My need for storage was a very last minute unexpected need, It was a very easy process to book online quickly and simply and had a call from the location manger within moments of reserving. Julie was very courteous and helpful in answering all of our questions. Upon arriving to the facility we were helped by Julie and Tyler both who were great in getting us acclimated to what the process was and where our unit was. And then we had an additional request and Store manager Julie was very kind and accommodating so we are happy with our choice of this location based on the service already received and condition of the facility, we would highly recommend!

Julie is the best! I have had a storage there for almost 24 yrs. and since she has been there, everything has been great!! She has been fair with me and has helped me to not be charged more than others who have not been there that long. I am a Lee County school cafeteria manager for 6 1/2 years and we are the lowest paid people in the school system. When new people took over where I live, they went up 3 times in 8 months taking my rent from $525. to 1,050. taking more than half my take home pay per month. She has literally made a difference in my life. I can't thank her enough!

Upon first arrival the gate was completely off during access hours. This in turn made us late for the trailer return (costing us more money). There is no map of the building and a random door to connect the 2 parts of the building. Also to use the freight elevator you need to make sure both upstairs and downstairs are locked. But other than that was nice and clean.

I’ve had a storage unit here for a year and a half, and I have to say it has been the best experience I have had renting a storage space ever. The grounds are always clean and well kept, both inside and outside, and even my items that have stayed in storage for the entirety of a year and a half have had no rodents or critters in them. My unit was inside on the second floor, and there were always push carts available for loading items in and out of my unit and a lift that is easy to access as well. The office is easy to find, and the staff I have interacted with have all been friendly and helpful. This location truly deserves five stars. Thank you so much!

Unable to move items in/out of the storage unit on multiple occasions for weeks at a time sometimes because of elevator issues. Management did not relay information to us nor did they offer reduced rates for those incidents, even when requested. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!

You can really tell that the workers don’t want to be there and will do the bare minimum to help. They barely ever answer the phone and when they do they seem like they don’t want to talk to you and can’t wait to be done with the phone call. Never even got my original concern answered or helped with. Even after calling 5 times.

Manager and his assistant in the main office was very friendly. He gave us the best deal with 25% off. He explained the ins and outs of opening the gate, showing us how to use the freight elevator and the getting to our cube. He went to find carts for us to put our bins on. The place seems very clean and many security cameras around. I would most definitely recommend Cube Smart

For real Julie, Nick, and Cubesmart are amazing. My fiance and I were in the process of buying a house across the country in Cape Coral and these guys were INCREDIBLE in the way the helped us out. We called ahead and set everything up to let delivery drivers put deliveries directly into the unit. Easy peasy. The only complications we had were getting UPS, Fedex, and the freight companies to hold up their end of the deal but even that went well once we figured out how to navigate how each shipping company operated. To the Cubesmart Management: Julie and Nick were easily the best people we've worked with through this move (and we've worked with a lot). This has been the only company that I've worked with in this process that I* KNEW* would help me make sure everything went well. You've got a couple good ones here. This rating should be 12 stars instead of 5.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CUBESMART LOCATION!! My fiance and I live in MN and we bought a home in FL. We couldn't deliver to the house during the closing process. I wanted to ensure the furniture got delivered ON TIME since we only had a 2 week time frame to furnish the property. Nick and Julie... Seriously, THE BEST people I've worked with in this entire cross country move.They were always available to answer questions, quick responses to emails, very polite, and they went above and beyond my expectations! The storage unit is okay, but be aware that the contract allows for you to use your homeowner's or renter's insurance to avoid paying the $12.00 monthly insurance. Also note that they use a low monthly rent to start with and then raise it. I had 2 increases in a year that raised my original rate by 50%.

The staff and manager Julie did an amazing job. Made the stress of moving from Tallahassee back to Ft Myers into a temporary storage unit easier then I had anticipated. Customer service and follow up wonderful. The actual storage unit 10x20 I was concerned of size. Julie placed my mind at ease before the move. The facility where my things are is AC. Overhead open for ventilation and lighting. Clean and accessible. Extremely convenient and easy transfer of items at site to access. I would highly recommend this CubeSmart. Julie takes customer service seriously and it reflects. I’m one happy customer. PS I had plenty of room and more making it easy to move around in the actual unit to find things when needed. Two bedroom apartment. Used second bedroom as storage. The apartment was approx. 1200 sq ft. Hope that helps.

