with a bag a nice welcome card and my lock inside the storage. The manager went above and beyond greeting me on the way out explaining all the details. I would give a 10 star but when I returned the next day which was on a Saturday to find the gate wide open and stayed that way while unloading and exiting it still was open. I have reasons to make sure me and my possessions are safe. May have been a malfunction but I will not enter again if I see this happening again. Overall excellent experience

I have used cube smart before when I lived in Ohio. I had purchased a cubesmart lock for the unit and when I came in to get a new unit in Florida I didn't need to purchase one, but upon arrival my lock wouldn't work. Elizabeth at the desk went to bat for me to get my lock replaced! It's a lifetime warranty item but her boss would not replace it unless I bought it from that location in the last 30 days, so she looked into it and got her manager to replace it. That's the kind of customer service you can appreciate, she didn't give up and even though it's something so simple, it made my life easier when I already had enough going on with my mother recently passing which is why I needed CubeSmart again to begin with. Thanks Elizabeth You are a blessing!

Nice, helpful staff. But be aware that the dimensions of their units are not as advertised. The 10'x15' outdoor unit I rented was only 9'6" x 14'2", which wasn't long enough to accommodate my 14'4" kayak trailer. No return of the 1 month's rental I'd paid in advance because the CubeSmart contract uses a lot of loose language (dimensions are approximate...don't reflect the internal space...). PS - driveway also needs repaving - lots of potholes.

I purchased a storage spot for my boat over the phone / online from cube smart on June 5th. The spot was supposed to be near Weeki Wachee spring because that is where I do my boating. On June 6th I tried bringing my boat to the spot I purchased only to find out they booked me at the wrong Cubesmart. I call and tell them to cancel and refund on June 6th, they say ok but that the location manager will need to call me on June 7th. The Location Manager calls me on June 7th and tries to talk me out of cancelling the transaction because "It's a lot of paper work" and "The 2 locations are not that far apart." I tell her I still would like to cancel because it is not my fault they booked me at the wrong location. She says ok. 2 weeks go by and I don't see a refund issued so I call June 19th to see the status of my refund. The person tells me no refund was ever started. She tells me I need to call the location manager again to resolve this. I tell her I refuse to call that person again because they obviously chose not to refund me because "it's too much paperwork." I tell the phone person to please just del with the refund. I ended up either disconnected or they hung up. I call back on June 20th to try again and the person tells me that there is a note to the district manager in their system and he will call me back by Tuesday June,22. No call by Tuesday so I call back and now they tell me that the district manager has not read the message in the system yet. I filed a complaint with bbb and as of yet see no refund in sight and they may end up reoccurring charging me. I did as the "Response from the owner" told me and still can't get a hold of anyone. Obviously they posted that as an auto response to all bad reviews with no intention of resolving the issue.

I am a truck driver and looking for a place to store my rig while I visit my kid and this place has the space for $100 a month but if I only need a week it's still $100 for the week sad that they can't help us drivers who are only in town 1 week out of 6 or 7 weeks out driving 48 states

Regal Oaks is always open as long as you have your passcode. I enjoy that fact because I can go day or night and I feel safe being there by myself. The grounds are kept clean as well as the units. I've rented at Regal Oaks for years now and have had a great experience. The facility is clean and secure and the staff are very helpful. I too was there when the mailing address changed happened and was notified in plenty of time.

I used this storage location for multiple years but now owner\management seems desperate for money. They changed their address without notice to tenants so anyone with auto pay or electronic bill pay didn't get their payments through and the assessed everyone late fees. Units are not water tight - doors close but they water does go under. Do yourself a favor and use a big box company. I normally support local business but not when they can not be run well.