Nick literally made my visit to rent a storage unit very enjoyable, which is hard to do since there is nothing enjoyable about paying to store the junk you should have thrown away years ago lol. I've had two units here for several years and been through two other owners. Cubesmart has owned this place for about two years and I have to say it has gone downhill fast. The local staff is friendly and they are fine, Here's the problems..1) They are trying to squeeze every dime out of this place.. they are renting space to large vehicles, boats and trailers..the issue is that the driveways are reduced to a single lane and if someone is unloading, it can be difficult or impossible to access your unit. I suspect this is also a fire hazard. 2) They had an incident where two people who rented units we're going around cutting locks in the facility and replacing them after going through a stealing from the units. Apparently they were arrested, but no one from Cubesmart contacted the renters to alert them, I found one of my units were broken into. I reported it but no follow-up. 3) My rent has been increased 4 times in the past 2 years. If you are paying premium rent for units, there should be reasonable expectations of access and security for it's renters. That doesn't seem to be the case with Cubesmart. We're looking at alternative properties.

The front office smells like cigarette smoke meaning someone is smoking in the office. I had a lot of furniture to move into the unit and the carts are very old and small. It was hard to push them with furniture on them and trying to balance big pieces on small carts. They need new ones. They also claimed online the price would be cheaper, but when you get there, there is an added monthly fee so don't believe the price you see online.

I've had this storage unit for years now, never had an issue with the facility. Julie, and staff were helpful the whole way through. Sadly, I had to cancel my storage cube (nothing to do with cubesmart just moved to a bigger place) and even with the covid situation she still reached out to me and made sure things were taken care of proper. I would recommend this to anyone that needs a climate controlled unit in a safe place with good staff.

Had a reservation - I go there during working hours and the office is locked up. I wait 20 mins and no one shows up. I called the number twice and went straight to voicemail. I leave a voicemail and finally leave. I get a call back from a woman stating she was in the back with a customer. Guess they don't have a phone to take with them when they're "in the back". Also, there was no note on the door advising they will return shortly or anything. The woman said she was only away for 8 mins (not true). She also said there were two of them there. Really? And you both had to leave the office at the same time? I drove for 18 hours with a moving truck full of my stuff and I get to my scheduled reservation and these people lock their office during working hours. I'm sure they'll reply to this post and deny it all. I'm finding some other place to store my household goods. This is very frustrating to me and I'm very disappointed in this company. I thought they would be better. The woman also told me over the phone that I could turn around and go back or not. She just did not care.

I ordered my unit online and received a call within 15 minutes to ask when I'd like to view the facility. I arrived there within the hour and was greeted by one of the managers who was helping another woman. When another manager came in, followed by another customer, she and another woman began helping us. The process was efficient and painless. Ann was very helpful and explained the history about the company and their re-branding, along with her return to the company and why. The facility was very clean and while I was loading my unit, one of the managers was doing a "lock-check" and made a point to verify which unit was mine. I highly recommend this company and this particular location!

I had broken my key off inside one of the locks preventing me from accessing my personal items. I tried to remedy the problem and was on the verge of purchasing materials to break open the lock but thought CubeSmart personnel could help. I called Julie who scheduled a time for their maintenance manager, Nick, to help open the lock. My wife and I had an awesome expirence with the staff at Cube Smart on NE Pine Island Road yesterday. Jennifer the manager, was very knowledgeable and courteous in showing us a unit we wanted to rent. The office, grounds and building was very clean and they even had an American flag flying proudly out front. The other lady with Jennifer was just as nice and friendly and we were talking like we were family. Looking forward to storing my seasonal belongings and stopping in to just say hello. Thank you ladies again for the hospitality.

The ladies there were super nice at a very stressful time. They helped us out the best they could. There supers clean and not hot inside.one thing I do wish they could have done was maybe a discount on the other storage we had to get because they only had a 10’10 and need to get a 5’5 to store the rest but other than that will use them again if I ever needed and would recommend. I’ve done the POD company and I did not like that.

I would have said a year ago at a five-star but after calling corporate and talking with them about the fact I had moved into a large bin within the same level floor up top there is only one air conditioning vent that truly faces into the Elevator Shaft but not to the rest of the floor was very disappointed after 2 weeks later when everybody said oh it's fine up there I went up there at 11 in the morning and about had a heat stroke when I got to where my Ben is at I'm very disappointed it is very hard to pull things out now because I no longer have a truck but piece by piece in the car that I have or a rental truck instead I will be moving it all out this month

June 2024 Julie, manager, is very nice, professional, and helpful. No complaints. Very satisfied. Nov 2023 still here and still never had a problem. Great customer service. Nov 2021 still using CubeSmart and have never had a problem. The staff are nice and friendly. Thank you Mary for helping me upgrade to a larger unit. It's a very nice, clean place to keep my things. I'm a very happy customer. Highly recommend. 5 stars. :) ?????

Good facility and an awesome staff. The mandatory insurance makes the monthly cost higher than it appears when you compare costs to other storage facilities. However they are up front about this requirement and the costs associated.

VERY helpful! Unit is indoors, climate controlled (very important in Florida) only a short walk from a door (as there are many doors in facility) in gated, secure, facility. Open long hours literally year-round. Restrooms available through doors B and N. Staff above and beyond, including providing references for other services needed when moving. Jenniffer super helpful, professional and sweet. John worked with one of us to get move started while Jenniffer worked on paperwork with other to shorten overall time of move. Also have supplies (boxes, locks, etc) available for sale at reasonable prices. Would DEFINITELY rent again!

Nice clean storage with a.c this place has the necessary equipment to get the job done meaning taking your stuff easily upstairs through a freight elevator all the way to the top on to dollies willed to your storage unit where you place your stuff inside it couldn't be any easier not to mention the guy that if I could remember his name he was great he was a Hispanic guy you really help me out I appreciate it the great service!

Thank you for the fabulous service I received at your Pine Island location. Your location was convenient and your complimentary use of the local moving truck helped out so much!! It was also great to be able to pick up a mattress pad cover and a safety lock all in one location. But the best part of my experience with CubeSmart was meeting the general manager Julie. We were promised a truck for moving that included a ramp. It was the reason we chose Cubescam to begin with. The day before the move we found out the truck was not available and had to rent one last minute. Although we spoke with them about the issue they claimed another truck could be used without a ramp however our mover declined to use it. (who wants to use a moving truck without a ramp?) In any case, they decided not to give us any break at all even though they cost us an additional $100. I would not recommend them, go somewhere else. By the way, this was for my 80 year old mother. Way to treat our senior citizens. GO Cubescam!

Julia, John and Jennifer are the managers at that location. They are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are well taking care of. I have been using this facility for over 3 years now! This is my second time utilizing this storage facility. I am 8 months pregnant and was only able to get help moving my belongings out of the house I was leaving in a hurry on a Sunday afternoon. John the manager wasn't aware at first that I'm pregnant but I did explain this was my only chance to get my belongings to storage. He came back after hours to meet with me and set me up with a unit that suits my needs immediately. I am extremely pleased by his level of professionalism and customer service that I would recommend this facility to anyone. It is also conveniently located and very clean, secure, and provides user friendly access.

After having a terrible experience with another self storage firm in the area I was pleasantly surprised to see that the staff at Cube Smart did an exceptional job of solving my problem. They not only showed us several choices but advised on what would be the least expensive way to proceed. If it wasn't for cubesmart I would probably have lost all my things. They have a truck you can rent for much less than a uhaul tp move with, the staff is friendly and so very helpful. They even brought us water while we were moving our things in. It was so easy to talk to Jon and he really made us feel more like family than someone just renting a storage space. I will continue to come back to them for all my storage needs.

CubeSmart on NE Pine Island in Cape Coral has been a huge blessing for my family and I. Like most of us, we hit hard times and were afraid that we would lose our belongings because we couldn't keep up with the payments on our unit. The staff at CubeSmart on NE Pine Island went above and beyond to work with us! They put us on an alternative payment schedule so we could get completely caught up. They have always been friendly and the property is always clean. We were previously using a UHAUL storage unit and lost important family heirlooms due to water damage from a severe roof leak. With CubeSmart on NE Pine Island we have always felt that our family's things are safe and have never had to worry about potential loss due to negligence or poor maintenance. Cape Coral needs more businesses like CubeSmart on NE Pine Island, where they put customers first. I will always use them because of their value and customer service.

Fabulous facility. John Thompson was wonderful as he showed me around and where my storage cube was located. The storage area is extremely clean. I researched on line several facilities but this was my favorite. I reserved mine online which made the process very easy.

This facility is in a convenient location on Pine Island Road. The building and grounds are well kept (I love the chairs out front of the office) and the hallways are kept free of debris. I have a climate controlled unit and the hallway lights come on as soon as I enter the hallway so it's not dark & creepy. Carts are kept in a central location but on the weekends they are in high demand. The gate hours of 6 am - 10 pm are more than adequate.

Julie and Bob sure know how to take care of there clients. Being a Realtor I send clients to Cube Smart and I also store there . The customer service and a clean place to store. Excellent review I give it a 100 percent.
